Leslies did good work for us on our pool 4 plus years ago. Then the one good technician they had, Clint, left the company or went to a new location. Since then they replaced one pump for us. They sold is a very expensive pump saying its what we needed and that it had a 2-year warranty. It broke a year later and their service dept would never return our calls. Turns out what they sold us was not the right size for our pool hence the reason it burned out. Tried again this year and they still wont return our calls. Save your money and call someone else. Maybe at least they will return your calls after performing work for you...

Updating my review from 5 stars to 10! LOL, I would if I could. The ladies in this store are outstanding and will definitely keep your pool up and going better and cheaper than anyone in town. I had a problem with some pool equipment after this store had closed for the night and had to go to the other pool store in town. They informed me that to get my problem fixed I would have to completely empty my 10000-gallon pool and start over!! Fortunately, I was smart enough to wait until the next day when dolphin opened. $50 dollars and a day later my pool is crystal clear and ready for swimmers. Thank You 🐬

Very poor customer service. Rude, inattentive, dont listen to questions being asked, and unwilling to follow through to the end of visit. If you go there, I hope you know exactly what you need and exactly where it is, without having questions - they dont have time for those.

I usually like Leslies they have helped me get my pool right except for this last time. The guy told me to shock my pool every 2 days as far as maintenance. Well it made my cyunaric acid too high. To swim when confronted they did not want to say they were at fault until I made them say yes or no answers to my questions. Please double check with what they tell you to do because they’re costing me a lot of $$$ to drain pool due to their incorrect information.

I have been using this location for 2 yrs now they have always been very helpful. Im new to owning a pool and they have great at educating me on what needs to be done to keep my pool clear and what chemicals to buy and when to use them. They are always courteous even when I come in every day to get my water tested.

Got some really BAD ADVICE from water tester here. Said we needed to nearly drain pool and replace thousands of gallons of water because stabilizer so high. Written report said it was at 100 which is at top of OK scale. Said report didnt show true amount.We immediately took sample to another shop, stabilizer just slightly high, no need to do anything. I just cant trust these guys again.

The guys here really know their stuff and they make sure you have what you nned to get your pool in tip top shape. They always answer all my questions and are super friendly. Great selection of merchandise and they will order it if they dont have it.

We have been in here walking around after standing at the counter waiting for help... the guy and young girl are to busy on their phones to even acknowledge us in here.. HORRIBLE service 😡😡😡😡 should have went to Bartlesville

The clerk who was working when I went in was very helpful and knowledgable, more than I can say for my local pool shop. We plan to start driving a half-hour to go to Leslies because the staff is more helpful, the prices are good, and I dont feel ripped off when I leave, like I do at my local place. Plan to shop here for a long time!

They didnt seem to have much of a clue when it came to helping us with our algae issue. We had to go on and tel them what we thought we needed after much reading on internet and talking to other people. Just kept pushing useless (to us at the time) chemicals for us to buy that did nothing. We went to Bartlesville location and the guy there was much more helpful!!

I am currently on hold with this business as they have had my pool sweep for four days. Each time I call I get the same line, He is currently working on it and will call you back in the morning. This is a pool sweep....not a fighter jet. Im sure it is tough to service, but three days of constant work seems a bit excessive. I am still on hold...BTW. This latest time after I received the standard line, i asked for a list of work being done and parts that are needed....i have been on hold ever since. I think I will call on my other phone to see if I get though....hold on...Yep they answered! WOW they have not even looked at it (and thaought it was ok to park me on hold for 15+ minutes). I will be picking up my sweep and dropping it off anywhere else..this is a great example of horrible service.-RG

Not up much on customer service. Matter fact it sucked. Could get the lady to stop stapling papers long enough to ask questions. First time visitor last time visitor.
