We have been looking for someone to sharpen our knives for quite a while. I sent a rate request to the Vulcan Edge on the website and got a response within the hour. The owner provided clear and reasonable price info and said he could pick them up the next day. He picked them up in the morning, explained his process and what to expect. Our knives (and a pair of curved grooming scissors) were returned the next morning, razor sharp! Good deal from a veteran owned business!

I had a pretty beaten up knife with a broken tip and wanted to sharpen it for work. I dropped my knife off end of the day and received it next morning with a new tip and sharper then ever. Great customer service and beautiful work.
