I took my teenage son to see Dr. Mason today. He was thorough, quick & has a lovely bedside manner. His staff is very nice. I feel comfortable with his treatment of my 16 y/o & would recommend him to anyone looking for a podiatrist. I’m so glad we found him.

I have used Metro Foot and Ankle several years. They have treated me for several issues. They took care of them all. I am go for a check up every 6 months but I am doing great . No issues. They are the best. I have already referred several people to them.

Dr. Mason is a wonderful doctor. Takes time to listen to your issue, doesn’t rush at all. He discusses what the problem is then goes over every option that might help you. If you have a procedure done he explains what’s going to happen and how it should help you before it’s performed. Follows up with the same attention and detail. Would recommend Dr. Mason. I went in with severe foot pain said I needed to see dr he was busy said he would call in meds and I am still waiting and now weekend NO HELP WITH PAIN

I had the most easy going experience with removing my ingrown toenail. From the call to schedule my appointment to the day of my procedure was so easy going! I needed this procedure done ASAP and when I asked for the soonest date they got me in the very next day. I was terrified for the procedure day and Dr. Mason was so friendly from the moment he walked into the door and greeted me, and he went to comfort me through my fears and explained thoroughly what he would be going and how he would remove my toenail. He numbed me very well to make sure I wouldn’t feel any pain. That was my biggest fear. His employees and staff was very welcoming, friendly and kind. Dr. Mason and his staff helped with all the questions I had and I left there feeling grateful for a great experience. 10/10 recommend! If I could give a higher rating than 5 star I would. Made appointment with Dr. Mason for a second opinion after being informed I needed surgery. Dr. Mason and his staff listened carefully of my concerns of such a major surgery. Dr. Mason instructed me that there were at least two or three treatment procedures before such an invasive surgery. I definitely have a much brighter and healthier future healing with conservative treatments.

My daughter had a very bad ingrown toenail. I brought her here, and they did an excellent job.

Dr. Siegfried is, simply put, AAAHHHmazing. A very skilled and caring physician with a staff that matches that attitude.He has successfully treated both ankles that I walked on for months thinking was a sprain when in fact they were broken. Performed biilaterally big toe matrixectomy. And today removed glass from the ball of my left foot which had been there for over two months and was quite painful.I highly recommend. Staff and doctor are wonderful! I broke my fifth metatarsal and had to have surgery. Dr Siegfried did an amazing job putting my bone back together and his staff made the office visits pleasant and enjoyable. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Mason and his nurse make us comfortable. They take their time and make sure they do a good job. The appointment lady is very kind as well and flexible with scheduling, she got us in quickly. We drive from Claremore to come here because we like them .

First let me say that Dr. Mason was great. I have absolutely no complaints with him. My issue is with the receptionist and his nurse. The receptionist was EXTREMELY rude on the phone and his nurse did not call an antibiotic in as she told me she would do. This resulted in me having to talk to an after hours doctor, who ordered the antibiotic and told me he would have someone call me the next day to schedule an appointment to look at my infection. Nobody ever called me the next day. A doctors office is only as good as the support staff. After my experiences I will not be using this office again.

The staff is very friendly and makes you feel right at home. Dr. Mason is amazing! He’s genuinely concerned about your issues and doesn’t rush like he needs to get to the next patient. Would highly recommend the Owasso office.

My first visit was on 4/01/2021 and they seemed busy but very friendly. I actually got back to the room quickly and the dr came in quickly. Once again everyone was very friendly!! We ended up having to remove my toenail and he got it done without any pain and very caring. I really like this place!! I would highly recommend them to anyone!! My appt was at 9 and I was out by 10. Would have been sooner but I asked for my numbing. Lol. Dr. Mason and his staff are great!! Vicky Ries

Excellent medical procedure by MTF&A Specialists. The numbing process (almost painless) took a while because one part of my big toe wasnt getting numb. Dr. Mason gave it several additional doses of anesthetic and got it all numb. The removal part took just a few minutes. Dr. Mason answered all my questions and was very nice. The whole staff, especially Meika were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Truly a 5 Star Experience.

The place is nice, clean and the staff is very professional and nice s, very nice. That includes Dr. Seigfried.The doctor Has done a great job on my right foot which was in pretty bad shape. What he’s doing short of surgery is working!Super pleased.

I was having a difficult time walking with extreme pain from plata falsities and after the first visit my pain has decreased immensely. The staff are all friendly and they make you feel comfortable. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have autoimmune disorders, one of them is being my skin not healing right. I was sent to Doctor Mason for a wart on my toe. He noticed my ankle was swollen. Took xrays and didnt find anything. He removed the wart on my foot and had me follow up. My ankle was still swollen and he still had concern. He sent me to get an MRI. I went back a week after my mri. Turns out I tore a major ligament, inserts were put in my shoes to try and correct the ligament without surgery. That didnt work out in my favor. I had come to terms that I was going to have to have surgery. February 1st I had surgery. Turns out I had not only torn my ligament but I also shredded my tendon. My surgery ended up being more extensive than originally thought. Im so glad it was caught! If I would have waited any longer to have surgery I would have possibly had gotten a severe infection. My surgery went well, and I am healing up better than anyone expected! Id recommend anyone to see Dr. Mason in the Tulsa area!

Had toe nail removed and I could believe when they were finished, no pain whatsoever.

Dr Mason has been the best doctor he took care of my problem and I cant thank him enough my foot no longer hurts everyday.. I highly recomend him to anyone with foot problems.

My Visit Was GreatAnd The Staff Was Awesome

After dealing with increasing foot pain, I called for an appointment and they were able to fit me in the very next day (whew)! The greeting was warm, the paperwork was...well...necessary, the doctor was kind, thorough, and answered all my questions. The whole process from start to finish was really very good. Would I recommend to others? Without a doubt.

50/50 shot of proper work. One of my wifes ankles repair well. The other not so. After the second and better healing conditions still had complication and did NOT heal right. Fast forward to me today! I get a text from a woman I had to go after legally a couple years ago letting me know Metro foot and ankle contacted her and violated my HIPPA!. Of all the people you could have called you chose the evil and evil contacted me!.. so if you wants your Rights violated and a 50/50 chance of a proper repair this is your place!!.

Dr. Jeremy Mason is a great doctor with a great bedside manner. The office is clean and really nice inside and the staff is courteous. His medical assistant that assisted with the procedure was really sweet. I highly recommend him at a doctor! I also really love that they have an online health system in which you can review you bill and make payments...finally! Its refreshing to see medical practices that are tech savvy and are trying to make it easier for their patients to pay!
