Worst WiFi I’ve ever had. Paying for 300mbps WiFi and at best my whole house runs at 75. If there was any other choice in the area I would use them. I’ve thought about switching to ATT even though there highest speeds are 50mbps in the area just because of how bad Cox WiFi is and there customer service.

Beware of this place. I thought I was just getting my service turned back on after leaving town, but they put me in a 2 year contract without telling me. My rate also jumped after a year. Another surprise that was probably hidden in the fine print! I’ll have to pay to get out of the contract, but Cox has lost a long time customer

I went in to get a new router for my mom as she has had the same one since 2015 and the lady at the counter told me I needed to return the old one in 10 days or Ill be charged. I told her I wasnt informed of that or I would have brought it with me, stated they should put it on the website receipt for the convince I asked how much the router is if I couldnt bring it back she said I dont know I said okay well how do we find that out? she then told me well you could wait the 10 days Excuse me? She then told me Or you could call our IT number, We are just a 3rd party we dont control whats on the website and we dont know whats on the website you work for the company and you know NOTHING about it?! Then another worker entered and the 2nd worker was able to tell me the price of the router. The main lady I felt with was extremely uninformed and kind of rude i felt like I was bothering her. I just wanted information about the service I was getting from her!

I was on the phone for about :10 and was set up with internet, only requested internet, and all I needed to do was pick up which was a breeze. Got the modem/router plugged in and was good to go.

The ladies were great on helping me lower my bill.

They were kind, at store, when I dropped off the equipment I got yesterday, but their customer service/support by phone is the worst ever. Ill Never use Cox again.

They are one of the most unreliable cable and internet providers I have ever had the misfortune of using. Oh and if you have a problem, even if it’s a malfunctioning modem they gave you and have you physically replace while they wait at the door, you will get a service charge slapped on your next bill.

Can confirm, the Lady on the phone was helpful. When I called Cox directly about a billing problem, they told me Id have to drive 40 minutes into town to give them my ID. But I just called the store and she took care of it for me.10/10, Definitely not an idiot.

Was told I had to change my old equipment and I asked 3 times if there was a charge and that my Bill would stay the same. I barely got home and got an email from Cox charging me 20 dollars and my monthly Bill changes also. No reason as to why!!!!

Hands down the best service you can get in Owasso. Security, Internet,Tv, Automation, home phone,Business Services. think you can get faster Internet your wrong or misinformed. The new contour tv service is in a class of its own . Phone service. Well its phone service . The new Home automation is the way to go if your looking to know whats going on at home when your not their. If you want to be in total control and be truly safe. Cox homelife security is the real deal. Security monitoring, cameras, Co detectors, smoke detectors, motion, glass breaks, door locks ect. Just the best stuff. What really puts it over the top is the customer service. This store is the friendliness store in Tulsa . I never call the regular service number . Theres no substitute for face to face customer service.

A+ for customer service in store... but they told me they would follow up and try to help me figure out why I was having trouble getting my cox service transferred to my new construction home and I never heard back from them 🙁
