I visited the Sylvan Learning of Owasso to find out if they can help my son improve his reading comprehension skills. After a thorough conversation and explanation of their program and reviewing the assessments they gave him, I was convinced this was the place for my son. They have custom designed a learning process exclusively for his needs and not the needs of someone else. My son can get the personalized reinforcement he needs to boost his skills before advancing to the next grade in school.The staff is professional and highly skilled. I am grateful for their program and their great care.

Our son entered Sylvans program struggling with phonics and reading. The one-on-one attention he has received with the tutors at the Owasso location has transformed him and given him confidence in his academic abilities. The staff at this location - especially the director, Cathy - recognize and understand each childs unique abilities and struggles. I cannot recommend Sylvan Owasso enough, especially if you are a homeschooling parent and/or parent of a child with special needs. They will partner with you to make sure your child SUCCEEDS at his/her best!!

This was our first experience with tutoring and are happy with the experience. Pam was very gracious and walked us through the whole process. There are checkpoints that happen throughout so we can make sure we are not wasting money and time if it is not working. I recommend this place.

The staff at the Owasso location are perfection. They are warm and so incredibly helpful. My 2 boys have recently started and love it so much. I can not wait to see how far they will get by going. Cathy is also so incredible. Made me feel like I picked a second home for my boys!

My daughters weekly visits are straight forward and are exactly what she needs to succeed within her scholastic work. The faculty truly cares about their clients. So grateful for the team at Sylvan. There is a lot I can say about the progress we have experienced, the knowledge of the staff, the interaction and feedback that is always present and how very flexible they are with you since life happens - but I think the most important thing I can say is that my son comes home after Sylvan and is excited about his experience. Before Sylvan he had a lot of frustration and now he is on track, keeping up and confident !

Great for every subject in the scholastic world, the staff did a fantastic job even with college calculus. Just a one time visit improved my comprehension of calculus as a whole. The instructors had many different approaches for one concept, which made it easy enough that anyone could understand and solve even the most complicated problems. Fantastic educators!

We started Sylvan this summer with our 9 year old son. He had a difficult time this past school year in the 3rd grade and we were referred to Sylvan. He has shown significant improvement with 4 hours of weekly tutoring this summer. He has even started to enjoy reading which is a complete turn around for him. We are very pleased with the staff and how accommodating the facility has been to work with our schedules. Our expectations have been exceeded with Sylvan in Owasso!

This place is amazing. My daughter hated doing school work and now loves it. She is always asking when we are coming back! I highly recommend it! They are awesome.

I was having a hard time understanding in what ways my daughter was falling behind in her reading at school. Her teacher told me she was not up to speed, but could not specify what skills she was lacking in a way that I could follow (I swore if I heard the word dibels again I was going to lose my mind). The testing and the evaluations at Sylvan made it easy for me to see what skills she was lacking in, what skills she had mastered, and what the plan was to get her on track. Sylvans director, Cathy, truly cares about her students and helped this concerned parent finally get on track too :)

Sylvan has done an amazing job with our 7 yr old. She is actually excited to go! We would highly recommend Sylvan.

Sylvan is NOT just for kids. What about the young adult who needs to enhance their Mathitude?Sylvan has done this for our 19 year old college freshman. We have seen a big improvement in his math skills which we believe will prepare him for his desire for higher education.

They do one on one with my daughter, which she needs, and are helping her to understand math, therefore she loves learning now and is loving math! Which she hated before, because she did not understand it! Its changed her view of herself, she now has confidence! Yay! It is worth the 1 hr 15 min drive!!!

The Owasso location is great. Great staff and very friendly! Sylvan is the best place to take your kids! Definitely recommend!!

I took my Grand Daughter to Sylvan about 2 months ago and she loves the staff and she is reading much better and she has more confidence in herself. She is in the 3rd grade and she has to past the 3rd grade reading test before going on to the 4th grade and she was behind at the beginning of the school year. I believe with the help of Sylvan she will be passing the 3rd grade reading test. Thanks Glenda Bryant

My Son Jake has been going to Sylvan learning center in Owasso Ok, for two months now and my wife and I are very pleased with the results we are seeing in Jakes progress. The staff and teachers have all been helpful to us. We called and made an appointment with Sylvan in Owasso, Ok after we were told by our sons teacher that they wanted to hold him back in second grade. We were told his reading skills were not up to par. But in every other area he was above in. So we could not see having Jake be put back based only on his reading skills. So we contact Sylvan and we had Jake tested and yes his reading skills were behind but he do well in the other areas. So we enrolled Jake for classes, just dealing with his reading skills and he has done so well. We are very excited to see how Jake does this year in 3rd grade. So, I highly recommend Sylvan learning center in Owasso Ok.
