Great place very friendly and do excellent work.

Brought 3 pairs of pants in to be hemmed. The owner was very kind and personable while I waited for my fiancé to come pick me up after running his own errands. The pants were complete on the date she gave me and the price was fair and exactly what I expected. The work is excellent quality and the pants fit perfectly now. I will absolutely be going back for future alterations.

Great place, good price and very reliable. The owner is so nice and sweet, took a dress in on Monday right before closing and explained that we needed it for Friday, she had it done Wednesday by noon!

Horrible experience here! Dress wasn’t done when she had plenty of time to do it it was t even done how I asked for it to be fixed, had to come back 3 nights in a row. She told me a price then added more without telling me horrible service! I should have listened to all the bad reviews!!

This woman is extremely expensive! Shes nice taking your clothes, then writing an amount on the receipt (u pay when done), but in the small print is that this the cost for EACH item, not a total price. I will never go back!

Was looking up her hours and was amazed that there were only two reviews a five star and a one star. Felt I needed to add my experiences. We have gone to Owasso Tailor Shop at least a half dozen times. Her work is always fantastic, and always when promised. I dont know what happened with that one star review, anyone can have a bad day (that could be on either side, or both) but we have used their services so many times with excellent outcome. I sure hope everyone takes that into account. I highly recommend their services.

The seamstress does great work!! She is super friendly!!! Most of the time everything we take to her is perfect, couldn’t be happier!!Unfortunately, she does most of the work herself without help. Prom season is rough unless you are the first to bring your dress in. I think she just gets swamped and needs more hands. She has fixed errors for us.We will continue to use her as we have definitely been happy more than disappointed.

My husband takes all his suits here and they are done to the T and on time! She is always so sweet and kind. I agree with the last review, anyone can have an off day and the gentleman who posted the negative review seems way off to me. Brides are historically hard to please (not all but many lol). I just wanted to post my two cents because I would hate to see this wonderful and skillful woman loose business because of a bride who possibly could not be pleased no matter.Just did not seem like we were speaking about the same business.

Ive taken several items here and they always turn out great. My husband had his suit altered here and she did an awesome job. Highly recommend!

Poor business tactics, poor communication, raised prices for her own mistakes, and did not meet the agreed upon timeline. The most unfortunate thing is we will have to pay her the elevated price because theres no way we could find another seamstress in time for our wedding day. She shouldnt have taken on the work of she couldnt meet the deadline and shes needs to be responsible for her mistakes. Planning a wedding is already stressful and now my bride is even more stress because this lady cant do her job. I dont flame businesses often, but this experience has been one of the worse.
