Horrible detail job! I paid $170 for a FULL DETAIL of my car and it was not detailed at all. Ridiculous!! I called and asked to speak to a manager and they told me they would have the manager call me back and noone did.

We pulled up to the area where you choose the type of car wash you want and sat there for 5 minutes with the employees just looking at us. Finally at 4:59 a worker comes out and says “ we are closed”. Not knowing they close at 5 we asked what time do you close, she told us 5 so we said we have been sitting her for at least 5 minutes and her only response was “well we open at 8” and walked off. It was completely unprofessional someone could have came out and told us they are closing early.We have used this car wash since living in the OWASSO area. But our business will be moving to the brand new car wash with good customer service and it’s cheaper anyways.

They did a horrible job, paid for a mini detail and the interior vacuum was not great, you can see spots that were missed on roof and trunk. I requested inside of gas cap door and around inside of trunk be cleaned but they were not touched.. when I asked the manager owner said they werent included.. You would think for the price I paid including tip, the interior would be spotless and shiny.

This place makes my 2012 Chrysler 300 shine like a brand new car!

I used to go to this place regularly but after my last experience I will never use this place again. The tech that was cleaning my car got my key fob wet and disabled the key in an attempt to dry the keypad out. Had to get my other key to start my car and continue the car wash. Later that day, I found the motherboard of my key under my drivers seat. I took the broken key fob to the dealership where I was shown the water damage and where the motherboard was no longer in the key fob. After confronting the manager at the Auto Spa (who was very rude) he commented Do you think my employees are smart enough to remove this? He tried to blame this incident on me stating he was outside the whole time when this was a lie because he came inside to run the register/check people out. I will never return to this car wash!

My son took my vehicle down to get washed for me because I was too busy and he wanted to do something nice for his dad as a fathers day gift type of thing.Well when I was able to go look at the car was around 1800 that evening. Needless to say I was very disappointed. The wasnt very clean. Still had bugs all over the front. Bent up my veteran front license plate. AND broke both of the sun visors. I tried to call them that evening and no luck.I wont go there EVER AGAIN nor will I ever recommend any of my friends to go there either. Quality job isnt one of their strong suites.

I took my car to get detailed. The next day it smells horrid, like they used dirty water on my floors to shampoo them and it mildewed. I called to see why my car is smelling so horrid and was told that it’s because I had dogs in my car. I had taken one dog to the vet, she sat in the leather seat. My car has never smelled like this. Thanks for blaming me and being hateful rather than attempting to fix the problem. I will now be shampooing my carpets myself so I can stand to be in my own car.

Very nice employees. Love the added dog wash. However, very expensive in comparison to my usual spot in another state. Also, there was no one at the counter to pay so several of us had to wait. Then when my car was ready the same man wanted me to pay again, weird. My car was only ok, I had 2 grandkids with me or I would have made them do it again. The floor matts in the back, the ones I specially said needed cleaned due to a spill, were still sticky. There was water all over the car, i did ask for the back to be dried and even then it was not. This was my first trip to Owasso, if I do return I will be using a different car wash

Very disappointing. $48 and they can’t take a sticker off properly (just made it much, much worse), wipe down windows and remove bugs, or vacuum the interior of the car in its entirety. I asked them to re-vacuum and it still wasn’t done to what I would hope their standard would be. Not worth the time and money to ask them to do it a third time or come back again.Also, I know they’re not responsible for these types of damages (see photo), but it is still disappointing.

For 250.00 i would have expected to see cleaner windows. They called and said vehicle was done and wife went to pick it up with our son, and it was not done. Door pockets were dirty and the windows look like they was wiped down with a wet rag. Not at all impressed with the quality of work. They didnt raise the rear cover and vaccum it out only what you could see. I thought a detail would also clean up the side trim on the car and was informed all they do is wash the outside. No worries here for a return customer.

They were helpful and very friendly I’ll give them that! It made me feel a lot more comfortable since I’ve never been to a car wash before. However they did not fully clean my car. They only vacuumed the carpet in the drivers side not the passengers and there was still dirt/spills in the cup holders, on the gear shift, and all over the windows. The customer service was fantastic! But I’m disappointed in the actual cleaning.

If you are going to go to this place, be sure to go when the owner is there. He is a no nonsense type of guy. I used to go to this place regularly, but Im not sure that I will after yesterday. The owner wasnt there and a lot of my interior wasnt cleaned with my mini detail. They left dirt on my mats and my gear/hand break area still had dirt and debris on it that they usually take care of. None of it was cleaned and I didnt notice until I got home as it was dark.

They had fast service. They do a good job too. The workers look young so it’s nice to support young people.

Older guy who runs the placeHas zero customer service skills. His employees always do a great job, and the price is fair. But as a business owner myself, I always like to give my money/business to nice people who seem to genuinely appreciate the business. I justify coming back weekly because his employees are always nice and do a good job. But man that guy is miserable. Seems angry at life in general.

I got my car detailed there a few weeks ago, I had recently bought it and it was..more than disgusting. I apologized in advance many times when I dropped my car off and my detailer’s customer service was great, saying it was no problem and that he’d do whatever he can for me. When I came to pick it up, I was truly amazed. It looked like an entirely different vehicle. I will definitely be back. Thank you Derek! You’re awesome!

From out of town and wanted all the mag chloride off my truck from the drive in. Opted for the cheap express wash. Pleased with the results. They have a menu about 3 times the size as whats on the size from what I can gather. Can get a wash from 8 bucks all the way up to near 100 depending on what you want done.

Guys outside were great, but I had to wait 20 mins at the counter to buy a gift certificate,even though one of the outside guys told the counterman I was there and what I needed. Other than that great place.

In general this is a great place that we use often. You do have to make sure the guys get every nook and cranny when they do a mini detail. Some times they don’t lift the console/back to a seat to clean under it. The boss is great and will get you taken care if though!

I have never had a good experience here. I will not be going back. They do a half ass job and the owner is very rude. Most recently they forgot to put the antenna back on my truck after the wash. I have noticed every time the hand dry is never actually good. The mirrors are always left wet. Also I pay for tire shine and have yet to receive tire shine on my tires. All around a very bad experience multiple times. Will not be back

They did a good job on washing my car and vacuum but my windows look terrible they are streaked up and the passenger window looks like it didnt even get wiped down very disappointed for 36 dollars my windows should have been shining

Wow, Im finding it hard to remember the last time I felt so much like I wasted my money. So I got the mini-detail for around 50 bucks. I still found stuff that had not been vacuumed from under the seats. I had to wipe the entirety of the inside windows because there was a streaky film left on them. Mind you I had just bought the car three months ago and this was the first wash so the windows inside were actually really clean. So it was worse than when I brought it in. Also I open my trunk to find they didnt touch it. It was completely empty because I thought with a 50 dollar detail they could take the time to vacuum everything. Oh, I also had to clean my mirrors because they were also left with a sort of haze on them about two inches around the edge. Like they could only manage to rub a towel on them for a few seconds. I honestly hope this place goes out of business so more people like myself wont be ripped off.

We brought my friends truck to get a detail clean. All was good until we realized they broke a lever off the drivers seat and stuck it in the middle console, hoping we wouldnt notice. They didnt even clean out the middle console. The girls working the vacuums are snobby. Definitely wont be coming back. And if you do decide to take your vehicle here, I would suggest looking it over really well before you hand them they keys.

Our experience SUCKED!!!!!! I was very displeased, they even lost my mamas keys! They couldnt not find it. Brand new vehicle and they messed it up. The owner was very rude and made me sound like I didnt know what I was talking about! But my mom got him straight. DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE!!!!!! I do not recommend this place!

Went there twice early in the afternoon and they were closed stating there was not enough business. The third time they wouldn’t wash my truck because I couldn’t remove my trailer hitch that was locked in place. I am done doing business with these bozos.

Years ago we used to take our vehicles here all the time. After it changed ownership I took my truck in the for last time. When I got it back it had a large work boot print on the passenger side carpeted floor mat. I assumed it was water and left for my out of state trip. The print never went away so when I returned I went back to get them to fix it. The guy I talked to basically called me a liar and said they werent going to replace it. Finally agreed to try steam cleaning. Told him thats all I wanted. Cleaned the print completely. Doing that to start with would have kept me as a customer. Have never been back.

NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE. So very proud of my brand new black truck and took it in to be cleaned. After leaving realized the antenna was missing and returned to the car wash to find out what happened. One of the employees retrieved the antenna off the floor in the back seat of the truck and handed it to me. He never mentioned a word as I was leaving the first time. The owner, who is so very very rude, informed me he wasnt responsible for damage and walked away. This carwash will cost me at least $350 to have it repaired and that was just an estimate. Some sort of tool was used on the antenna that broke the housing. In order to repair it is not just a simple task. I would encourage you to find/use anybody else. The cost is just too much.

Still have water streaks on my car the window was half clean and they didnt vacuum most of the car. It looks like they say in the drivers seat everything from there, so if he couldnt reach it well it didnt get done. Save your money go anywhere but here

I really like zipping in with a dirty car and zipping out with a clean car. All I have to do is sit there and catch up on the news and they return my car like new.

They used to do a good job when they first opened, the last few times for me have been a disappointment! If Im paying $30 I expect to have a clean windshield. I shouldnt have to remind them. The Male employee that stands around barking orders is down right obnoxious! (If youve been there you know who Im talking about) Therefore, I just get the cheapest package 😉

Absolutely love this place! I came in on ladies day and the man that greeted me was very nice and told me about the specials right off the bat. When I went inside to pay the girl behind the counter was very friendly and attentive even though she was overwhelmed with customers and phone calls. I did have to wait a while due to the many cars in front of me. When my car was finished the man noticed my cane and had them pull my car around to the handicap ramp so I wouldnt have to walk far. GREAT customer service and wonderful work.

There is visible mud left on my truck top and bottom. I had high hopes for a good carwash service and Im very disappointed.I will try this carwash service one more time before i write it off entirely per the owner.

Had some issues but they definitely got resolved and I am please with the overall customer service I received in the end.

People coming here because it is convenient. If there was another place to get a good quality wash people would be there and not here. My experience has been poor quality customer service and poor quality all around. This place is consistently reviewed poorly. Typically I would talk to management and try to help them resolve the issue but this has been an ongoing issue. You pay for something and Owasso auto spa does not deliver. Things are just poorly and halfway done there. I will not be going back

After choosing the 6$ wash, they hurried me through and I left with soap in the bed of my truck, on the back window, in the wheel wells and pretty much all over it. I called to ask about it and he said you get what you pay for, sorry I figured since I was paying for a car wash I would get my car washed but I guess not.Will not ever go back.

TERRIBLE!!!!Floor mats werent even touched. Tires are streaked because the kid sprayed them all at once and then half way wiped them down. One guy acted like it was all he could do to walk around my vehicle. He barley raised his arm to wipe anything. I have been here before and was pleased. This group of workers are TERRIBLE!I wont be back!

My husband took his truck in for a wash, handwax, and interior clean. They did not wax it, did not even wash the top or the bed, and the wash job wash so bad it did not even remove all of the dirt. They charged him the estimated price if $190.00. I would not have paid them for anything other than an interior cleaning. Horrible job. Then they asked if he wanted to tip...what a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We had five friends waiting to see how his truck looked and told all five to go somewhere else. Bad service at a high price. Never again. I hope they go out of business. I wish i could have given them zero stars.

I am not one that usually writes reviews but looking at some of the neg. reviews I felt the need to share my story. So here it goes. Never knowing just what to get my father for Fathers Day, I decided on having his Mercedes convertible detailed.(this is a 2 seater, Sunday funday, kids are all grown, not practical for a family kinda car) So I went and picked It up while he was at work, dropped it off for its day of beauty. Then left to go grab a bite to eat. Returning to pick up the car. I was admiring how clean and sparkling it looked. I felt so excited Dad is really going to love this!! Running inside to pay, thats when I got the news. BAD NEWS. That the antenna had somehow came off during the automatic wash and it was nowhere to be found. I was SICK! Explaining how this wasnt even my car. It was a Fathers Day gift. He told me that the staff looked and looked. I asked if I could look for my self. He said sure, he shut the car wash down and his staff and I began the search. No we didnt find it but they were so wonderful to keep searching. They shut the car wash down for at least 20 min on a crazy busy Friday afternoon. If thats not good customer service. I dont know what is! Although they are not responsible for accidentals and this clearly was not there fault they have gone above and beyond to make things right! I didnt even have to scream or shout!! These are truly good honest people! My family will all continue using this locally owned car wash for years to come.

Didnt do a very good job at all. I chose the highest interior package to ensure it got done right. Not even close. There was still a layer of dust on my sat nav so they didnt even touch that. Very disappointed. I gave 2 stars because they gave a fathers day discount

I frequent this business and have always been impressed until yesterday. I got the mini detail and my front windshield was badly smeared. The front mats weren’t vacuumed very well and part of the instrument panel had residue from whatever cleaner they use. Plus still had dust on the dashboard. It looked like a rush job but I was the only customer there. Very disappointed.

Seems good to me. Just need to check them out.

Im not a local, so I was excited to find a place to detail my very stained and messy SUV. After dropping off my vehicle, I hopped online to see if Auto Spa had any reviews. Much to my dismay, I realized they had a 2.5 rating, and I had just agreed to their second most expensive package... even still, I had high hopes, and Auto Spa didnt really disappoint me.The Good:* The staff was super friendly and helpful. I told them what I wanted, and they explained their various packages and what each entailed. The front desk guy also told me about their online coupons which ended up saving me $20 off the full detail.* The detailing team did an *incredible* job removing the very worn in stains from my large dogs and children. The carpet was disgusting before I took it in, and they were able to get out most of the stains. I was impressed to say the least.* The prices were very reasonable, especially with the coupon they offered.* The detail staff was careful to protect my still-damp carpet with plastic in both the drivers side and the back of my SUV where my spare tire and other items were kept. I appreciated that attention to detail.Less than Great:* I was told it would be AT MOST a 3 hour detail, but it ended up being 4. This wasnt a huge deal for me seeing as I didnt need my vehicle that day, but for anyone who has other plans, it could be a problem.* They didnt vacuum the ceiling. As I mentioned, I have 3 HUGE dogs which = pet hair everywhere.* They missed the center fold-out armrest in the 2nd row seat. I have children who spill. It was pretty gross.* While the interior looked fabulous, whatever cleaner they used on the glass and plastic displays left a really icky film. I had to clean the inside of the windows because it was hazy and condensation kept forming.While there were a few minor things that could be improved upon, Ill definitely go back there for any future detailing when Im in the area. The staff was courteous and thorough. I cant say enough good things about them.

My mother-in-law is 85 and they always do a great job for her, she will go out and inspect and make sure it was perfect as they are drying it off and let them know if they missed any places and they are always so sweet to clean away until she is happy!!!!

Went at lunch for the drive through wash. Waited 20 minutes to pull through while watching oblivious employee pre-washing another vehicle which stopped the whole line. He had 6 cars backed up.

The Dog Wash is excellant...removable door & ramp into tub...$10...plastic apron, water, shampoo, towels, blow dryer all supplied. All we had to do was show up w/the dog & bucks. totally impressed...thank you!!!

I have had my car cleaned here twice now and both times they did a terrible job. I have a small SUV and they charge a $4 upcharge on SUVs. I dont understand the upcharge when both times they never even opened the hatch to vacuum or clean the inside. I purchased the same package both times and it was either $36.00 or $38.00. They only half vacuumed the inside and did not wipe down the doors or cup holders even though the package I purchased included it. The older male (not sure if he is the owner) that came into the store to ring up my transaction had terrible customer service skills, he never even acknowledged me just took my card. I then observed a female employee walk into the front desk and speak to him. I did not hear what she said but I heard him be loud and unprofessional in front of many people in the store.

I have been here twice. I paid for the detail and shampoo for my car. When they were finished there were still crumbs in the cup holders, the seats still had dirt on them and the doors did not look like they had been touched. I ask one of the kids to come wash off the seat at least. The employees seemed too busy chasing each other with towels to be concerned about the quality of their work.

I suppose they have plenty of business and dont need mine. I pulled up and watched the little guy at check-in with the bucket hat on eating an apple walk back and forth ignoring me. No wave, no direction, no acknowledgement. I finally left and wont be back.

Terrible job and they charge arm & a leg and no oil changes (as if Id let them touch anything under the hood). As I was washing my truck at a local quarter opp pressure wash place, I told the attendant(who was very nice and had great customer service skills) there is a gold minein Owasso if someone built & opened a nice oil change/car wash center. Im thinking like the one in S Tulsa, Oasis. When I lived down there they did great maintenance, took care of your car, and gave a good wash. Hell, they even made a good latte and my wife like their sandwiches.When I need full service I drive out of my way to go there and it is night/day difference.I had a coworker tell me about a horror story about an expensive item that was part of the vehicles entrainment for her kid that came up missing. It was later found but it was real shady how it all went down and how it was found.

The staff was friendly but definitely not thorough. I got the second most expensive wash and that included wash, dry, wipe down, tire shine, door panels wiped, cup holders clean etcFor starters their price was a bit higher than auto oasis I normally in Tulsa but I was in owasso so i thought I would try them. My first reaction was whatever they used to wipe down the interior smelled like mildew when I opened my door. Dont know if that was a interior dressing smell or an old rag laying around smell. The front cup holders were never opened to be wiped down, the tires, while clean had no tire shine applied, and their were water spots all over the exterior. So whatever drying and wipe down done were done after the water dried. As I drove away I noticed water run down the back glass from the roof so there is another area never touched and more water spots because of it. The instrument cluster had this huge smear that wasnt there before so I figured the same rag worth whatever interior dressing was used on that also. It was a lengthy wait but I will give them the benefit that they were busy. Friendliness is fine but Id rather talk to a jerk and get quality work then what I received.

NEVER GO THERE.....Before coming to Owasso auto spa i heard bad things about this place, such as someone coming into my place of business stated the visited their and now their xm antenna came out to the point where we couldnt fix it and referred them back over there to deal with their management. I full heartily believe mistakes happen to ever company, and can be fixed. I decided despite the rumors id give them shot in my new car.... BIG MISTAKE. The side of my car came back with scratches and the back had a nice sized chip. i told one of the employees to grab a manager hoping to get this resolved. he came out looking up and side in 8 years of working here Ive never had a problem you did it not us. completely rude and i asked to speak to his manager and he said he owned it. not to mention when i was paying he was criticizing hes staff saying how many times do i have to tell them to do something right. usually i let things go if he would have even said sorry sir sometimes they just happen their machines i would be completely OK and left it alone. then i called my insurance agency before i moved it to advised to take pictures of it and he came back out. at that time he interrupted my call and i told him one second sir my company wants me to take pictures of the car before i move it and proceeded to call the cops because i was doing that, little did he know i had already called them further more the management is horrible and our the next city leader meeting i will be bringing that business up. use a SYSTEM (save yourself some time, energy and money) By not going there instead I recommend a full hand style detail Like White Knight who will also come to you....
