Sold my junker that wouldn’t start. When I scheduled with dispatch for it to be hauled away, I warned it would be difficult to get to it. They basically said it was my problem but would send someone nevertheless. Then Alex with Performance Towing arrived. What a gem!! What a Godsend! She went far beyond what was expected. She is a problem solver. I absolutely could not be more impressed with her service, her professionalism. When I called her manager to let him know she deserved much more than a pat on the back, he said, “We want to treat our customers like family”. That’s exactly how I felt - like family, like they cared about my problem and it became their problem.

Definitely recommend this tow service, my wife and I traveling (from Wichita, Ks) and stuck on the side of the road after normal business hours yet he was quick to be there for us even at 10pm. I only wish this company was available where we live! Thank you so much!

I’ve used several towing companies over the years for varying degrees needs. Performance Towing was by far the best I’ve used. Alex (our operator) was not just in time, she was early! She was polite, kind, friendly, professional, and extremely accommodating considering she beat me to where the car was located and I made her wait for 10-15 minutes. I would not hesitate to use her again should the need arise. She won Performance Towing a repeat customer today.

I got my car stuck in mud and they originally said it would be around $100. But when they got there they said at that point it’s a recovery and would cost $600. And I think their idea of a joke was to say that they can get a chain out here but it would cost me. I asked how much and they said $400... for a chain... they didn’t even inspect the vehicle, they just started naming prices. So I managed to get a friend and was able to get it out very easily. It seems like they’re getting paid by the hour and couldn’t care less if my car stayed stuck. Was not a great experience.

I needed my 16ft small fishing boat towed six miles to my home and the lady at first seemed ok with it and set everything up. When I called back less than a minute later to give an address to where I was all of the sudden she brought up an issue with liability. Never got a call back from these people and was left on the side of the road for two hours. I went with RSVP towing instead they had excellent service, were honest and followed up with me couldn’t ask for better.

Well my operator (Chuck) was easy to work with, real straight forward & fair with me. I’m grateful for the towing service, they stay open later than most business’ I tried to contact, & they sure did NOT fail to impress me.

After some unfortunate events leaving my car keys at the bottom of Skiatook Lake, I called performance towing to get my car back to my house. Clay, with performance towing, was not only professional, but on time and had great communication. My car was back in my driveway before I even got home! Wow! What a great service! They came out to the racetrack to save my dead race car on a SUNDAY afternoon and towed me and my trailer 150 miles back to McLoud. The driver was super nice and we had a great conversation. Would use again in a heartbeat!

Bravo! Absolutely not the typical towing company. Put in a claim with Geico and they contracted Performance towing to come and assist with towing 2 of our vehicles. We had to call performance towing to get our car from Owasso to the mechanic in Tulsa. From the initial phone call to the to drop off, this company exuded professionalism. Alex was our driver, and we are glad they were. Alex took such care with our car. I have never seen such care taken by a tow truck driver. I waited three hours for the tow truck they came out push it in to the road to hook it up then left cause they said they couldnt hook it up left it in the road .. honestly the female drive they sent out had no idea what she was doing and when my wife told her we was gonna leave a review she said go a head they love bad reviews

When you have to have your car towed, its never a great experience but this company, and Alex in particular, is the best! She made a bad situation so much better than it could have been. I read another review that said she handled a difficult situation extremely well and I had the same experience with her. She is very professional and a very nice person. My insurance company called Performance when I needed a tow. They arrived quickly and got my car dropped off at the shop and me back home. It was late and I really appreciated the extra effort.

I had a flat tire and insurance quoted me 75 minutes, but they were there in 10-15. Mike was super friendly and funny! He made a bad experience into a much better one. I would definitely recommend them!

They did great! Ive used them twice in the past few months and they were fast, courteous, professional and worked really well with myself and my family. One of the cars we had towed couldnt be taken out of park, and it was in a garage parked at a strange angle. But they knew a trick to pop it out of park and get it on the trailer. Great company, Ill probably never use anyone else.

Let me tell you, this amazing place is beyond words. Truly a blessing to my family this year. Weve been unlucky with our car breaking down every few days for over 2 weeks with something new every time, and spent 2 whole paychecks including our childrens Christmas money we had saved up was all spent on this car. Went to Wal-Mart and it broke down again on us, and let me add that Im 36 weeks pregnant and had my 1 year old with me in freezing rain, and my starter went out while there. I called plenty of places asking for pricing and explaining my situation to them, and no one was willing to be helpful or understanding to my situation and couldnt do anything for days. As soon as I called Performance Towing, she was so sweet and understanding and they met me within 10 min, offered me an amazing affordable price, and were so professional and swift with the entire process, and they seen how I was handing over all the cash i had, and then refused a payment. They had me in tears in the Wal-Mart parking lot because it was truly a blessing to us and our 5 kids and their Christmas. Im beyond grateful for their kindness and their willing to help a pregnant mom who really had no other options. This place is the place to call for an extremely reasonable price and such a helpful business who work more like a family. Amazing people, amazing business, a huge Christmas gift for our family. I wasnt being towed or anything of that nature I was following my brother home somebody pulled out in front of him in a Chevy truck and he T-boned them on his motorcycle never met the man he didnt stay after for any recognition the tow truck driver that works for performance Towing younger man slightly tall short hair turn his truck sideways in the middle of the road flipped on all the lights got out help my brothers neck in one position until the police fire and ambulance got there truly believe hes the only reason my brother will live thank you performance Towing and thank you driver if I ever needed to know you will be my first call

Joel was amazing! Arrived earlier than expected, worked quickly to help get me out of the freezing cold weather. Made sure I arrived back home safe and sound. He even checked to make sure my car would start again once it was turned off and on again!5 STARS all the way!

Donnie went above and beyond to help me and my kids with our car / and towing. It was pouring rain out, and the situation was not ideal on the timing of the tow and where it was being towed to with the dealership. But he ended up providing us solutions and assistance saying he just wanted to ensure me and the kids were safe. Just had my motorcycle towed by Mike. They had the proper equipment to haul a motorcycle without causing any damage.Mike was very through with loading and strapping it down. He was expedient but careful. I would definitely recommend them, and will use them again if the need arises.

Ok so here is the thing the only reason they have a four star from me is the driver Michael was great did all he needed to do was calm and courteous even though I was being rude I had been sitting for a few hours with my parents and I guess my roadside sent one truck that never showed up and than performance the people I spoke to on the phone werent nice nor professional and sent a truck with only 2 extra seats when there were 3 people but Michael did his job was very kind even though I could see it was making him angry talking about how unprofessional the people who I spoke to were but he stayed kind and professional the entire time hes the only thing that saved this review

Called my insurance company for roadside assistance. They called three different towing companies who said it would be three hours til they could get there. Since it was a Monday evening I couldnt understand how it could take that long, so asked them to keep trying. They reached Performance and they got there in about 30 minutes. The young man who brought the car was very professional and friendly. I would use them again!!

By far the most professional towing I have ever experienced. Both Mike and David towed my truck on separate occasions and both were extremely professional and courteous. Their equipment was well taken care of and have the extras aka tire tie down straps...which for anyone with aftermarket wheels eliminates any damage. One of the most memorable business cards you will receive. Fast digital texted receipt. True professionals at their trade. Only ones I would personally recommend and the only ones I will use for future siuations.

If I could give no stars I would. They showed up and took care of my vehicle and took it to their facility. They then without permission from me the owner of the vehicle (Me) then turned my vehicle over to the insurance company of the individual that hit me. I am not happy with them or their procedures. So if you dont mind them acting on your behalf without your best interest use this company.
