I’ve used Gerber many times and usually pleased for the most part, however, this last visit there were so many things wrong. I had roof repair and windshield replacement. The entire inside of my car was caked with dust, debris and even dead bugs. It was cleaned, but not entirely. So much white dust left behind in cracks, and hidden places. Enough to make it clear to me that the inside of my car was not even covered & protected, while the roof & windshield were off. How much still remains in the vents and cloth upholstery that can’t be seen??? Roof trim piece wasn’t re-attached. After pick up, I immediately had to turn around and go back because they didn’t even re-attach my sun visors properly. My seatbelts weren’t working right and both sides had to be taken apart & fixed. Tommy was very friendly and corrected these problems immediately, on the spot but still? This shouldn’t have happened. There’s a paint ding. A dent on the dash. So many more little things too numerous to mention. My job is is very busy right now. I don’t have the time and energy to deal with taking it back to address all the issues! Tommy tried to contact me after my text message survey, but I haven’t had time to return his call. I hate that it’s on me to find the time.

I would very highly recommend this play to anyone!! The service was absolutely phenomenal. I hit a deer and had significant damage to my drivers side, they were friendly, informative, and overall very kind and helpful! They kept me informed on my car, and everything that was going on! Christina was awesome!!! GO HERE FOR ALL YOUR NEEDS!!!

Not a very professional experience. We had to return our vehicle for missed repairs and they still didnt fix everything. Missed a lower grill piece and the wheel well was left open.

I brought my car here after major bumper damage, and they did a fantastic job! The staff keep you updated along the way to make sure you know what’s going on with your vehicle. I appreciate them and would highly recommend anyone use their services.

Went to 3 different body shops to get a repair quote for my insurance after being rear ended at a stop light the other day. The first 2 shops gave me estimates on the spot. Gerber Collision & Glass wouldnt even give me 5 minutes of their time. Said I needed an appointment just to be seen. No I dont, Ill just take my business elsewhere to someone who wants my business. The other 2 shops took 5 minutes to look at my vehicle and had me a quote in about 10 minutes. Nearly $10,000 worth of damage. Im assuming a lot of profit to be made as well that Gerber lost out on.

Some of the most amazing customer service Ive ever received! Took my car here for an insurance claim, and they had it back to me in perfect condition the end of the following business day. Everything looks great, including the inside of my car (happy mom, right here!).To top it off, they even took the time to deliver my car to my home and took the rental car back for me.Thank you for the amazing service you provided for my family!

Dealt with two staff members the day of my apt. The receptionist was delightful and even was super polite to a VERY RUDE customer who didnt have an appointment. My adjuster was annoyed he had to come review the cars damage.

I came in right before closing to get a estimate and was very courteous. William brought out buffing supplies and buffed out the scratches right then. I was very thankful for the service for one but did all of that at closing. Most places wouldn’t take that time at the end of day. Thank you again.

My first impression when I first got here was eh they may have some stuff wrong and I believe my fog light might not be there for the new front bumper. Damage to the fender well plastic I didnt think they will take care of it but I was wrong. Fog light came out new my right side headlight is new. They even went out of there way to give me a free HID conversion because mine had went out. Not only that I vame after hours they were close and yet they were still there and took care of me even though it was after hours. Last they even save me time for my next day to come in and return my rental and they took care of my rental. Allowing me to be able to leave with my vehicle and returning my rental. I gotta say they exceed my expectations of help me. Thank you Gerber Collision of Owasso.

This place is a hot mess. Lousy communication. Halfway through the process of getting hail damage repaired, I decided to take my truck somewhere else. I have no idea about the quality of work, but their front office is terrible.

I want to thank the employees at this location for helping me get home when an unfortunate freeway blowout took apart my electrical, bumper and fender. Jamie did an exceptional job and was very concerned and sympathetic to me and my stranded family of 6. The front office staff were very sweet also. Again, thank you all so much and I would definitely recommend anyone in the area. They did a fantastic job!

I WOULD NOT recommend Gerber Owasso location to anyone. They are not even worthy of a one star rating. It was a terrible experience! I was originally told my car repairs would take 2.5 - 3 weeks. It was 2 days shy of taking 6weeks. Horrible communication. After I dropped my car off I did not hear from them again until I called 2 1/2 weeks later to see if my car was ready. It was not. This went on every week until I finally got my car back. Each week I had to call on the date I was given by them to see if my car was ready. They always had an excuse as to why it was not ready, would give me a new completion date, and would promise to call with updates. Never once did they call until the final day my car was ready. This was the only call they initiated during the almost 6 weeks they had my car. THEY PAY 0 ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! The interior on the side of the car they worked on was loose, had stress marks where they had tried to force parts in, and underneath the interior cloth of the roof foam was sticking out where it had not been attached right. I took it back a total of 3 times. The last time I took it in the manager was rude telling me a certain part was not loose. When he checked it it was not screwed in all the way. The interior cloth on the roof is dirty where theyve touched it with dirty hands. They nicked interior plastic around the window when they were trying to cut off excess rubber around the window. Im still not satisfied but do not want them touching my car! The only reason Ive given a one star rating is because I had to for this review.

I took my 2002 Chevy Trailblazer to get my rear bumper fixed from an accident.The service I received was phenomenal! They had it ready sooner than expected!They even detailed my car. Will definitely be going back for any auto body repairs.

Took my car here after an accident and things started off fine. They got back with me about the estimate quickly but then they dropped the ball. Over the course of two weeks I had to call my insurance company six times, each time they had to call Gerber requesting the final part of the estimate so they could sign off on the car being a total loss. They never received that information and it wasnt until my insurance company contacted someone higher up there that something got done. Then after working out with insurance when I would go pick up my things out of my car Gerber signed off on having it towed off to the auction yard. Before the title of the car had been transferred and against the notes my Insurance company said they sent them. There appears to be a major communication issue there that has cost me a lot of time and money in what should have be a rather straight forward process. Will be avoiding in the future

We dropped off a car for some body work and an insurance quote. Some of the damage was pre-existing and the rest was part of our accident. Gerber handled the quotes/estimates with USAA and was able to keep the totals broken out so we could do both the accident and the preexisting repairs at once. Any changes in price of the covered damages they brought up and took care of it with USAA which ended up costing us zero out of pocket.Unlike some of the other reviews, we got great communication. We ended up having to push our appointment date back a few times and they were flexible/accommodating each time. The repair took a little longer than expected, but they kept us informed when it happened, why and what the new expected finish time would be.After dropping the car off, the owner (I believe?) actually took time out of their day to help me get back to my vehicle which was having work done at another shop. Definitely appreciated!If/when one of our vehicles gets into another accident, well be back by :)

Too bad I had to give them 1 star. They don’t deserve the tip of one star. It scares me to think I am going to be driving a vehicle these idiots have worked on. It would have been done a month ago if they had called the phone number I gave them to begin with and they continue calling my husband at work. It was scheduled to be done Friday and I got a call that they had broken a piece and had to order it, and it would be in today. Today I am told the glass came in and they were tinting it today. What? You broke a window in my car and didn’t tell me? When are you going to tell me instead of playing it off as nothing?

We brought our car in for a non-collision repair. The folks at Gerber gave us a free estimate on what it would look like to get our car fixed, and then worked with us to fix the most pressing issues first. They were friendly and honest with what they thought it was going to take to fix it, and were up front with telling us if certain things were found it may be a different repair. All in all, they came in under the estimate they gave us and did not have to do as much work as initially thought, and the car was fixed to our specifications. The fact that they did not run up the bill just because we had a quote that was higher than the cost is a mark of an honest business. Thanks!

I took my car in there this last Fall and have to say that my experience is the complete opposite of the negative review here. They were friendly, they kept me up to date while they had my vehicle, and did a solid job. They even gave me a ride home after dropping off my car.

I would never do anything there again at Owasso they didnt fix everything that was wrong!!!

My car was in a front end collision and due to the make and model it had a battery safety terminal which prevents the car from starting after an accident. Not a new thing in the auto industry. The people at Gerber had no idea what it was or how to fix it. Secondly their attitude was terrible. They believe they work for the insurance company not you. They just wanted to have the car towed to the dealer. I told them exactly what was wrong and how to fix it but they refused. No one compatent to make the repair. Then the insurance company wanted to total the car due to the added expenses of sending it to the dealer and the additional repair. I had it towed out and taken to Owasso Collision. They fixed the Battery Safety Terminal and the rest of the car flawlessly.Go somewhere else.

Less than one star! I dropped off my 2009 Pontiac G8 GT at the Owasso location to repair damage from a collision that the other insurance company is paying for on May 3, 2018. I had been called back to the Gerber location THREE different times, saying the car was finished, none of those times was it fixed! The first time I came to get it, the door handle and lock on the inside did not work, the rubber on the outside has been replaced with old weathered cracked rubber, the door paneling was not put together properly, the door itsself was still not aligned correctly and there were numerous new scuffs on the car. The second time I came to pick it up the lock still did not work and the old rubber was still in! The third time i was called back, a little over 24 hours later, there are fresh deep door dings in the paint on the drivers side, which was not even the side with the initial damage!! The rocker panels are scuffed badly from the people working there getting in and out and dragging their feet across it! This establishment has caused more damage to my car that was not there when i dropped it off!!! The inside is filthy from people kicking my doors open with their feet and getting gravel and dirt all over the place! I called and talked to the general manager Jason, told him to make sure my car was ready to pick up, the third time because I wanted to take it home! He was not even there when I went to pick it up the next day! This is absolutely ridiculous! I have to take time off work, which is costing me money, to drive up there to see that there is something else wrong! Now gerber has caused more damage, completely unrelated to the initial wreck! The paint has orange peel where they repainted and Since getting my car back, there is road noise on the passenger side of the car, obviously the door was not sealed correctly and my drivers side door leaks when it rains. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!!!!IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER shawn did in fact call me on a friday i said i would discuss it with my husband and he said he would call me back monday. Well guess what..... over a month has went by and SUPRISE he never called me back!!!! Way to make it right gerber!!!!!

This is the absolute worst place to get your car fixed. Trust me when I say they will screw you over. A few months ago I was in an accident and they had to fix the entire right side of my car(this was a brand new camaro that I ended up paying 50,000 for too). They used aftermarket parts on the car even though my insurance company told them it was against their policy if the car was less than 5 years old. The parts never aligned with the car so I took it to another place. Meanwhile the car was jerking when shifting gears and the engine was too loud. Gas milage was about 5 miles off what it should have been as well. Anywau, I took it to get it looked at and the frame, engine, transmission are all basically broken after they assured me everything was completely fine.The place I last toom it to ended up totaling my car. Now ask yourself... are these really the people you want fixing your car if they cant do their job right and lie about your vehicle being properly repaired? I dont think so.
