Max is super nice, very trustworthy old school repairman. Being a single woman, it is scary inviting some repairman into your home. I, 100%, recommend Max!! Pricing is right on point and doesnt break the bank.

Made an appointment to repair a dishwasher between 12 and 6. no show no text no call.

Called Max. He was there in 30 minutes. He already had the part in his van. In 30 minutes had the repair done. Great guy. Will definately be calling on him in the future if I have any other appliance issues. Also worth mentioning. I told him *before he even arrived* that my compressor had failed, and that I wanted him to replace the compressor. What he actually found was a faulty start capacitor. He could totally have replaced the compressor without saying anything, and charged me for a much more expensive repair - that I was already committed to doing. But he didnt. He told me a much less expensive part was needed. Good on ya, Max!

Our dryer quit working on a Saturday morning and sent my wife into a panic. I googled Maxs Appliance Repair; saw good reviews and called Max. I left my number on his phone and was called back within a couple of hours by Max. He gave me a time that he would be here and showed up at that time. He found the problem and showed it to me while explaining what he would need to replace. Max did what he said he would do and had the dryer up and running within an hour and a half. We were charged a fair price for his work, and I wouldnt hesitate to call Max again for any type of appliance repair.

I had a dryer that was not heating. Max was prompt and on time and very quick to find the problem. He then advised me of the cost for the repair so I could decide whether to repair or replace. I elected to repair and it has worked great every since. I highly recommend him to anyone

I had a dryer that wouldn’t heat and Max did a great job of explaining what failed and what the cost would be to fix it. Cost of the repair was more than reasonable. He arrived on time and was in and out within an hour. Will definitely use him again

Guy shows up, assesses the problem and says he needs to order a part. Never heard back. Called and texted several times and still no response. Left message to call back or I would go with somewhere else and never heard a word. Went on for 2 weeks. Went with another person and determine the issue was different. Only good thing I was not charged by this guy for coming.

Very unreliable took him 4 visits to find out he couldn’t repair our stove. I would have given 1 star except he refunded our payment.

First time to use him today and now 4 hrs later hes finished he change a belt and thermostat the price kept going up from 125 to 185. First off he said 125 to change the belt then left to pick one up came back then said needed a thermostat so left again to get one he also took mine that still had warranty since I replaced it already yes he did do hes job but hes pricing is why gave 1 star hes very untrustworthy
