Staff has been super friendly and accommodating for me during my move in. There were very few repairs needed in my apartment and the maintenance crew handled them swiftly and appropriately.

If I could I would give them no star I would this is a nasty place the people who owned this place should fire everyone that works here hire new people that are caring understanding and that worked with the customers that pay to live here if you’re thinking about living here don’t they act all nice and caring but once you sign the contract it’s over they will treat you like no one cares they won’t fix nothing they won’t try to fix nothing the gate is always broken the people who mow will hit your vehicles with the weedeater it’s not worth it before you sign the contract asked to see inside the water heater area there was black mold growing everywhere But they don’t care they were still rent you a place to live knowing that it can make you sick these other people working you don’t trust them this place need to be shut down I’m going to call the city of Owasso on them

The leasing process was so easy and Madison made it very clear what we needed to accomplish. Move-in day was so easy and so pleasant! We were beyond impressed by the state of the apartment and it went above and beyond our expectations. We are so excited to live here.

The staff was friendly! The room was cleaned and and the carpet was freshly cleaned! The damages were fixed and things that needed to be repainted were repainted. Overall a top notch experience!

It’s a wonderful place to live with great staff and excellent service when needed. Very clean property with great amenities to take advantage of. Honestly can’t wait till the summer to get back into the pool!

Moved here in August of last year...no complaints whatsoever. Staff is always friendly, maintenance if needed is timely. One thing though, parking appears at times scarse, number of garages is too small.Would still recommend this property to anyone.

My family and I have lived here for a little under 2 years now and really enjoy it! With a few exceptions due to just normal wear and tear on a facility, which is immediately addressed by maintenance, I have been pleasantly surprised living in these apartments after having lived in a regular home for over 25 years.

If I need anything fixed maintenance is notified and it is taken care of within 24 hours plus I am notified 30min prior so I can be home when the work is done. Im always recommending this complex to those looking to relocate.

Clean apartments, maintenance is super fast, good location, no noise. Only issue is parking at night but it’s a gate complex so it feels safe being half way across the lot at night.

I have lived here about a year and am very pleased with the management and the property. The location is perfect for my needs. The staff are friendly and responsive. I am so glad to have the option to have a garage as well.

I have actually fixed a few things myself. Upgraded apartment lol. Upgraded appliances lol. Amenities lol. Shared water bill lol. Gate is always broken lol. Dog feces everywhere lol. Hidden fees lol. Preston Lakes is such a lovely place to live. I have lived here two years now and love the friendly staff, quiet neighborhood and convenience to shopping and highway 169.

I enjoyed my stay at Preston lakes apartments so much. Management was always on top of things, maintenance completed all work orders in a very very timely manner and I never had problems with anything in my apartment that they wouldn’t take care of immediately. I really liked all of the events they held for residents, for example, buying us pie and pizza! This was the best place I have ever loved and it was so so sad having to leave :(

For the first time in my life i decided to rent an apartment and live by myself. I came to Preston Lakes Apartments and the first person I met was Jennifer. Jennifer picked up my situation and knew I needed help in finding a place to live. If there ever was a answer to prayers it was Jennifer. Its as if God sent her to take care of me in a desperate situation. She set me up in the perfect apartment, which was in a very safe, very well lighted area and up front. She gave me an apartment across from a lady around my age, which was just what i needed to make my day. She gave me all the advantages she could give me which I was now able to move into an apartment that I dearly love. Every time I need something I come to Jennifer and she never questions my request. She is the most understanding and nicest young lady Ive ever met. I left a situation and she understood my need to start fresh. If there ever was a person needing praise Jennifer deserves the most praise ever. I thank her for helping me so much in my time of need. I know shes here to rent apartments, but she went above and beyond that and I will always be thankful that she was here the day I walked into Preston Lakes Apartments

Dont move here go somewhere else! First, their referal program is total BS, I refered at least 3 friends and never got a dollar back. I would go and ask them everyday until I just gave up. Also when you leave they start making up these FEES just to try to make you pay instead of getting money back. Their management team is trash, they are just there to get paid but wont help you at all. DONT MOVE HERE!

If I could give a zero I would! Been here 1 1/2 years and at renewal after the first year, the rent price went up by 60 bucks so be ready for that. Also, dont believe for one minute that you are living in a gated community. Like I said, Ive been here for 1 1/2 years and either one or both have been broken 98% of the time and Im not exaggerating. Currently the main gate is wide open and the secondary gate has been broke and shut down waiting for a part for over a month now. Not to mention my truck just got broken into now! Rent somewhere else cause these people DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR belongings!!

Let me say, the apartments themselves are very decent. Apart to that you would pay an arm and a leg for water. Office doesnt monitor how many people live in the apartment and thus there are some that have a lot more people then are registered.The other issue is the management. Dont be deceived with their smile when you come before you sign the lease. This will fade away as soon as you are on the other side of the fence. Your problems are burden and I had a whole range from just being impolite to complete rudeness. Definitely, wont recommend.

Please reconsider somewhere else. My apartment is falling apart and the carpet was never changed so it’s giving my allergies a bad time and the vents are killing me as well seeing as Im super allergic to household dust and so on. Things break left and right and the office tends to give attitude or have showed neglect multiple times PLEASE replace this management. Prices aren’t worth these apartments. The vents never get changed either it is a health hazard how packed the dust is on these things. Be aware. And I do love stepping in dog poop! Says no one ever. Everyone is lazy here and it shows. Cars can’t even get parked correctly no courtesy among the residents and none in the office. How many negative stars does one complex need for change? Please do something and don’t give me the quote on quote oh we’re sorry how can we provide you with our help? Because you won’t and hardly do. So let’s do something with our actions and not our words. Thanks.

Nice clean place

I am extremely impressed with how well these apartments are so kept up. My garage/loft apartment was basically in like new condition. It has all the awesome features that I want. All of the office staff and management are really fantastic people! They are very friendly, caring, honest, and are just willing to help in any way! I use the fitness center quite a bit and it has everything that I need to get a solid workout in.

I moved in last year September I am trying to buy a house and I have a years contract or lease here. In the next couple of days if I get this house I will turn in my 60 days notice but I will not be leaving until June 30 will be my last day. I asked the office if I leave on June 30 and I have given my 60 Days Notice way before 60 days what do I have to pay for July August and September because my lease is till September 23. If I give my 60 day notice here in a couple of days and I’m not going to leave till June 30 I still have to pay the full price for July August and September. I have lost my lease I guess I can get another from the office. I’m giving plenty of notice, looks like you would get a break on July August and September. If I pay or still have to pay for July August and September what happens if they get a renter for July August and September. Would that be double rent for three months?

Do not live on the first floor. I cannot speak for every building but I lived in building 9 and I could hear every step the person above me took. They were not stomping around or anything, just poor construction of the building. I had constant issues with bugs getting into my apartment. When landscapers would come and blow the grass trimmings they would somehow entire my apartment through cracks in the door frame.I also paid more money to live on the first floor.Nobody in the front office, outside of the manager seems to know how their billing works. When I had questions regarding my final few payments before I moved out nobody could really give me a straight answer.The apartments also incorrectly tried to sue me for rent that I had paid. The gate hardly worked during the entire year that I lived here.The place was much better with the previous owners.

Villas at Preston Lakes was a fine place to stay. My biggest complaint and it should be a warning for everyone looking here to stay. We lived here for 5 months and we paid over $700 in just water bills. THIS WAS FOR WATER ONLY!!!! There are no water meters on each apartment and the bill gets figured out by size of apartment and the number of people living there. We had a 1000 sq foot apartment with 4 people living in it, but spending over $130 a month on a water bill is just crazy! SO BE WARNED BEFORE YOU SIGN AN AGREEMENT! We were not aware of this and this wasnt brought up before we signed.

Preston Lakes has a great management team who care about you as an individual and not just as a renter. They’re personable and eager to help with anything that you need! It’s a fantastic community to live in!

If given a choice please reconsider somewhere else. Earlier before management got changed it used be 4+ star property but with now change in management it has deteriorated. We stayed here for almost 4 years. Management is rude. They will charge you for no fault of yours. So be careful.

I recently went to lease an apartment from Preston Lakes. They have a move-in special going on right now that would include first month rent free and a pro-rated credit towards next months rent. After a $150 application fee and a $200 deposit. We got news that we could move-in only after we paid an additional $200. And the next month would be full priced. We are now out $350 because they do not pride themselves in being upfront about pricing. With the false information given to us I feel we deserve our deposit of $200 back but of course that will not be happening since it was past the 72 hour timeframe. All in all we are not moving not because we cant afford it. Since our leasing agent Miriam made it apparent that she feels its because we are broke. No, we will not be moving because they mislead us and messed with our pocketbooks when we are students that wait tables. We do not have time for their foolery and thankfully Tall Grass Point, where we currently live, has offered us a discounted rate to get us to stay. Be honest in the future Preston Lakes!

This is my 2nd time to live at Preston Lakes I regretted it when I moved and so happy I decided to come back. If you have any questions about these apartments schedule a tour and ask for Jennifer She was great.

Everything that Jimmy Gantenbien said below me is true. Place was ran great when case and associates owned it. They sold it to Hamilton point and the place has gone down the tubes. We are currently looking into a new place to live. Hopefully people read these comments before they make a mistake and move here.

This place sucks. Dont live there. First of all. Their security gates work only half the time. My car got broken into and when I let them know I got a pat on the shoulder.Secondly, when we moved out I seriously scrubbed high and low to get our deposit back and they still claimed my cats peed on the carpet and charged us for new carpeting... Yeah my cats dont pee on carpets bc they have a litter box that I clean religiously.... So these people are all about money and I regret ever living there now.

Worst property ever! Assistant manager is racist and property manager is never available!! Banned from clubhouse because I didnt want to talk to them, as I had 3 minor children at pool. Only good thing is maintenance William and Tony. Otherwise overpriced with cheap appliances. Disappointed

We moved in in June 2016. Since then we have had to go in twice to sign amendments to our lease. Its not my problem they didnt get things in order to begin with. We made it right on our own time. If you are ever to be locked out of your apartment you will get a call saying they cant find you as a lease holder even though you definitely have a lease. Case and associates need to get there Lifes together and run as a business instead of just a take your money and run outfit. Not impressed and glad the lease is up.

We rented while it was managed by Case and after they sold it the new managers are not doing their jobs. Grass has not been mowed since transition to new owners, people are not picking up their dog poo, there is no maintenance to clean out the courtyard trash bins, there are no antiseptic wipes in the workout room, no paper towels in the mens room, no tasty coffees in the common room and no answer to questions. Pool was readied for summer by prior owner (Case) who said it could be open as early as end of April and likely by mid-May, yet new owner states has no idea when it will be open because all the prep work has to be done. (this is a bald faced lie as we witnessed the work being done) Due to no maintenance, we have spiders, ants and now roaches in our apartment and are going to spray for pests ourselves, though this was supposedly a landlord duty according to our lease. The gated community is open at all hours and we just heard the deposit on fobs are being withheld when tenants leave. In just five weeks we have decided to find another home and were not hasty decision makers.

The best! Preston Lakes is an excellent property with a very professional staff. I would definitely lease there again.
