I cannot express how happy my husband and I are with Oviedo Glass. I spoke to Malinda on the phone and as scheduled Randy (company owner) and Malinda came to our home to measure and inspect all of the windows. All of our windows were measured more than once to ensure the proper measurements. The windows were ready upon expected arrival date. Josh and Jay were the installers and were FANTASTIC. They arrived every morning ready to work and did so with precision and great attitudes. We had one pretty stubborn bathroom window and Josh was a magician at making sure the new window fit properly. It looks like the window came with the home, actually all of the windows do, thanks to the guys hard work and patience in making sure the windows look their best. We had seven windows and a glass slider installed and I have already walked around my home countless times in awe of how AMAZING they look. Josh and Jay literally just left my home as today was the last day of installation. They cleaned each window to make them look squeaky clean, so if you need me you can find me gazing out my gorgeous new windows!

Oviedo Glass went above and beyond our expectations. Work was done quickly. They removed two existing sliding glass doors and installed new French doors; one set oversized with side lights. We got four estimates and Oviedo Glass also had the most competitive price. All trim was included, installed new hardware and even reinstalled door alarms upon completion. Highly recommend.

I love using our local companies versus big box stores so when it came time to upgrade my doors and windows, Oviedo Glass was top on my list. They showed up very quickly to come out and measure my house. The girl that came out was very informative and gave me some ideas of things I could do to increase my curb appeal. She also brought over multiple samples to show what I was going to be getting. The windows and the door arrived and was installed in about a month. The installers took great care to ensure that it was done correctly. I absolutely love how much cooler my house is now with the upgraded windows. My electric bill is finally at an affordable cost. If you’re looking to do any upgrades, definitely give them a call.

They are fairly quick and does a decent job on the fist job I had. However when I decided to use them again, while the technician was on site he told me there’s another problem he saw, and “it would be just a few dollars more” to fix. I agreed over the phone. Turns out to be $50 plus tax. The simple job of replacing two tiny old one panel glass was over $200. Totally killed their first impression.

Oviedo Glass replaced our front entry system. Randy, the owner, worked with us to come up with a door and sidelight system to fit our space. Rob and others fitted the unit perfectly and finished the opening to look as if it had always been on our mid-century modern house. I called yesterday to check price for a 36 x 60 mirror above my new vanity and not only did they have the best price, but they also installed the same day. The mirror is perfect! Called them for a quote. They told me to email them pictures and details. So I emailed them pictures and told them I needed window panels replaced. I get a call later that day and I give them as much detail as possible. They quote me $300 and we set up a date for them to come and do the job. The workers come to my house and assess the situation and immediately try to tell me I can save money doing it myself because its an easy job. I had originally told them i needed 7 window panels replaced but it turned out to be 8. I was off by 1. Also we needed the beams replaced. It seemed like the workers were making it out to be way more than it is especially when they kept telling me I can do it myself. So they tell me theyd have to give me a new quote because its more work than they thought and they wouldnt be able to do it that day. The owner calls me later that day and gives me a song and a dance and tells me it would cost $600. Double the original quote after I told them what needs to be done AND sent pictures originally. Also, for a job so easy I could do it myself according to the workers, surprising that theyd double the original quote. They came highly recommended by a guy who installed my shower doors but I was not impressed. Very unprofessional. They made me jump through hoops to get a quote, I emailed them pictures at their request and spoke to them on the phone and they misquote me by $300. I would not recommend this company.

Oviedo Glass did a great job making some custom glass shelves that I needed. They were friendly, reasonably priced, and had the work done very quickly. I would recommend them to anyone needing glass work done.

This place is unprofessional, never answer the phone or give you any updates. Took a week and a half just to find out they won’t fix one window.... this place is trashhh.. raw trash.. workers look like they have no idea what they are doing also. Asked questions and they had no answers for the questions. They measured the window wrong also..... just straight trash and horrible customer service

This review talks about a mistake.While there are many companies that can replace glass, the rubber meets the road when there’s a problem. We had a little scratch and it looked lousy. We contacted the company and they fixed it at no cost to us even though they had to get another company to repair a portion of it. The professionalism in the face of a possible difficult situation was impressive and would result in a referral from me. I encourage you to work with this company. They will be there for you in good times and bad.

They did quick work I needed at a cheaper price then others I called looking for glass for an aquarium sump project. When I screwed up the dimensions and came back to get the glass cut down further, they were fast and friendly!

TERRIBLE COSTUMER SERVICEI called over a week ago to replace a small front window, took 4 days to get someone out to my place for measurements (im less than 15 minutes from the business) they came measured my window and told me theyd call back with an estimate. 2days go by with no call, they call to tell me they need to come back to REMEASURE, guess they didnt get it right the first time even tho this is ALL they specialize in?! after they came by i still got no follow up call, i called next day and they told me the two techs left handling my service have left for the day, i called hours before close?! So i said leave a message tell them to call me in the morning, business opens at 8AM & by 1 pm i still hadnt received a call, i called the business multiple times only to be hung up on or put on hold?! i finally called a personal number of one of the techs to which he informs me oh ya we were gonna call you, the other tech working with me said HE DIDNT WANT TO DO THE JOBSO I HAD TO CALL TO FIND OUT YOU ARE REFUSING SERVICEYou should probably keep people informed instead of making them track u down for an answer when i could have gone with another business a WEEK ago

They replaced the pane in one of our windows previously and did a decent job. When another window broke, I contacted them to see if they would replace the entire window. Their response: Just one window? We dont do just one window. Well do an entire house of windows. So, they will repair one window, but they wont replace just one window.

Unfortunately, I could not get past the phone calls to actually experience their business. I called to request a quote. The receptionist took my details and passed them on the quote department. The quote department never called so I called again. The receptionist told me to call Randy specifically, so I did and he told me he would call back.Two days later I called the office again because I still hadnt received a call. The receptionist told me to call Randy again because theres nothing I can do, its not my department.I have a hard time believing that she couldnt take a message and communicate to her boss that a customer was still waiting for a quote. After I told her I needed a call back or I was taking my business elsewhere she said, Ok. So, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I had a small window broken a part of a larger one (one of many of the panels) and was charged $125 just for a 30 min job. As stated on invoice, supplies were only $10. Will not be a return customer or recommending to anyone.

Could not be happier! Our gardener damaged the outer pane of glass on one of our French doors and then stopped returning our calls. So we were stuck paying to fix it. Every other company we talked to, and there were at least 10, insisted that the only thing they could do would be to replace the entire SET of doors, for a whopping $1000!!! We called Oviedo glass on Friday, and the guys were out Monday with a new window, which was actually nicer than the old one! It was $350 to replace it, it looks fantastic, and the guys were done in under 20 minutes. Couldnt recommend Oviedo glass more highly.
