Beware of this company they will still your money on your face. My experience with them is that on the moment that I went to check in on the airport they charge me again for the flight (I paid twice for the same flight) even I showed them my confirmation number and them I call to their customer service department and they will tell me there are some luggage fees you have to paid ($50 dollars) even I did not had any luggage. Calked to discuss my account billing. The Frontier agents tone of voice gradually but surely escalated as I politely requested details about my last paymernt amounts. I had to put him in his place by sternly advising him to dial down his tone if voice and that yelling at customers is a quick way to destroy a companys reputation. Immediately after he denied he was yelling at me, the call got immediately disconnected. I think.he hung up on me. I wish I had taken note of his name to report him !
Frontier is a terrible company, they do not even deserve 1 star but that is the lowest it goes. This review is for the public to be aware. We tried to reason with frontier communications for months. Our bill would constantly come in $40+ higher than expected. In order to fix the billing problems, it takes just over an hour on the phone with a Frontier rep. Following month our bill would be worse than last. From adding things to our account that we did not want to removing the most important things to our family, and then they want us to pay to reinstall the services that they removed in the first place against our consent. We have been ripped off and lied to by Frontier Communications, not to mention we had too to call frontier a few times a week because our services would be down. This problem would come and go depending on a month. Frontier would use any excuse in the book to ensure us how this was not on them, and every time they would make you keep resetting your system until it would come back online. We never really got a reasonable explanation for why we were paying for services we did not receive, and never got reimbursed for. I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Frontier Communications is an unethical company, and if you ask me they are hurting the public by robbing them of their money, time, and making promises they never deliver.
Great customer service when you are a new customer but very unreasonable when you move and they provide service on your new address. Stay away.
I never write reviews, this is how horrible this airline is. Literally the worst flight you could possibly choose. When I went to the gate to ask again when we would leave after the SECOND delay the lady at the desk said what flight are you talking about? Obviously the one above your head. She had no clue when the plane was arriving. If you have several hours to waste this is your airline!!!! Enjoy.
ATAY AWAY FROM THIS PROVIDER!!!! I recently sold my house and cancelled my account. Gave them my forwarding address so they can send me equipment return boxes. I never received those boxes and every time I call, they tell me they do not have any notes on my account about my conversations and request for the boxes. They said I cannot even drop off the equipment any their retail locations and they will not give me an address of how I can ship them back. These people are the worst!
Worst service experience with any communication company I have ever had...over an hour to order service, 3week wait for installation with no explanation. I would gladly pay more to have ANY other ISP.
Frontier is a satelite tv and internwt service that does not work in rural areas. We had to camcel the service after one day because our phones, tv and internet stopped working after one day. Giving one day of service amd then not disconnecting everything the next is not something thats worth buying. Dont waste time of this

Pity service, buy roundtrip tickets to Orlando, three people including suitcases supposedly, upon arrival the airport was a lie ....The suitcases had to pay separately, and after the fact they charge what they wantAnd if one is about to address what to do? Well pay or lose the flight .... there is no option ....
They are the worst airline in the world !! Flights are always delayed, for more than 5 to 12 hours, late, they do not give you any explanation, they simply do not have a pilot or full staff to attend the flights they are very bad when you call customer service, it is not worth it! And if they give you a change, it is a boucher that you can only use with them, and you have the same problem again, it is not worth it.
