I must admit that I have never experienced such a professional cleaning company before like 3-1 maids. My satisfaction is beyond words. They really went above and beyond to clean the most difficult areas like in-between titles in the bathroom etc. I will definitely recommend them to all my business elite, friends and family. I urge you to try them. You will not be disappointed .

The team did a great job with promptly responding even on a weekend. They were very responsive, provided a quote, easy to complete a form on the website to request service cost and any instructions.They provided a before and after picture to show their work and had no problem accessing the place that required move out cleaning. I was very unhappy because the workers did not perform the services they were hired to do, did not come back to correct it, and charged my credit card after I told them I did not authorize payment because the job was not done. I wanted to be made whole and have the job completed. I had to pay $86 (50%) for a cleaning that was incomplete and done poorly. I wanted my whole house cleaned not a 1/2 job. She still charged my credit card after so told her I did not authorize that amount. Poor quality and poor service.

I cannot express how amazing my experience was with 3 in 1 Maids! I had called inquiring about a move out cleaning and Monica was very helpful in getting me scheduled and was extremely pleasant. Everything was done the morning they stated and I received an email confirmation with pictures. I was more than pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you again!

Their website is so easy to use and really user friendly. You can literally book in less than 60 seconds at at time convenient to you. And their customer service is nothing short of exceptional!

The cleaners showed up and got to work immediately. I had already started cleaning prior to their arrival. I let them know I really only needed their focus on the tile floors and the bathroom. When they left, I noticed the tile floors hadnt been cleaned but the bathroom looked great. They also took off with my scrub brushes i had just purchased. Not quite sure what I paid them to do but Im not pleased at all.
