Showed up after the extinguisher had expired and said he had permission from the owner to inspect it. Since I am the owner .. LOL .. I knew this was just a tactic. I told him I was interested in his service, but wanted to talk about the price, he said no .. tore up the contract and stormed out. Very unprofessional. I will never use them even if they are the lowest price ... which remains to be seen.

Claimed he had permission from the landlord to do fire inspection of our warehouse unit. Replaced a fire extinguisher claiming it was faulty. Then handed me a bill and asked for my credit card. I told him I was not responsible for paying such things that he would have to take it up with landlord, since they sent him. Asked me to sing just for recording purposes. Turns out I signed the bill. He mailed it back to me. Landlord said that they never authorized him to do anything. It’s a sham. Sadly, if you are bothering to look this up, he’s probably already scammed you too.

Someone showed up at our office by the name of Allen and demanded and forced to replace a fire extinguisher than forced the employee on duty to pay the bill. There is clearly a NO SOLICITING sign on but rudely he came in and roamed around the office with authority. These guys are con artists preying on employees of businesses. How desperate and shame if they must operate in such a way so stay in business. Whomever reads this should be report to the leasing office or up higher. One star is the default or this would be a zero.

Chris Stephens responded promptly to my phone call and was out the very next day. I was very happy with the price and the customer service that was given. Everyone I have spoken to from this business has always been very friendly and professional to deal with.I would highly recommend American Fire Systems.

I would give no stars if I could. Walked into our shop didnt say hi, immediately picked up the fire extinguisher. Then continued to walk into the back room while I was with a customer. Highly unprofessional!!! Then proceeded to tell me that our certification is expired ( it expires in less than 30 days) and wants $60 to recertify ( the company we use only charges $30). They use scare tactics with employees. Business owners beware! Train your staff to not let anyone do work without your permission. The other reviews with one star are the truth.

Please do not fooled by all fake reviews people. They are the WORST fire company ever. They come to my shop without any permission, did nothing and ask me to pay a bill... what a scammer... People please be aware of this company

Just show up walk in like they are scheduled then hand you a bill not good. They were warned last year not to do it again they did. No answer at office ever. Press 1, Press 2, Press 3 no answer. Better more professional companies out there.

This guy came out today wanting 95.00 cash for a citation faking himself to be a fire marshal

This company is one of the worst I have ever seen. They randomly come to your business and search for the fire extinguisher and service it, then write an invoice. I never asked them to come out !!! I reported them to the BBB and any other regulatory agency I can think of.

Chris was tried to sell me equipment I did not need, I asked him to leave my business5 times!! Then he tried to intimidate me because he is a biker. I would never buy anything from this company!!!!

He has offered us the service for 2 years in a row and has been diligent and efficient. He offered his help to teach us how to use the fire extinguisher and other things.We recommend their services.
