I was in this store to pick up my posters from the print station. There were 4 people in line, one was being helped by the young lady working the counter. Another employee (Nick) had just finished assisting another customer and proceeded to help with the print line. He started helping at the back of the line, and when asked why he said, that customer was the only one he could see. After his response, the lady he decided to help looked up at me and apologized. So I asked, well are you blind? He continued to help that customer and then after finishing with her, he proceeded to assist the lady behind me, once again. I thought this was utter disrespect and no way for an employee to treat a customer. I was told the store managers name was Liz, who was not on duty at the time.What are your thoughts? How should this situation be handled?
Stopped in to get something printed. It would have taken 10 minutes. There was nobody else waiting, nor any other customers in the store. I was told I could put order in and it will take 24-48 hours to complete. WOW. A walk in customer. All they had to do was print off of an email I would sent to the print desk. Every other Office Depot I’ve ever dealt with would have done this immediately. Customer service at its worst.
Large store, with a good selection off office supplies. Store neat and clean. Associate took me to the area where the item I was looking for. She was pleasant and helpful. Mask were being properly worn by employees. One negative item sold in large units 25 to 50 and only needed 2. Overall a good shopping experience and would return if I need something else in the future.
As soon as I walked in the employees began to help me. My visit was pleasant and efficient, thanks to the excellent service from the few employees in the store. Keep up the great work!
Helpful employees found me what I needed
The printing center has terrible customer service. On multiple occasions I received no help from them when it came to printing large files. I have an SPC account and had to use the self service which turned out to be different pricing than when I receive help directly from someone at the counter. I wouldn’t recommend this Office Depot to anybody when it comes to printing needs. One day, I asked for help, they said I needed to use the self center and helped the next customer at the counter after me. I use to come here and receive help but lately I haven’t been able to.
I tried to use the self service machine to print some documents. The machine kept restarting while trying to load and eventually timed out. I asked to email documents to them to print instead of using the machine and the kid took me to another self service machine. During this time it was not loading all the documents I needed. All the kid said was oh I dont know about google drive. I am still waiting for my $10 pre authorization charge to get refunded to me 😤 the worst service Ive had in a long time.
Teacher here! I always take my teacher supply card to this store because its so well-organized, convenient, and all the staff are on the ball! If they dont have something, they can get it quickly. Ive never had any problems at the copy center or with the manager, Liz, as someone else mentioned--Ive always been able to use my teacher card. Maybe they need to check the dates on their card...duh!

I just left this Office Depot and sadly will not be coming back! I was having trouble printing on the self service printers, I asked Devyn to help. From where she was she explained what I needed to do. I moved to the next copier and again had trouble. She did not have the decency to come and help knowing that I was having trouble, mind that there were NO other customers but me. It is a shame, I’m a teacher and this is the closet Office Depot that I have. Please Office Depot have employees that are willing to help their customers!
The workers in the printing station always seem to have a bad attitude. I walked in today hoping to print another planner that the previous day, a worker did right in front of me in 5 minutes. This worker, from the start, was talking in a rude tone and was not being helpful with the process at all. She told me to come back in 24 hours and when I said that somebody did it for me in 5 minutes yesterday, i was responded to with a face of disgust and a well and then her walking away. Terrible customer service that just brought me down. The guy at the cashier on the other hand told me to have a nice day with a smile. Nice guy!

Very organized and many items available ! We were very pleased upon the extreme cleanliness of the location as well as the help that was provided by the employees . They work diligently to provide for the customers and that is well appreciated . They offer all kinds of services through the printing office and now even offer a similar service to amazon prime if you sign up for the business account! Nice!
Was in the market for a new laptop,so I stopped by to browse. First I will say that I was immediately asked if I needed help in which I replied,not just yet and they let me check things out without being over my shoulder and bothering me. When I was ready for help the Tech was there ready to go. I caught them while they were having a sale,so the prices were outstanding. What really was the best part of my experience was the Sr Tech, Gage Talley. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. There was no pressure or trying to upsale with Gage. He showed me all the pros and cons for each unit I was interested in,along with customer reviews and gave me great info to make my decision. Was kind of just planning on browsing for a bit,but my experience with Gage and the prices I jumped on an awesome deal they had going. Thanks Gage and Office Max for a wonderful visit. I will definitely be back and would recommend them to anyone.
I came in with 2 toddlers to use the self service printer and the young lady at the counter offered crayons and coloring for them, which was a LIFESAVER. I even forgot something and she ran it out to the car, what a great staff and location. (9/27/19)
Amazing customer service. I mistakenly held them 30 minutes after closing time (still extremely apologetic) and the three ladies who stayed after definitely deserve a raise. They did what I asked for (and more) and even a half hour after closing there wasnt any hint of them attempting to rush me. Not to mention the friendly guy who greeted me when I came in. Sadly I dont remember names, but impressed and very thankful nonetheless

The staff was great and helped me buy an office chair quickly then walked me to my car in the rain. The employee helped load the chair into my car to make things much easier.

Wow! Steven and Dave were over the top customer service oriented! They made buying the computer we want a breeze even though it wasnt in their store. They also made sure to make us aware when we were getting new office furniture sets that we could get free shipping so we didnt have to manage that in a car full of kids. Everything was quick and painless, and were getting the price we could find online including Amazon and Tiger Direct for the furniture and the computer we picked out.
EdMarie, one of the managers, is absolutely outstanding. She is patient and definitely LONG-SUFFERING with clients who have complex issues to solve. She doesnt give up; she is polite, friendly, has a sense of humor. She really knows her merchandise and technology.
I had a problem with an office chair I purchased over 2 years ago at the Oviedo store. I have addressed the problem with the Office Max customer support hot line and the manufacturer with no success. As a last resort, I stopped by the Oviedo store to show the problem to Liz, the manager. She solved it in 10 min. I couldnt be happier.
Price was different from what was advertised and the gentleman honored it without question.
Usually have good experiences but this last visit was inefficient and time consuming and I will not be returning. I came by after work to pick posters that took 24 hours to laminate. I walk in to find my posters still on the counter, not laminated, an hour after their deadline. And although an employee immediately comes up to me and promises theyll be finished I end up waiting for 30 more minutes before walking out. Apparently only one employee knows how to laminate and she was occupied while three employees watched. Their employees are untrained and dont have problem solving skills and even with a few great experiences, I will not be returning to risk that time-dump again. Look somewhere else for your services.

I didnt really want to go to Office Depot to get some of my stuff for school printed and laminated since Ive had less than pleasant experiences at other Office Depots print and copy centers, but I needed it over the weekend and was amazed at the service here!Like that they have added the computer kiosk for check in, thats new since the last I did this. I didnt catch the name of the young lady helping me about 4:00 on Saturday, January 19 (it may have been Lia, since that was the name on my QA card on the job I had done, but not 100 percent sure) but she was amazing! Very knowledgeable and helped me save some money on my job. She took my info and processed it QUICK and I was on my way.I picked it up today and it was PERFECT and she was there again and even remembered me by name. The teacher discount is awesome too! Thank you so much Office Depot Oviedo!!!
