I was concerned my blood draw would take forever because of the other reviews here, but the whole process was very quick for me. I arrived at 7am for my 7:15 appointment. I checked in at the kiosk and waited in my car for a text from them. My text came at 7:10. I checked in with the front desk lady, and got called back around 7:15 or 7:20. The lady who took my blood was very friendly and sweet. I was out the door by 7:25. I hope more people get an experience like mine!
Only one person working this location & their automatic check-in is down. She checks a group in then draws blood for that group. Came here yesterday to get a lab that needed to be done before 8 am. And was told it would be 1 1/2 - 2 hours. So I came here today at opening - 6:30 am to find a full waiting room & line out the door. Been waiting an hour so far. Labcorp needs to put another employee in this location. This woman is obviously exhausted. Shes snapping at everyone!
I had an 8am appointment, checked in online and set up “comfort wait,” as I waited in my car for nothing. Apparently their internet was down since yesterday and they didn’t even think to put a sign on the window where no one sits?! Terrible management and absolute waste of people’s time.
Not the worst in the world. I have never been to this location before and there are no signs indicating where it is in the plaza except for small words on the door. Phone call to find out location and it said office was closed. I noticed it at the last minute and was able to get it done. For those who use this location, you need to go into the Oviedo Women’s Health Center building parking lot.
It is a small office but my experience, 4 different visits all good. Very nice and friendly technicians and never waited more than 10 minutes to be seen.
I showed up a few minutes early to an appointment at 11am. No one else was there and they took me right back. I was in and out in 5 minutes.
I visited this location for a walk-in today and everyone was super nice! I only waited about 30 minutes which was a short wait considering how many people were there before me. I was also surprised how easily my vein was found, I haven’t always had that experience at other LabCorps or doctors’ offices. Overall, I was really happy with the visit! I definitely would go back! (:
The staff was nice. But no social distance. Very tinyRoom. People were sitting next to each other.Invitation to catch virus easily. Their Longwood location is perfect big enough for social distanceI will never go at this location. They could have told people to wait in cars. LabCorp In winter park tell people to wait in car and they call them
Been here since 6:30 and its 8:00 now and still waiting! One person checking in and taking blood!
Jennifer, one of the phlebotomists there, was absolutely wonderful. I have very tiny, shallow veins that require butterflies & an incredibly gentle & steady hand to avoid the usual vein blowouts. She saw my veins - or lack thereof - & managed to deftly & painlessly draw all she needed from a vein even the Red Cross laughed at & told me was useless. Jennifers awesome. If there are any future blood tests needed, I hope shes the one doing them for me.Ive seen many reviews complaining about lack of social distancing. After checking in, youre welcome to stand outside, sit in your car, etc., & they will let you know when theyre ready for you. Yes, the place is small to the extent that, to properly socially distance, only 3-4 people can be in the office waiting area at a time, so the extra measures (being allowed to wait elsewhere) can be appreciated. No one is forcing anyone to stay in the waiting room if they feel unsafe. Theres a hand sanitizing stand just inside for patient use, & masks are worn at all times.
I did not have an appointment so I went early on Friday morning at 6:45am hoping to get a walk-in slot. I left 15 minutes later. The staff were very nice.
Rude!! The ONE day I forget my mask, I ask if they have one I could use. The nurse didn’t want to give it to me, but they did anyway, reluctantly. Then they ask me to “sit”.....shoulder to shoulder with other patients. I got a few eye rolls because I forgot my mask, but then I’m asked to sit within inches of 2 strangers. Reception could really use an attitude adjustment! (Did I mention it was only 7:30, 1 hour after they opened). Find another location if you want kind customer service!
Opens early (good!), But sometimes later there is a long wait. Need more techs to handle patients.
They have moved to the building next to Oviedo Women’s Health Center in the Publix plaza. The sign they left up, at the old location, indicating where they moved to has been removed by either the building owner or the new tenant.I believe that the address on the door of the new location is 1020 Winter Springs Blvd. The ladies were pleasant and I got out quickly. I am sure that they are tired of being blamed for removed signage that is out of their control.
Never had an issue here before. Understaffed and waiting for over 30 minutes for my appointment
This place is absolutely horrendous. Staff are rude specially on the phone. I have been hung up on six times now and the lady just laughed at me. She then put me on hold and then hung up on me after I was on hold for 30 minutes.I am definitely reaching out to corporate.
The new location is very unorganized and needs additional workers. The check in process was unnecessarily long. This is my second visit to this location. Both times was a similar experience.
There should be more than one employee working at a time. One person to check in all those waiting and then those waiting have to wait until all are checked in before getting labs done. It’s not efficient. It’s not fair to the one employee.
Quick access
Place is too small with very bad ventilation. No respect to the 6 feet distance. They take forever to call your name. Never again.
