Every time I take one these bikes out I get closer to wanting to own one! These things are totally awesome! I rode the Cross SeminoleTrail to Winter Springs and beyond and enjoyed a great fall day without feeling exhausted when I got back. I highly recommend checking these out and considering buying one. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

Before my Pedego, I never spent time outdoors. Now even a quick trip to my grocery store is an adventure. This is the best investment! I ride EVERYWHERE now and look forward to the weekends to get out and try a new trail.Laura was so patient and helpful in explaining the different bikes and narrowing down what best fits my lifestyle. I actually left with my mind set on a bike and coming back after the holidays. Then in the parking lot I spoke with my boyfriend, he now wanted pedego too so we went back in a bought a set.Im not a compulsive person so that was huge to just go back in and make this investment. Its been almost a year now, Ive been back in for tune ups and new gadgets etc. Its always a great experience and Im soso happy I decided to come in.

I visited Pedego Oviedo with the intension of test riding the Pedego Element bikes. I met Laura and told here what I was interested in. She was very helpful answering my questions and offered me a test ride. After the ride, I knew I had to purchase this bike. I picked the color I wanted and added fenders, upgraded seat and a mirror. She had her mechanic, Will, add the options I wanted. He was very efficient and installed the options quickly. After another test ride, everything was perfect and I was out the door quickly. I will be taking some of my friends to this shop.

This is Day 1 for my new Pedego Interceptor. I am very happy with the brand, and very very happy with Pedego Oviedo. Laura took great care to answer our questions and provide test rides. I tested other brands and compiled my own comparison chart before choosing Pedego. Very disappointed. We researched and liked these bikes, were excited to go & bring home 2 new bikes. We called ahead because I am high risk and enclosed spaces must adhere to guidelines. They stated this shop did indeed adhere to all cdc guidelines. However, when we arrived, I could see 2 ladies inside, neither wore a face cover. As we approached, one who worked there, drew her gaiter scarf up over her nose, the other made no attempt to cover her face. Reluctantly I entered with making sure I didn’t touch anything and knowing I had to avoid the unmasked. I barely made it into the store, a quick peruse and suddenly 2 more without masks begin to enter. We left. Bought new electric bikes elsewhere from a responsible bike shop. Disappointing & a wasted trip!

Fantastic local ebike shop! Super helpful and they have plenty of bikes to rent or buy. They even do limited repair work on on other brand ebikes.

I LOVE my City Commuter Black Edition. Laura helped me decide which one would fit my needs. I ride it to work and have never had an issue with it. Laura and Will have always been available to answer questions and check the bike for any issues, including putting air in the tires. I am so very happy to have made this purchase. Having FUN!

These electric bikes are AWESOME!! My wife and I were able to rent Pedego bikes from this location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a pleasant riding experience. These electric bikes were comfortable and allowed for a smooth ride. We rode along a nice trail to Baldwin Park. The pedal assist was amazing. Unfortunately, typically Florida weather, it began to rain heavily. Fortunately, we were able to put our bikes on the highest setting (about 20 mph) and booked it back to the store. It was definitely a fun memorable adventure. We would highly recommend renting or buying a Pedego electric bike from the Oviedo, Florida location.

My husband is a road and mountain biker and I am neither. We both loved our ride. I could share one of his passions even though I have little biking skills. I wondered if we would be hot since we went in the middle of August, but the breeze combined with not having to work super hard kept me cool. I did choose to pedal to give myself a little activity, loved the electric boost. Next time we will bring our teen kids.

Very nice and knowledgeable owners. Renting was fun way to spend a couple of hours, hopefully we can buy one in the future!

We have an old E-Zip bike (2004 model). Yesterday I tried to use and even though the light was on indicating all was well the electric motor simply would not kick in. Laura, owner of this business, was very encouraging about her mechanic being able to fix anything and suggested I bring it in even though they were not an E-Zip dealer. Will, the mechanic, was simply fantastic. He found three different wiring issues that were causing the problem and was able to fix them. The constant on button had never worked. After Will worked on this bike, even it worked to perfection. I cannot say enough good things about this business. When we are in the market for a new bike, this will be the first place we try to buy from even if they are somewhat higher in pricing simply because of their helpful attitude and obvious competence. Great place to purchase or rent an electric bicycle. The staff is very helpful and wants to make sure you are very satisfied with your purchase. My wife and I purchased a Pedego Tandem that proved to be the most fun bike we ever owned. I met Laura and Will, and was able to test ride two of the E mountain bikes. They were great, answering all of my questions and taking the time to go very detailed information about each bike. I had test rode. Very good experience.
