My service today was awesome and timely. Phillip installed a kitchen faucet for me and he was courteous and very knowledgeable about the pipes and water valve. I truly enjoyed talking with Phillip and I thank him for the amazing work he did for me. More importantly my wife loves the new faucet too. I will definitely highly recommend him to my friends and family.

I had a hole in a pipe spraying water everywhere and Sam T’s had Phillip out to me very quickly. He was very knowledgeable and courteous and even took time to explain how things worked to me! I put in a new garbage disposal. The piping did not line up and I did not feel comfortable redoing the piping I asked them to fix it. They gave me an estimate of $225 - explaining that they would need to take it back further to fix it and it would take time. They finished the job in 20 minutes and charged me $225. ($49 for the estimate and $176 for the work.) The only thing they seemed to change was the P-Trap.They were very nice, very professional and the work was well done. They were not worth the price.

Philip did a wonderful job moving and replacing our outside spigot! We will definitely be calling him when we need another job done.

We paid $444 for a leak detection and were told that we had a slab leak which would cost over $4,000 to fix. We decided to get a second opinion and a second licensed plumbing company found the leak in the wall behind our hot water heater and had it repaired in less than an hour for under $800. I have called and emailed Sam Ts to discuss the matter with management and have gotten no response. Very disappointing. I feel our money was completely wasted on an incorrect assessment.

Our plumber showed up early, which was nice. He explained everything he was doing, what the charges were and proceeded to replace the toilet.He was very courteous, cleaned up everything meticulously. I would definetely recomommend Sam Ts for any future plumbing neeeds.

They assess the situation, quote the job and then get it done. They provide professional invoices and show up when they say they will. I had a shutoff valve leaking. They replaced the valve but 2 months later, no water came through the valve to fill the tank. Apparently, the valve is not working anymore. The cost was very high for the first time repair. I wont recommend or use this business anymore.

After calling multiple places and getting the run around, Sam T’s plumbing was responsive and had a very reasonable service fee. Phillip was at my home within an hour of calling and he resolved the problem swiftly and thoroughly. I highly recommend and would definitely use again.

I worked with Phillip who helping with a draining issue we were having with one of our toilets. He ordered the part and came back and installed it for us. He was very informative and the main office was also helpful.

Have bill $3000 to fix shower and paid $1500 with a debt card to start work. Did not complete the work and charged $1200 more for the work and then charged $2700 more on card without authorization. After this was posted the owner put the money back in the account. We have a balance of $1500 that we will pay when job is done. After 2 months the job was finished at the price they said they would do it for.

A few months back I had a plumber from this business come out to my house for an estimate regarding my bathtub faucet not dispensing hot water, which to me it seemed to be a simple repair. After doing his assessment he gave me an estimate of approximately $900. He said he needed to cut a hole in my drywall, replace the valve and plumbing, and he would have someone else come in to fix the drywall and add decorative tiles to the wall around the tub (This is something I did not request). I decided I did not want to spend that much money for hot water, so I declined the offer and paid him $50 (I think) for showing up. I will say, the plumber was extremely nice and friendly through the whole encounter, so this is why Im giving a 2 star rating and not a one. Recently, after consulting with a Home Depot employee, I decided to do the job myself. I replaced the pressure cartridge and now the faucet dispenses hot water. The part only cost me $30 bucks and it only took me about 10 minutes to do it, and I have zero plumbing experience. With the money I saved, I plan on installing the decorative tiles myself. My advise is: Do your research before calling the so-called pros.

Water leak at the entrance of house (in the concrete wall). There was no main shut off valve installed and Phillip came in, opened the wall and quickly put temporary stop to the leak. He came back later and completed the job. Very professional and courteous. Quality of the work is second to none. I will contact Sam T plumbing in the future.

I was experiencing wet carpet in my hallway. I called the A/c man and after checking everything he said it was a plumbing problem. So I called my friend Moses, and he recommended Sam ts. Once I called, the technician was here within an hour. He was polite and explained every step of the process of finding the leak and how he was going to repair it. I called and they got over in 45 minutes. My kitchen faucet had to be changed and the fittings had all rusted. It had to be cut away and it ended up being a tough job. They did not charge extra and cleaned up all the mess after. I would definitely call them again

Refrigerator water valve shut off was leaking. I was busy and needed it fixed ASAP so hired Sam t to come by and fix. They wanted almost $800 ( $200+ to repair drywall after fix) to replace. Told them NO WAY. Went to Home Depot when I had the time on the weekend and fixed at a cost of $30. No dry wall tear out. They prey on those they think have no knowledge of plumbing. Beware.

Ive personally used Sam Ts twice now for my water heater and my water line and they do high quality work for a fair price. They have been upfront about everything they would be doing and made it look flawless after.

I have used this company 2 times now. First was a leaking exterior faucet that needed to be replaced. Phillip came out. He is a complete professional. Nice, knowledgeable, clean, reliable, and excellent. He gave such a great quote I had him repair a toilet flange while he was there. He did great work. The 2nd time I was moving and backed a truck in and broke my water main in the ground. I turn off the water. And I told my wife I need to find that plumber I used before. It was funny because I was searching my bank records try to remember Sam T plumbing. I found it and I was so relieved. I called for emergency service the day before the hurricane. Phillip arrived barely an hour later. I was so pleased to see him again because I knew we going to get good work at a reasonable price. He was so detailed that he dug the hole so that he could put my grass back down when he filled the hole. You could barely tell he had dug a hole there. Seriously, these guys are good.

Called to get a rough estimate on disconnecting a kitchen sink where shutoff valves would not close but they could not provide me with any thing over the phone. The tech came to my house and actually pulled off the sink valve which flooded the kitchen. At that point I was worried that the valve would come off again and flood the entire house so I had to use Sam T. The worst thing about it was that they charged me $220 for 15 minutes of work and tried to schedule me to hook everything back once i replace the cabinet. They charged me an emergency rate when all i needed was a quote.A few weeks later I tried to talk to them to see if they were ok with how I was cornered into using their service and they did not care.If I were you call another plumber. There are too many out there to deal with Sam T.

2018-08-16 – Sam T’s Plumbing anchored my toilet back down. Once Phillip removed the toilet we could see the PVC flange was broken. He cut out the broken flange and put in a new one at the right height above the tile. He always kept the work area clean and protected the floor. He explained what he was doing and why, which is always helpful to know why something is being done the way it is. Phillip was always courteous, on time, and professional. I would recommend Sam T’s plumbing to anyone that needs a plumber.

We had a pipe burst in our wall connected to the water heater in the garage. The entire garage was flooded and the drywall was destroyed. I searched reputable plumbers in the area and was told we could have someone out to your house in six to seven hours from many different companies. Called Sam Ts and they were here within an hour and a half and an hour earlier then the estimated time. He cut out the bad drywall and fixed the piping. What a horrible experience I had with this company and the plumber named Phillip that came to look at my shower valve today on Saturday June 17, 2016. Phillip arrived at my home asking what has been done so far and after explaining the many trips to Home Depot and the hours it seemed weve spent taking the cartridge out of the meoon shower valve. Phillip went on to explain without even getting tools from his car or tinkering with the valve that Because of his past experiences we would have to make a hole and replace all the pipes in the unit. The nerve of this guy to recommend the most costly job without even attempting or evaluating the situation. I dont recommend this company even when I called to complain the desk agent told me that she was ok with the recommendation. Over priced and a bunch of thieves in the night looking to take advantage of hard working families. BEWARE OF COMPANY
