This was our first time using this massage envy as we just moved here recently. The ladies at the front desk were wonderful and super helpful. My therapist was Ivan and he was great as well. I am thrilled that we have a great Massage Envy location so close to home

I have been a massage envy member for 13 years, I specifically went out of my way and moved my membership from its home location to their location to help them out.The reason for the 1 star is due to lack of communication. I have called this location 4 times over the last month to try to get help moving massages from my wife’s account to mine.I’m not the type to leave 1 star reviews, but I feel as though this is warranted.Management, you’re more than welcome to call me to try to make this right.

Very unprofessional! Don’t ever come to this Envy Massage . They are the worst ever ! I am not recommending because they double charge membership

This place discriminated against me because I was not able to wear a mask while waiting in the waiting area. I told them I’d wait outside and the lady came out to tell me that I’d need a mask to walk through to my room where I would than be able to take it off. I told her no and left. The ridiculousness of this is insane. Mask have been proven to be ineffective but yet this company wants to muzzle you.

I am never disappointed with any of the masseuses that I have been paired up with. The facility is clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable as well as accommodating.

The staff at this location has consistently given me top notch customer service from the time I enter the door and speak to either Rae or Amber, who are pleasant and kind always, to the time I leave. I have had massages from Clara and Jahaira at this location and they are both stellar therapists. I have most recently been receiving treatment from Jahaira exclusively and her talent and attention to detail cannot be understated. I hope that upper management will acknowledge this review and recognize Jahaira for her astounding work ethic. Thanks again Massage Envy.

Had a great prenatal massage by Jessica! She was accommodating and overall fantastic! I would definitely go and see her again. I left way more relaxed and refreshed that I had expected. The price for 1st timers is nice, $50. But I believe it goes up to $90 unless you have a membership which in my opinion is a little steep. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend Jessica!

I have the wellness package because I love getting massages. It took me a while to find the right massage therapist ( not everyone knows how to do a proper deal tissue), until I found Michael and Shawn. They are both awesome. Recommend 100%.

Jahara is the best!

Recently relocated (6 months) to this area and switched my “home base” location to this. The front desk staff is always friendly and smiling and I love the therapist I found here. I never have trouble booking appointments and always feel so much better afterwards.

Massage Envy membership is a good investment! Once a month I get a massage with Matt who is the best masseuse. All the stress goes out of my muscles. Staff is very helpful and friendly. With the money!

First time in 40 years without back pain. That lasted a couple days. Awesome!!!!

This place has no customer orientation at all. They are not willing to strengthen customer loyalty. My wife bought a three massage package with them. She was unable to use one of them within the time frame established in the contract. There was no flexibility from the receptionist nor the manager in duty to expand the expiration date which means she lost a massage. We will never get back there again and hope you choose a better service provide to avoid wasting money.

A member for years - but Im not always a fan of Massage Envy. Still, I have to give credit when its due. Lorena took my call and was so very patient and so very helpful while arranging appointments for my wife and myself. It was time consuming lining up just the right dates, times and therapists for the two of us. Lorena never once came across as anything but generous with her time and abundant consideration. I asked for her name and offered to write this review b/c she merits the shout out! Thanks Lorena!! My wife enjoyed her deep tissue today. My turn tomorrow.

I love massage envy. I started going in New York last year when I got a gift card, and signed up for the membership. I really enjoy my massages and look forward to it each month. Great way to reduce stress and helps with my migraines.

Had a short session with Melissa and I now wish I would have booked a longer session. She was amazing!

Ive been a couple of times to this location. Both Brandi and Cierra were very professional, and did an amazing job. I will add though, that customer service over the phone is a little rough a few times when Ive called.

I feel uncomfortable having a massage with strangers not talking to you, is nerve reckon to me. This was my first massage I kind of wish they would speak to you. The massage wasnt great at all.

I look forward to these sessions weekly.

Good place to get a massage Alexis and Samantha are the best. But most of the front desk lady’s are just bad never had s good experience with any of them. But the one is the worse here name I think is Rachel just down right mean. If they would clean up there act they would be better when I first started going there it was great front desk lady named lorni I spelled it wrong but after here the business went down.

Ive had a membership with them for 11 months. 2 times when I made an appointment for a 2-hour massage, it had been canceled due to the massage therapist calling out or getting fired. I understand things happen but I feel like it is more stressful making a massage with them than its worth. I only got offered a 30-min facial instead of my 2-hour massage but then I would have to wait 1h-30min in order for my Husband to be done with his 2-hour massage. I would say the front staff is very unprofessional. From what I was told requesting a specific massage therapist and being a member has priority than someone who is a walk in, but I have a feeling that is not how it is anymore.

This place is great. Comfortable, charming, and affordable. Yes please!

Probably one of the worst massage i ever got...therapists trained there on clients it seemed until they get good enough to leave and open their own place!

Horrible horrible place cant cancel unless you jump thru hoops.Save yourself problems use people who come to you!!! way better and cheaper.

Decent massage for Massage Envy. Matt did a great job. This location is better than the Waterford Lakes location but they still try and coerce you into their membership scheme.

I got a massage here as a fathers day gift and let me tell you that it was THE best gift ever. Stacy was my massage therapist and she made years of stress go away. Highly highly recommend. Wether its your first massage or your 100th definately check this location out.

They lie they Hook you into a contract telling you 11 days to cancel and never saying that you have to be a member for 12 months let it sound like it was 11 days its a rip-off

Its like an assembly line spa, the services are minimalist to make you feel like you need to come back. The massage therapist I got scheduled with was quite unprofessional. Not going back there again.
