I bought my home from Rustin in July of 2015. He made the process fun and pain-free. Since then, he has continued the relationship by giving back to his clients by going as far as completely renting out a movie theater on two separate occasions to specifically to give back to those who have done business with him and his son, Josiah (who is an AMAZING guy too!). We love our home and will most likely stay with it for awhile, but should we ever decide to move, its a no-brainer that well continue to choose the Carlsons. You really dont find customer service at this deep of level very often.

Unfortunately I did not have a good experience with Rustin. We found the perfect house but the process was far from perfect. It sometimes takes a long time to get an answer from Rustin. But the biggest issue was the condition of the house when we moved in. I trusted Rustin to do the walk through for me because we were moving form out of state. I was told everything was good to go and I signed the papers to purchase the home. The home was filthy, holes in the walls, carpets were stained, the fixes that were supposed to be done were half assed, the screens that were missing from the home were replaced with either broken screens or screens that didnt fit. Rustins answers were pretty much its not my problem. He doesnt care about his clients. I would definitely not recommend him or work with him again.

Rustin is very attentive to our questions and concerns. I appreciate his patience and willingness to walk us step by step through the property transfer. 5 stars for sure!!
