House sold in four days. Long distance communication was excellent. I was out of town and not there to see the behind the scenes activity (staging, open house, advertising, etc.) Therefore I was amazed the house sold so quickly. Shannon made the necessary paperwork easy via e-mail and FedEx so I didnt have to return to Kansas City for the closing.
