Abel, Mateo, Marcus, and Benito were OUTSTANDING, start to finish! They handled my piano with the greatest care and clearly knew what they were doing at every step. In addition, they were extremely friendly and easy to converse with throughout the process. I feel my money was very well spent on MovingProz and these four gentlemen are the reason why! 10/10 would recommend and hire again!

I am extremely disappointed with this move. Beware of inexperienced movers who have a strong likelihood of breaking your items. Also if you have the standard contract they will give you scraps for what was broken because they value by weight not price. Literally one of the movers told me it was their first day. I moved from one apartment building to another (same complex) and paid nearly $500. Fine, it had to be done. The glass top to my coffee table was shattered by one of the movers in the elevator. I filed a quote and was offered $24. I can’t get a quote for replacement glass under $100 so it’s not even worth fixing the table. I am now buying a new one. However the principle of the matter is that this company should have the best interest of their customers in situations as such but it seems as if they do not. If your inexperienced movers have broken items then the company should be responsible for replacing the damages in full.

DO NOT GET FOOLED BY THE GOOD REVIEWS. We hired this company to move us a very short distance. Nick came out and walked through the home to get us an estimate. We accepted the estimate even though we thought it was a little high based on the contents we had, the short distance (approx 2 miles)we were moving and the couple of items needing disassembled. After the time of the estimate to the moving day we had boxed up ALL small contents and moved them out (15 truck loads) leaving just furniture. We were given an arrival window and they showed up about 20 mins late not a big deal. It took these guys until 430 pm to load up the furniture and head to the moving location (we expected the job would be completed by this time) these guys moved extremely slow you could definitely tell they were paid by the hour. All of our nicer items were supposed to be wrapped to store including a very expensive white cloth couch and it did not instead got thrown into the garage unwrapped at the new location getting dirty and damaged.The chairs and couches brought into the home were missing legs, left on end, cusions not put with the items in the rooms they go in and everything left in Disarray. At the end of the day about 830pm the lead guy says we are done (which they definitely were not) he goes onto to tell me we owe $1300 more than the initial estimate. I said I do not agree with this and try in contact Nick (no answer) the following day the office manager calls and argues saying we have 2 options to pay the full overage or he’d be willing to charge half of the overage. We agree to pay nothing more than the original estimate (which in our eyes it was well over what it should of been)They then proceed to charge the full amount a day later. Not only did we expect it to be less then the initial estimate because of what we did prior and the contents we removed but it was way higher. They move VERY slow and way under bid there jobs BEWARE do not use them.

Moving Proz did an excellent job with our move today! The scheduling and admin team always kept us informed and were very responsive. The moving team of Brandon, Kyle, Antione, Tyler, Benito, and Christian were professional and very conscientious. They hustled and completed our move in almost half the time that we expected! Excellent job.

As I mentioned to a representative, Jesus and Polo were some of the best workers I have seen.They were personable, trustworthy and communicated very well (letting us know what the plan was). The company was a joy to work with and I would absolutely return, though hopefully not for awhile.... moving stress (which they helped relieve) and all. Haha.

This company came highly recommended so we decided to use them for our recent move. The team that arrived was very professional and did a great job. During the move our refrigerator doors were dented and there was a small amount of damage to our wood floors. The team was very honest about the damage. They took photos to show their boss and recommended that we file a claim within 30 days of our move date. We completed filing our claim within two weeks and were quickly notified that our claim was declined! Seriously? Your company damaged our belongings and our new home and you feel no responsibility to make it right? After numerous emails back and forth between my husband and the manager we were awarded $150. I dont know that that amount will even cover one door for the refrigerator. Very disappointed in the handling of this situation and will not be recommending them to others. Great staff, but management is a different story.

The moving experience they gave us was absolutely the best. These Men were nothing short of amazing! They provided top quality service and at a amazing pace. Their personality’s made it even better. I recommend them to anybody and everyone looking for a moving company.

Moving Proz was the best moving company I have ever used, hands down. The office staff went through the inventory list with me and provided me with all of the information I needed for a smooth move. The three movers (Kyle, Chris, and Philip) were professional, friendly, and careful throughout the process. They completed the move way under the estimated time so I did not pay as much as their original estimate. When I had an issue with the final invoice they sent me, they worked with me to make sure it was straightened out correctly, which was much appreciated!I don’t plan on moving again anytime soon, but I will choose Moving Proz again in the future!

This is a great company they answer very quickly. Jacob and Terry were the movers that showed up to my move. The were great explained everything well and went right to work. By far the cheapest estimate I got from a moving company. Movers were on time, moved quickly, professional, and seemed to care and protect all of my items. Masking is a big deal for me, so I asked for the movers to be in masks. They put them on with no complaints. They estimated 2 hours for the move (which I thought was a little fast to be honest) and completed it in 2.5 hours. I did take away 1 star because some mud was tracked into my new apartment (Ill concede it rained that day, but it would have been nice if the movers were booties over shoes when coming into the unit).

Jose and Jorge did a great job. They showed up on time, did quick inventory, and then had my furniture and boxes packed in no time. Once we got to my new place they had it all unloaded and each box in the proper room even more quickly than they loaded it!!Great service. I absolutely would recommend.

Our team, Brady, Tyler, and Oscar did a wonderful job for us all through. They were serious about taking care of our belongings and about awareness of deadlines. Some of our furniture was really heavy, and the guys handled it without complained and with clear expertise. Brandon, Mateo, and Jaimz were great! They showed up ready to work and did everything we asked. My son ran around holding a box afraid that it would get damaged or lost and they took the time to notice and assured him that they would place it in a certain place to make sure it arrived safely, and it did. I can’t say enough wonderful things. From quote to the completion of the move, Moving Proz is top notch! Moving an elderly family member from one senior living complex to another and they handled it wonderful. They made the move quick and easy for everyone. Clothing even unloaded from the wardrobe boxes right into the new closet. Bed was ready to be made and the first night was a breeze.

We had a quote to move a piano we were giving away. The quote came in quickly, we were able to schedule quickly, they called before arriving and our bill was lower than the quote as the crew was speedy. They moved a few things around and did not put them back, but that is the only thing they could have done to improve.

The crew was excellent and work hard for 8 plus hours. I had several heavy items and they pushed right thru them. They were a lot of fun to work with very pleasant despite the tiring work.

Andrew, Taylor and Ledo were my crew that helped with my move and they were OUTSTANDING. Not only did they call on the way and ask if I needed anything from the gas station (I was out of coffee!), but they even went as far as chasing my Aussie a few blocks when he darted out the door 😵‍💫😂 I was extremely stressed on moving day when they got there because I was behind on packing due to some personal obligations that came on unexpectedly, but they reassured me everything was fine and knocked out my move QUICK. Moving Proz just finished my move last week and it really couldn’t have gone any better. Communication was great getting everything set up and my movers (Jose, Noah, and Edward) did a phenomenal job. I called Moving Proz and they were able to have a truck and crew at my house the very next day to make sure I was able to maintain the timeline for closing on my house. Brady and Tyler were extremely professional and worked non-stop to get everything loaded and then the same guys drove down to Texas to unload as well. You will not be sorry if you hire these guys to do your move.

I hired Moving Proz because of all of their positive reviews, their quote was average compared to the 15ish other companies I contacted. I needed them to move a heavy dining set with a buffet server on September 4, 2021. I signed a contract for 3 men (the contract stated theres a possibility of a 4th team member showing up to speed up the process) however the 3rd team member didnt even show up until they were already at the first location for 90 minutes. They had drove the truck through the yard while it was raining, and had been raining for a solid two days and got the truck stuck. It took over an hour to get the truck out of the yard, the homeowner had to pull the truck out with his tractor all of it leaving huge ruts in the yard. The lead man remained upbeat throughout, but the other team member that actually showed up was in a bad mood the entire time. I get that its frustrating the way the morning was going, but its not my fault their truck got stuck, I didnt suggest driving through the yard that was completely muddy, not can I help that their third team member chose to show up 90 minutes into a move that shouldnt have taken 2 hours. When they got the set to my house they pushed the buffet server across my hardwood floors leaving a giant scratch, but I was just happy all the pieces made it safely since one team member was dragging the table that has pedestal legs across the floor in the truck causing them to jerk across the floor. At the end of it all I asked what my total price was before I signed the final paperwork and they told me a price, I agreed to it and signed. I looked at my credit card statement and everything was charged accordingly until 4 days later they charged me an extra $140. I reached out to them through their post move email and they have made no attempt to contact me back, whats the point in offering a dispute email if the company wont even respond? Now I have to go through my credit card and fight it as a fraudulent purchase because its a third charge I was not told about nor did I agree to it. In summary, I would not recommend their services to anyone, an extra charge after I was told what my total would be is sneaky and unprofessional.

Terry, Jose S. and Bob are a fantastic crew! They were friendly, respectful and very cautious with my furniture. Despite the temperature and humidity being oppressive, they did not slow down. Terry is especially a valuable asset. He has every aspect of furniture disassembly, assembly, wrapping the furniture with pads, plastic and tape down. He made sure the move went smoothly and had useful suggestions for me. Kudos!!

We have had a wonderful experience with our moving crew today. It was extremely hot, and the guys worked very hard to get us moved. This was a big job (8hrs) and we had zero issues. Everyone was friendly, not a single thing was damaged or broken. Not a ding or scratch on a wall or floor at either house. We would highly recommend the Moving Proz, especially Brandon, Terry, Christian, Tyler and Bol.

I would recommend this company to anyone moving. First of all, the estimator contacted me right away after requesting a quote. He was so easy to work with and very professional. Moving Proz has been the best choice of movers I have ever made from the beginning. After I submitted an online quote, I was contacted immediately. They were able to communicate through text which is easiest for me, and got me a quote very quickly. The movers, Terry, Jack, Brandon, and Dalen, were timely and professional, and genuinely seemed to enjoy their jobs. Moving an old women from the top floor of an apartment building meant that they werent going to be offered help, but they had a smile on their faces and pep in their step as they deftly moved my grandma into her forever home. She was able to smile and relax as these men took some stress off of her over-burdened shoulders. Thanks guys!!

TERRIBLE! Money was stolen, the quote was way lower than what we were actually charged, things were not wrapped that we were told would be, and some other small things that happen with a move. My biggest problem with the whole thing was the way they handled it which was basically by ignoring me. None of my calls were answered and only one email was responded to. In the email I was advised to file a police report and pretty much told that they arent responsible. That was it. Oh, when I called to hire them I was called back literally within 15 minutes! But after the move, nothing! I would never recommend them to anyone. They were terrible. With so many other good companies to choose from, pick another.

My girlfriend and I hired Moving Proz and would definitely recommend this company for handling your moving needs. They had to hit not one but both of our apartments in the morning and were professional, they actually engaged in conversation with each of us and were careful with everything they handled. There was always a sense of urgency but still able to interact with us and even get to know us. When are AT&T guy arrived they were even kind enough to hurry and get the TVs all out of the boxes and hooked up so the guy could connect cable boxes up!For me, being personable doesnt come as often as it should but with me, this came down to these gentleman doing the little things and those are the type of things that dont go unnoticed and are greatly appreciated!We were lucky enough to have Brady, Tyler and Jacob and I definitely would recommend asking for them if they are available!! Appreciate them and all there assistance and hard work!!

The crew arrived at the beginning of my window and only took 2 hours to load, transport and unload. Using Moving Proz was a great experience. Before the move, the contact person kept in touch. On moving day the trucks arrived on time, with a heads-up call to let me know the arrival time, and the crews were very efficient getting loaded. I recently moved and used Moving Proz services. They sent out four guys and they were quick on doing what they came out to do. Took care of my things and even had been able to maneuver a table out a seemingly narrow door way with ease. Every single one of them are absolutely kind and professional. They didn’t stop or feel like they needed to rest or take their time and yet very careful with handling my possessions. I absolutely appreciated that. I highly recommend this company if you are needing movers. They were prompt in getting to my place and you even receive texts that they are on the way and then when they arrived. My movers were Brandon, Cooper, Jared and Roderick and they are awesome! When I do decide to move again, I will definitely be going back to making arrangements with Moving Proz for it.Thanks guys for taking care of my stuff!

Brandon, Dylan, and Lane showed up to help me move today. They were incredibly fast and efficient. I was able to move in a little under 2 hours. They made it stress free as well. I highly recommend them to help anyone move. I would 100% use them again and request the same crew again.

Good crew Brandon and Trent were very smooth, very professional and fun to work with. I would recommend them and the whole outfit including Tim at the office who was also excellent. I can’t imagine doing any better and I have been in service industry for 40 years.

Brady and his crew were outstanding, professional yet personable, wll organized,fantastic work ethic, and. very postive attitudes. They were a pleasure to have in our home.

Moving Proz did a great job this weekend! The crew - Rob Taylor, Charles Henley, Jose Galvan and David Roby - handled my move seamlessly and with a high level of professionalism. Between half of my belongings going to a storage unit, and the other half to my new residence, I was so impressed with how efficient move day was. Rob, Charles, Jose and David handled many large (and heavy) furniture pieces with ease, and were incredibly attentive to keeping things in as pristine of a condition as possible. They were friendly, hard-working, careful and fast; if you can request this team of guys, please do! Overall, Moving Proz made what is always a stressful process much less headache-inducing, and I will absolutely use them for my next move. I cant recommend them enough; 5 out of 5 stars!

I searched for several weeks and received quotes from multiple moving companies but MovingProz was by far the best and quickest move time. The team of three that came (Brady, Martez, and Tyler) were GREAT! They were friendly, quick, efficient, and were almost spot on time wise with the estimate I was given. My items were handled with care and I had no damaged items. They even helped with moving and arranging my furniture a few times until I found the best arrangement. I HIGHLY recommend!

I’m prior to moving, I received quotes from 4 different companies. Moving Proz pricing was the second lowest, and the entire move was able to be set up via text, which was helpful to me bc much of the communication was done during my working hours.We were scheduled to have a 3 man crew, but ended up with two only. The gentlemen that showed up for the move explained that after reviewing the inventory of the moving, and even after just then doing the walk through of my house, they felt a third person wasn’t necessary. (I had 90% of the boxes in the garage already and all furniture was disassembled). The guys were friendly and personable. Nothing was broken during the move. The only minor negatives are:1. BC they didn’t have a third person, the move took all day, and I feel like they could have used the 3rd person for the unload portion of the move. But again, they do this for a living and know more than me, so maybe he would have just gotten in the way.2. We had a slight snag with the charges because they charged me for three movers. But when I called them to inquire about that, they were very kind in their explanation and apology, and refunded the charges for the third person immediately.In short, I very much DO recommend Moving Proz. They are convenient, flexible, friendly, they got the job done with no damages, they work hard, and they address any issues promptly and do what is right.

This was the easiest move I’ve ever had! Brandon and Parker were excellent today! Quick, efficient and courteous. Got everything done just the way I wanted. I’ll definitely be referring this company to my friends because of them!!
