First time at this nail salon and everyone was super friendly and offered me a drink as soon as I arrived. My nail tech explained the cost of what I wanted done up front so there was no surprises. She did the design I wanted very well and she matched the ombre perfectly to the photo I showed her. I will definitely come back for future fills.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. I get my nails done by Ann but I’ve also had my nails done by Tabitha and Steve and I have never once left without being absolutely thrilled with the results. I get a lot of abstract designs and they give me exactly the picture I show them every time. I would recommend this salon to anyone!!!

After numerous attempts she couldn’t get the shape of dip nails to look anything other that totally flawed. Powder, both times, has uneven coloring throughout. The additional 10$ for the manicure left me w hang nails. Never again. I want my time and money back

This was my first time trying this place! After calling three other salons closer to me that didn’t have availability I called here and got an appointment right away. I made an appointment and when I arrived they were very busy, Rex started on my gel manicure about 20 minutes after my appointment. My manicure looked great when I left so I didnt mind the wait, about 4 days later my gel polish started peeling and bubbling up. Very disappointed. I wont be back.

I have received dip powder services at Luxe Nails twice now and each time I went, the salon was clean and orderly, the staff were pleasant and accomodating, and lastly, the dipped powder services were far more superior than what I have experienced elsewhere. They have grown my natural nails out and do not use drills or metal implements to remove the dipped powder from your nails. I will be going back again and again. Thank you Luxe Nails!

First time at Luxe Nails - I’ve been following my nail technician, Rex around for a few years. The place is beautiful and has a fun vibe. Super comfy pedicure chairs, great music and complimentary beverages. The staff seems super nice and fun, lots of interactions and laughing with their customers. Rex does an awesome job and pays super close attention to detail!

After my first visit to Luxe I would have given them 5 stars. My first experience was great. However, each visit since has gotten worse. The last two times I had dip, the top layer peeled. After that, I had 3 nails chip after only 2 weeks and the rest were starting to lift. I went in to get them redone and scheduled an appointment for 6pm. I showed up 10 minutes early and by 6:38 (yes, almost 40 minutes after my appointment time), I had still not been sat to have my nails done. I left and sent them a message. They did offer me 10% off my next service, but saving $4 isn’t worth almost an hour of my time wasted if I were to have similar experiences.The place is cute and clean, I will give them that!

Update: I spoke with Luxe Nail Spa couple days ago and they offered me other services to resolve the situation. Although I did not accept their offer, they did apologize for what happened to my nail.I visited Luxe Nail Spa for my gel nails for special occasion couple weeks ago. My visit was pleasant and my nail lasted more than 2 weeks. Inside of the building looked clean and nice. However, I ended up getting an infection on my finger from the visit. I started to develop redness and tenderness couple days after the visit - ending up with a drainage from the infection site. The infection spread onto my finger nail and its growing little funky now.

I have attempted three times to get my nails done here. The first time I called ahead and asked if they had an opening for a fill. The man on the phone sounded irritated and said “we close in an hour and a half”. I live less than a 5 min drive from this place, I explained to him I could arrive immediately and asked if they had someone available. He said yes, but it was too close to closing time and I would have to come another day then hung up. Not wanting to base my overall experience with that one interaction, another time I called up hoping to set an appointment. They answered, then asked me to hold, then never picked back up. I called back in another 15 minutes with the same result. Okay, maybe they were super busy, and they just couldn’t get to the phone. I will try ONE more time! So, the third attempt I just walked in. I could get my service then, or I was just setting an appointment for that day or one in the next couple of days. As I entered, the man at the desk said hello do you have an appointment, I said no, but before I could go any further he said “we are booked all day, we won’t be taking walk ins”. Shortly, rudely. Didn’t ask if I would like to schedule for an alternate day. Didn’t care. This place REALLY needs to work on their customer service, I will NOT be attempting to try to get in there again. This did end up being a blessing because I tried out another place I have never been to before and I found the absolute BEST nail person I have EVER gone to. Buh-bye Luxe. Not impressed, AT. ALL.

Let this be known my review was removed for some reason even though what I am stating is TRUE and can be PROVEN. I’m copying the previous review and leaving it again. Luxe, if you have a problem with me sharing how negative my experience was, leave a comment/response so we can handle this accordingly instead of being cowards and running away from this issue.I have been a customer of Luxe since their opening weekend last year. I received a gift certificate of $30 for my birthday from friends that was purchased online. I was given the gift certificate almost two weeks later. It should be noted these friends do not live in the area.I came in with my husband for us to both get a pedicure and planned on using the gift certificate. We got our service, present the certificate, and were told it’s already been used. I let them know this wasn’t possible since I had not been to Luxe since before I received the gift certificate. I asked if they could look up when the certificate was used and was flat out told no. I told them there’s no possible way it would have been used by me, and they even asked when my last transaction was with them, how much I paid, etc. I felt like I was being treated like a liar or crook in front of a full house of people getting their nails done. Everything on my part lined up to where I was obviously telling the truth. After some digging, it turns out they COULD look up when the gift certificate was used (after I was lied to and told me they couldn’t) and it was supposedly used on a date I wasn’t even at the salon. I called them out for lying to my face and was told “sorry, we can offer you 10% off” and was also told they couldn’t look up what the gift certificate was used for after I asked. I really believe this was just an issue with their online software or perhaps someone entered in the wrong number when entering in someone else’s gift certificate. the way we were treated and how they handled the situation was absolutely horrible and embarrassing. We did end up paying for the services with the 10%discount (yes we tipped our service providers as well)I have recommended Luxe to MANY friends in the Downtown OP area and will no longer be giving them my business and will encourage others to look elsewhere.

Conveniently scheduled online, and was approved for an appointment promptly. They have a nice variety of services, and prices were listed on their website. Upon arrival I was greeted and signed in, then chose my color and showed my nail tech the design I wanted. I can’t remember her name, but she was so sweet and did amazing on my nails! She was timely and deliberate, also a great conversation! I will definitely be returning.

I hadn’t got my nails done in two years because I couldn’t find a place I really loved. After checking out Luxe Nails online, I decided to make an appointment before my wedding. And wow I was so impressed! Amazing customer service as soon as you walk in the door. I had two different nail techs for my mani and pedi and they both did such a great job. I was happy with how thorough they were. Sammy did my French manicure and it is hands down the best one I’ve ever had! I also brought my mom along who had never had a manicure. The man who did her nails (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was great and really made her feel comfortable since she had never had a gel manicure before. Thank you so much for making my mom and I feel special on my wedding day with beautiful nails!! We will be back!

Dip lasted 5 days. Emailed them at first instead of leaving a review to try to see if I could come back in or get some sort of credit and never heard back

The service is simply shocking. The gel peels off after only 5 days. Their customer service is poor. The experience is not pleasant, they are just trying to speed you up and behave politely. Do not come close, there are much better quality nail salons in the area.

I have been going here since they opened and I absolutely love it! Everyone who works there is kind and welcoming and does a great job with dip manicures and spa pedicures. I look forward to all of my visits to Luxe.

Excellent customer service! my friend and I at the last minute decided to get a pedicure. when we called they graciously made arrangements for us to come in right away as walk in’s. They took good care of us and made our time there very enjoyable! we will be back!

I would have given them a five star rating because they did a great job. However, I called last Friday to schedule a classic mani/pedi combo which is about 46 dollars. When I showed up the lady at the front thought I just wanted a pedicure even though the check in said classic combo. I tried to tell the tech who did my pedicure that I wanted a specific polish but she ended up misunderstanding me. I ended up with a gel pedicure which had a 20 dollar upcharge on it. I tried to explain to the lady at the front desk that I had never asked for that and no one had communicated to me I was getting gel but they would not work with me.

Luxe Nail Spa is a beautiful salon! It’s my new favorite. All technicians are awesome and provide excellent customer service. I go to Rex, and wow - he is amazing! Appears to be a very highly rated business so perhaps this is an anomaly, but you only get one chance to make a good first impression. Place looked amazing. Made 1pm appointment for hands and feet, checked in at kiosk, waited fifteen minutes without any update or further acknowledgement. Not a regular patron of nail services, so perhaps this is not unusual. Still, in what I imagine is a fairly competitive business, I found it off-putting.

I have been coming to Luxe since they opened. They are consistently on point. I used to always request a specific nail tech, but I no longer feel the need to because every single tech I’ve had does a phenomenal job. I feel pampered and treated like a queen. By the end of a dip manicure, I feel so relaxed, I could probably fall asleep. Give it a try, and have a glass of red wine (on the house!) while you’re at it.

My nail tech was wonderful and kind to my four year old daughter who got her first mani/pedi. Super clean, professional- my fingernails and toenails look just as good as when I walked out of the salon two weeks ago and I literally got bit by a goat on my fingernail right after we left. This place is awful !!!!!!!!!!!!!They did a very bad job. My nails tore my skin and now it looks like I have not done my manicure for a long time. Never go there and put your money there. They do not care about their customers, all they want is your money

Horrible. I do not recommend. The staff is not nice, there is no sense of organization, jumping from one customer to another using the same tools. The end result was not great either, my nails were in different shapes and sizes even though I got a manicure. The paint did not turn out well, it was brighter than expected, bubbles and holes in the nails.

Rex was great! He took the time to explain the dip powder process as I’m used to the acrylic nails. Nails look fantastic and I’ll definitely be back when it’s time to change the color.

I have been to Luxe Nail Salon twice now and both times were fantastic! I had different services providers each time and all did an amazing job. Steve and Kristy, the owners, are very friendly. The place is SO clean and the space is beautiful. There are tons of colors to choose from whether you want regular polish, gel, or dip. My favorite thing about Luxe is how they take their time. Other places I’ve gone to rush through your mani and pedi and give a 2 second massage. Not here! They really make the experience enjoyable and relaxing. The prices are comparible to other salons in the area but the quality of service is far superior.

Second time I’d been to this place and it’s SO fun. They are very personable and do a great job. I’ve had Hannah twice now, and I hope to have her again! It’s cute and modern and a good value of price. Not too cheap but not too expensive for them doing a good job.
