I loved this place at first. I soon learned the staff are RUDE RUDE RUDE…. and seem to forget they’re working with people with high stress and anxiety levels. I stayed anyways (who likes changing Drs) I was 10 minutes late for my first appointment in 3 years and called immediately when I realized. I was told by the staff I wasn’t “allowed” to make another appointment until the dr decided If I would be charged. Running low on meds, I asked if I can prepay this charge. I’ve witnessed several of their clients prepaying on their account for future fees and was told “No” I would have to wait for a call back (within 24hr) 48hrs later I called them and they verified I would in fact be charged and I was now “allowed” to schedule my next appointment (I guess they charge whatever they want. I was only charged 50) After all this, we then discusses my refill I would be needing before my next appointment. She made sure to let me know I COULD also be charged for that and wouldn’t be “allowed” a refill until the dr decided…. I let her know I appreciated all her help and if that were in fact the case, I’d be looking for a new Dr.
Terrible customer relations. Rude staff including Dr Brown. Treated like a number instead of a patient. Sorry I wasted so much money and time with this terrible business. Never go here!
The office staff are really rude and getting a call back takes weeks and several follow up calls into the office to remind them that you need a callback. Further, they are unpleasant when asked to do something that is actually their job if it is in any way inconvenient. My daughter called and the staff person verbally complained and got nasty with her because she was going to have to click out of a screen and start the insurance entry over. I mean, really?? My son has had several issues as well. If it wasnt for Dr. Brown, we wouldnt even bother with this place. Client service is horrendous.
My psychiatrist retired. I got in with Rubin Moore. I was doing great on the meds I was on. He started changing my meds and making me have 10 minute online checkins every 3 weeks. He charged for a full visit every time. It was a money making thing in my opinion. That way I had to have constant appointments. I was seeing my old person once a year not every three weeks.
My quality of life has improved since I started seeing Dr. Brown 4 years ago. I feel I have always received the care I need.
Very money hungry people. Will charge you $20 for a prescription, $75 for a missed appointment, but I can get cancelled on 30 mins before my appointment and it’s “their bad”
Like another reviewer here said, this place is way too money hungry. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for a psychiatrist.
Though I had a pretty rude letter that came in the mail that left a really nasty taste in my mouth, things have gotten better since then. Dr. Moore is fantastic and listens to all of my concerns. Being that everything is done remote, I thought that it would be weird but he’s super welcoming and understanding which I appreciate a lot. The office staff have been nicer and call me shortly after I finish up my appointment to reschedule and I haven’t gotten any more letters.
I am not sure about the other Psychiatrists in this group, but Dr. Rimi Grewal is great. I had been previously using my primary care physician for anti-depressants and I couldnt seem to get the MGs right for what I needed. Dr. Grewal took the time to ask me questions and ended up lowering my MG on one med and raising it on another - which was the opposite of what my primary care doctor had prescribed and after 2-3 months of tweaking and keeping track of side effects and check-ins on my mental well-being, I finally feel I am balanced again. My primary care doctor is great but this is definitely Dr. Grewals expertise and I recommend her to anyone who cant seem to get the right balance of medication. I only have experience over video calls because I started seeing her during Covid. I have had to call the office a few times to make appointments or ask about refills and I have had no issues with the office staff - but Ive had minimal interaction and it has all been over the phone. The only reason im giving it 4 stars is because my appointments are short - im just discussing medication, not receiving any sort of talk therapy, and my bills seem very high for just talking with her for a few minutes.
Ive had 3 visits so far and all 3 were satisfactory appointments. They have made every effort to make this a seamless process during all this Covid-19 nonsense. Ive been in therapy for 16 years, while utilizing psychiatry to maintain stable mental health, and Ive seen many psychiatrists. Dr. Lambert is very patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this practice.
Dr. Sonnenshein was ok, but office staff are incompetent. Scheduled my son with the wrong doctor so I took a day off for nothing. Ended up scheduling over a month past when he was due for a follow up and they changed the appointment day and time without telling me, so I again took a day off for nothing, then the receptionist I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. Changing to a different provider. Dont waste your time.
Ive been overly impressed with Dr. Garrett Lambert. He is straight forward and cares about his patients. I highly recommend him!The office isn’t very well run, the policies are a bit militant, and they don’t return calls often. But honestly....they deal with crazy people all day :)
We love Dr. Moore by Shayna at the front desk is a massive b! Every time I talk to her she is snarky and cant seem to get any information correct. You shouldnt be dealing with people if you cant be decent!
I really enjoy working with Dr. Grewal. She is extremely professional and personable. She’s always been very good at listening and staying on my agenda when it comes to providing treatment options. I have the utmost confidence in her. Unfortunately I have to agree with most of the more negative reviews regarding the office staff. I have waited over an hour past my appointment time before, just for a quick 10 minute refill visit. This caused me to have to reschedule an appointment I had afterwards. There was also an occasion when I was called into work the morning of my appointment. Because I did not notify them 24 hours in advance they would not reschedule me over the phone. I would have to wait for the $90 late fee to process and then pay it and then I could reschedule which felt kind of insulting given my history there and also just seemed to make things more inconvenient on both ends.I give it 4 because the point is seeing a good doctor and getting properly treated. I wish they would take a look at revising some things on the administrative end though.
Dr. Brown is wonderful and they always take my call and help me if Im having an issues. I recommend this place and specifically this doctor to anyone who needs help.
Taking my son to Ken Sonnenschein and will not return. Called with an emergency call and still haven’t heard back two days later. Complete lack of care. Also, Dr. Sonnenschein is very patronizing and condescending to the patient and parent. I have to call every month asking for refills, which is ridiculous. Do not waste your money or time here.
I would give zero stars if I could. Do not go here. They do not care about patients well-being. All they care about is getting your money. Jamie Mason is very mono toned and talks to you as if you are a child. This group does not care about the people. Maybe other individual providers within this group care but the group as a whole does not especially Jamie Mason. I told her my car broke down and I would have to reschedule hours before our appointment and she still charged me for missing which is 4 times what Id pay if I could have made it in. They never did anything for me yet they are charging me an arm and a leg
Use to be trusted but any sign of an issue will result in zero communication.
Honestly, this place does not even deserve one star. Please read the one & two star reviews. They are accurate. Money is prioritized over the best interest of the patient. I feel like their office staff is incredibly callous and uncaring. I cannot get my prescriptions refilled because of a missed appointment fee and a supposed balance carried from months ago. Stopping my prescription suddenly has been painful and they could care less. Over it.
Wonderful staff and office! Dr. Samuelson is knowledgeable and always takes the time to talk and come up with the best possible diagnosis. One of the best I’ve seen.
Staff has been friendly and efficient. Dr. Samuelson considers all aspects of your life when determining treatment.. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their services to anyone.
I want to start by saying Dr. Samuelson seems to be a very caring and knowledgeable psychiatrist and I would like to continue going to him. However the reason I am leaving a 3/5 star review and probably (though not certainly yet) leaving KCPG is the cost of the visits and clerical errors. On Blue Select Plus I have been charged $105/monthly visit regarding my medication. When I lived in NC, I was able to see a talk therapist who was also my psychiatrist for ~$25 a visit. The clerical errors I refer to are having been double-booked twice by the office staff. They called to warn me that they had scheduled me for a time already taken but I find that error strange and sloppy. It was especially inconvenient that I did not get an email as well because my voicemail does not always alert regarding new messages and I actually drove out there one of those times. As a final note, Ill add that I was referred for talk therapy to a therapist there who just didnt happen to be on my insurance plan which I found strange considering I was able to get the psychiatric care from another doctor there on my plan. Hope this is helpful for people considering this practice.1/3/19 Follow-up: I was additionally unknowingly charged for psychotherapy at my last 25min. med checkup meeting bringing my out-of-pocket total w/ Blue Select Plus to $171.97. Honestly these charges are hard to handle as a teacher and I feel my trust being violated.
Been seeing Dr. Lambert and he is great, however, office staff has been very unhelpful and unprofessional when you need to be seen or get a prescription refilled, I asked if I should follow through with a general physician appointment I was going to set up because I was afraid I wasnt going to be seen in time, and they told me no, they will notify the doctor now and call me back soon. Had to leave a voicemail the next day, still didnt get a response, called back again and they said oh yes you left a voicemail earlier, we are still waiting on the doctor, and that is inexcusable when a patient is waiting for refills and anyone seeing a psychiatrist is aware of that. Still waiting on a response with them when I described how severe my problem was, will be going somewhere else.
Created an appointment here two months out, sent in new patient paperwork and then emailed back and forth with an employee specifically confirming my appointment and that I would not be available by phone. A couple days prior to my appointment that called, and left a voicemail. Which I was not able to check due to working excessive amounts of overtime. When I arrived for my appointment then for me Ive been canceled because I hadnt verbally confirmed it. Ive never heard of such a business practice, and I am concerned that they would take my personal information and then cancel my appointment, clearly not interested in my business. I asked why it wasnt noted on my chart that Im not available during the days and that I could be contacted via email. There was no answer other than some condescending explanation that I must have missed their policy because they provide a lot of information. Im working on a graduate degree and working a professional government job and surely able to comprehend large amounts of information passed along to me. I was simply never informed Id be cancelled without my consent.Of note is my friend who recommended me to this place has been dropped as a patient after many years too. These people are shady and they are condescending as hell.
There seems to be a consensus here, and for that reason I went from a 3 to a 2. My Psychiatrist, Dr Rubin Moore, is fantastic. Hes the best psychiatrist Ive ever had, and I wouldnt leave if we hadnt switched insurance. HOWEVER, the office staff are one of the worst groups of people Ive had to deal with in healthcare. They are rude, uncaring, and sloppy.I cant cut them slack, and I guarantee they wouldnt cut you slack. This isnt an exaggeration when I say that literally every encounter Ive had, wether it be by phone or in-person, with the office staff has left me feeling either like an inconvenience or like a crazy person. They slide their protection windows closed in your face the first chance they get. Sometimes while youre still asking a question or confirming the date of the next appointment.Dont even TRY putting the next appointment on your phone if youre standing in front of them or their patience starts to wear thin. (No one is ever in line behind you)If I had to guess, my bet is that the office manager treats the staff terribly and has made a toxic work environment the staff then passes that on to the patients, or customers if you want to be honest about it.The Drs need to fix this situation because they have the opportunity to be the best practice in town.
Dr Brown has a great bed side manner. He seems to care and seems passionate about what he does. I love the way he explains things and he articulates his points very easily. Her seems confident and experienced. I have already referred him to a close friend. I originally rated at a 5 but took it down to a 4 because both times Ive been here, I showed up early and wasnt seen until 30 min After my scheduled appointment...
I have been seeing Dr. Samuelson for 10 years now. He always meets my needs and I am doing much, much better thanks to him.
Like other reviewers on this page, I found my doctor (Dr Brown) to be a fine professional. But the office staff is horrible. I called for an appointment and they had one the next day. However, an ice storm came in and I couldnt make it -- they charged me for not cancelling 24 hours in advance! I didnt have the appointment 24 hours in advance. This is just one example of many clerical mishaps, I have had with them. As a result I am going somewhere else. I am tired of fighting appointments they cancel, them not working with my pharmacy etc. It just isnt worth it.
They want to charge me $90 for a missed appointment that I never scheduled, nor was notified about ahead of time. I finally got sick and tired enough of Dr. Samuelson being an hour behind that I dropped his services altogether. It is such a bizarre double standard to keep your patients waiting for 45, 50, often over 60 minutes when they are on time- yet you show up 5-10 minutes late for your appointment and youre automatically charged $90 in addition to regular fees. I agree with many of these reviews that the office staff is difficult to work with.Overall, I appreciated my care, but the policy and scheduling issues make this a one star experience. I was a patient for 16 years. They really only care about your money.
I saw Dr. Moore for the first time today. He was excellent and made me feel very comfortable. I feel like I can trust him to help me feel better and work towards getting me better.
Dr. Grewal is an amazing lady. Shes listens well to her patients and knows how to treat them. She genuinely cares for her patients ❤
Do not go to this practice. They are too worried about following their “policy” vs. patient care. They are threatening to not refill my meds because I haven’t seen the doctor in a year, even though I made the soonest appointment I could, and I was also never made aware of their “year” policy. Instead of listening to my situation, the person I talked to just kept repeating, “the doctor probably won’t refill your medication”. Anyone who knows anything about SSRIs KNOWS that they cannot be abruptly stopped without potential SERIOUS mental and physical side effects. Putting my mental and physical health at risk because of their “policy” is absolutely horrible practice. I recommend taking your care elsewhere.
Dr. Rimi Grewal is so sweet and very smart.
I received a letter in the mail, dated Sept 9, notifying me Dr. Grewal will no longer be my provider. I saw her for 3-4 years, l’m shocked and disappointed by her insensitivity and lack of professionalism. I didn’t receive any forwarding during my appointments, that she would drop me for any late arrivals or missed appointments. I was late a few times because of work and traffic from downtown to Overland Park. I also accidentally missed a few appointments, which I rescheduled and payed the $90 missed appointment fee and an additional $50 emergency script refill fee. There were many times I waited over an hour to see Dr. Grewal and on one occasion, I had to return to work and asked to reschedule. They threatened to charge me the missed appointment fee if I left. My total wait time was 80 minutes, I missed several meetings at work and experienced serious anxiety. Dr. Grewel is a kind and caring person, but she unfortunately she, values money over the well fair of her patient. If you’re someone who is never late or miss appointments, I recommend Grewel, otherwise, you’re total out of pocket pay will be very pricey.
I came from another practice where I was never listened to by my doctor, I was never able to get through to talk to office staff or to schedule or reschedule my appointments. they forgot about me multiple times when it came to getting my medication approved through my insurance and I was just about to just give up all together with this process because I felt they were effecting my mental and physical health more than helping it. I decided to give it one more try. I came kansas city psychiatric group and it was like a window had been opened! I can get a hold of the staff easily, they are polite and efficient and Dr. Grewald is literally the best doctor I have ever had. If you are looking for somewhere that mental health is taken seriously and treated respectfully come here! They even have a medicine line where you can talk to someone about any worrying side effects you may have and get help quicker.
This place was rude at the desk when I was patient four years ago, and they’re still rude now. Called to have some medical information forwarded to a new doctor, and was made to feel like it was such a burden. I hope they hire some people who are better able to assist those of us with anxiety without annoyance.
While I enjoy my doctor the office manages its appointments in a way that hurts the patients. Appointments will be months out and while they claim they send a call reminder, I have never received one once. This resulted in a missed appointment and a whopping $90 (!!!) missed appointment fee. If they werent literally the only option due to extreme difficulty, headache and limited availability of other area psychiatrists, I would go elsewhere.
After being a patient here for over two years, it was clearly about the money for them first and foremost (which didn’t bother me that much) until their lack of customer service & follow through finally led to a huge inconvenience, which led me ultimately decide to terminate my relationship with Dr. Moore. Would not recommend this group (or the providers in it) to anyone.
I have been very impressed with both the professionalism and the friendliness of the staff at KCPG. Dr. Samuelson has a warm, friendly approach with his clients and takes a genuine interest in their situation and their progress. He listens carefully and explains things very well.
My psychiatrist is fantastic, the office staff however leave something to be desired..
Dr Brown is a great psychiatrist and it seems like they have changed their office staff because they are now very friendly and helpful.
Ive worked in the medical field for over 13 years now. That said Dr. Moore is fantastic! He LISTENS, doesnt rush you so he can make his next appointment, he makes you feel like a patient. Also is open to suggestions of newer medications and not stuck on old fashion ways like some doctors are.The front desk staff have been OK but I did have one issue that got translated wrong, never got a call back and was a little frustrated.Once I got a hold of the CSR Kelly F she fixed everything and went above and beyond to see what she could do to make sure I could get my medication.I travel from Kearney, MO almost every month to come here.
All this place cares about is the money!!!!Waited 3 months to see doctor. Called 2 times the week before my appointment to verify time of appointment. When I got there they said I was an hour late for my appointment after they had told me the wrong time. Then they told me there was nothing they could do and I would have to pay $150 to reschedule an appointment in February. I have some serious issues and they dont care. Its been a few days and thinking about it makes me want to scream and protest there office.
This has to be one of the worse doctors offices Ive ever been everytime I come here I wait at least an hour past my normal appt. I get that some patients roll over a little bit but a hour or more is just to much to me if your overbooking that much then you need to stop taking in our doctor isnt the best of manner but he seems to know his stuff would rate higher but overall this office is horrible.
I love Dr. Grewel I’ve been seeing her for about 5 years now and she is easy to talk to and very understanding!!!!
Dr. Brown is a great psychiatrist. He has helped me so much. The staff is caring and very professional.
I would rate this office and Dr. Grewal a Zero. I was called three times last week to confirm my appointment. I agreed that I was to be there. Then late Friday afternoon I received a call from the office again. This call told me that I was not able to see Dr. Grewal because I had missed my initial appointment. I agreed that I had done this. I called that day to let them know I had missed the appointment and I apologized and offered to pay for it. (they never called me back) I called and re-booked, and made another appointment. Apparently there was a note in my file refusing to see me as a patient. Then I was ask if I wanted to see another Doctor in this group. By this time I was dumbfounded. I ask why a doctor that was seeing a patient for a psycological reason would punish someone for making a mistake. This makes no sense to me, also why would they send me to another doctor if I was so untrustworthy. I explained that I would find another practice. I also will reach out to my internest who refered Dr. Grewal and be sure to let her know about this treatment.
Dr. Grewal is the best! She has worked with me extremely well over the past few years to find the right balance of meds ando therapy to treat my stubborn illness. We collaborate regarding my treatment, and she allows me to make suggestions. She answers all of my questions thoroughly. My appointments with Dr. Grewal are much more than 15 minutes of Here, try this new expensive drug - bye, see you in three months. The employees at the front and within the practice are very helpful whenever I need something, and they work with me to help me accomplish the task.I would (and have) recommend this practice to anyone looking for help and relief from their condition.
0 Star. I am writing this review to try to prevent others from enduring the year I have. It’s true, this place only cares about money. It’s obvious they don’t care if their patients live or die. They don’t listen to your medical needs, they just insist on pushing more and more meds. Then you miss one appointment, they don’t fill them. Trapping you into paying ridiculous fees on top of already ridiculous fees for the appointment. If you can’t pay, you don’t get these meds you are taking and psychologically dependent on against your own desires. You can tell them you are suicidal in the appt and you didn’t feel like this before the meds, and they still ignore your feelings. I ended up in the hospital multiple times and they had the attempts sent in to them but I never received a call for follow up on my health. Multiple times through out the year I could not get my medications. Cutting them off can not only cause severe mental distress, fatal seizures and long term effects that never can be cured. As a nurse myself and patient, I have never seen a facility be so irresponsible with their patients’ best interest. Coming to this facility and trusting them, set me back more than the year I went. Things happened that can not be undone. It’s hard to imagine people can be SO careless in the medical field. But believe it and save yourself the disaster. I came here to get help with trauma I couldn’t control and in turn endured a year I could have prevented. Trust your gut.
The staff is rude and very short. I had Dr. Brown and he had zero bedside manner. I had an allergic reaction to the drug prescribed and his assistant said to just stop taking it (which youre never supposed to do with an anti-depressant) and wait to see if the hives go away. Then start it again and then well know for sure. I am an adult and know the changes I made were only the medication. I didnt feel comfortable just stopping my medication and when I explained that two days after another assistant calls me and tells me what walmart to go to. I get constantly interrupted by the staff on the phone, as if my opinion doesnt matter. ZERO customer service in my book. Would it kill you to smile?
Dr Brown has done wonders for me. Hes put in the work and stuck with me where others have not. He listens and has an open mind. I dont know what I would have done if I hadnt found him.
Dr. Brown and his staff are kind, compassionate, and professional. They stay on top of scheduling and treat patients with respect.
I called today to get an appointment for high anxiety and paic attacks, the receptionist took all of my information and said I could see a doctor in January.... it’s hard to admit when when help is needed and when you tell me just wait till January that is absolutely unacceptable!!! There is a big problem with mental health in this country, I’m now much more aware of how large that problem is, epidemic level! Open up more appointments or at the very least, teach your receptionist something about mental illness!
Dr brown is a wonderful psychiatrist who truly listens to you and knows whats best for you.
I’ve been going to this office for 3 years now. For an office that is all about mental well-being, I don’t receive the kind of compassion or repect that I would expect. I called to make an appointment, I was told they would give the message to Dr. Grewal. They called back asking if I had an additional primary care physician. I said no. They said they would have to call me back. 24 hours later, they haven’t called back, I still don’t have an appointment. I called them, explained that I have been trying to make an appointment for 24 hours, that it was quite apparent that Dr. Grewal no longer wanted me as a patient but if she could kindly call in a week’s worth of my prescription to give me time to find another doctor. The lady on the other end didn’t blink an eye just went on to say, “Okay, no problem.” Wow, I’m in awe over this kind of treatment. I will be finding another doctor and I will not recommend this office to anybody.
I have not been able to get my medication over and over and the phone staff is horrible. They treat you like an inconvenience, interrupt you, and blame you for their mistakes. I’ve seen a doctor here for about 4 years, but I am switching as soon as possible.
Its funny that my review about my Childrens mothers drug addiction being enforced by Dr. Brown has magically disappeared from this review. Once again, BG, an admitted recovering Meth addict saw Dr. Brown and was given Adderall without an ADHD test (when knowledge would dictate that some disorders present in a similar manor to ADHD). Now my daughter has suicidal ideation and hides from her addicted mother. My 4 year old has no connection to his mother. Our home is chaos and I dont leave her for fear the court would give her custodial custody and someone has to take care of my kids. Because she has a script. Shame on Dr. Brown.
Would rate higher because Brown was cool. Ended up only concerned about my money and not my mental health.
Dr. Grewal has been a godsend and I wouldnt be alive without her. She listens. Im sad that everyone else cant have the luck I did in getting a fabulous psychiatrist. Thank you, Dr. Grewal.
Dr. Grewall is fantastic! She is genuinely invested in the well being of her patients (at least thats how she makes me feel). She has a great bedside manner and really listens to me. I have gone to a plethora of other psychiatrists andGrewall is the only one I have found that makes me feel comfortable explaining my symptoms, and doesnt make me feel like Im too broken to be fixed. Other Doctors would give me useless meds and would sometimes actually say that maybe the med would help a little to make my symptoms less sever. As if I was was a crazy person that could only hope that a medication would kep me just sane enough to avoid institutionalization. Grewall has been working with me for a short time and already has provided real results, making me feel like I am not insane, but simply need a little help to be comfortable with other people, unlike other doctors (especially Dr. Menninger whom literally, not figuratively, but LITERALLY looked down his nose at me, and would scre up his face and open his eyes wide when I explained my symptoms and said things that really made me feel like i was too broken and he didnt have the time to deal with someone as insane as me). She is warm, attentive, and most important patient. She actually listens to me, takes my suggestions seriously in regards to medications that do, dont, or may work. Shalso takes the time to explain her scripts (if theyre addictive, how they work, likely side effects, etc). If youre having a had time with finding a good psychiatrist, and I know how hard they are to find. Ive searched for years, try Dr. Grewall. Dr. Grewall has really helped me and made me feel like a person, not a lab rat, or some junky looking for drugs to sell or get high on. When i first saw her i was on 4 different meds, only oone of which were helping, and dropped that to only one mediation i take regularly, and 1 as needed. I feel better, and can even get out of bed in the morning and face the world easier than i ever have in my entire life. Dr Grewall is wonderful, I suggest seeing her 9especially if youre dealing with aniety and mood swings). Dr Grewall is the best!
They refuse to give notice of appointments booked even 3 months in advance, and then charge you a $100 missed appointment fee if you forget, each time, with no forgiveness at all despite how long youve been a patient. The staff is also about as unfriendly as any old hags can get.Shop around for your medical care. Theres no reason to give these scammers your money.
After years of 10 years of being treated for ADD, Dr Huk retired and my husband was assigned to Dr. Rimi Grewal. My husband is also undergoing aggressive treatments for cancer right now : surgeries....combination of 4 chemos...transfusions...and we have frequent emergencies. When he ran out of the anti-depressant (not the ADD or controlled med) they denied the refill when the pharmacy requested it. Then we realized that a new prescription for this same med had been written but lost or mislaid in all the sickness and emergency.....so we explained this to the staff directly for 2 more days. They said Dr Grewall got the message and to wait for a response. We never got a response. Both our Primary and Oncologist were willing to write a new script if needed but we found the origional script on the 3rd day.So which Doctor out of all these had no compassion? Right, the Psychiatrist!I find the irony most amusing but cannot recommend Dr. Grewall.
Yes, rude old hags at the front office. Rude on the phone and in person. What a shame to be treated that way when reaching out for professional medical help. What comes around goes around so tell more people so the Dr gets the message.
The reception staff is always rude when I call and make and appointment, they are the worst to deal with and Im currently looking to find somewhere else to go for this reason.
ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE STAFF. Everytime you call them its like your wasting their time, your an idiot. Messages are not given to the doctor or the doctors doesnt respond to them. Seems like massive scam to crank out pills to people is all this place appears to be.
