A very positive experience at the Overland Park location. The tech, Mark, did an outstanding job of keeping a claustrophobic person calm & comfortable during an MRI. Highly recommend the open MRI machine at this location as the room is full of windows which helped alleviate some anxiety. Watching cars go by on the interstate was a great diversion to what was actually going on.

I had an MRI that was scheduled for the open unit. The staff was incredibly kind, patient and checked on me during due to my claustrophobic tendencies. The check in process was simple and they were able to accommodate my need for a later appt time. If needed, I’d go back here in a heartbeat.

I love that I am in and out within 30 minutes of my scheduled time. From beginning to end the process is easy, the staff is great and the technicians get it done!

1 star for the check in procedure. The clerk refused to lower his mask to speak to me even after I told him several times that I am a hearing impaired lip reader. It wasn’t noted on my file either, so the technician was unaware and if not for another patient that heard me tell the clerk I am deaf, I would have missed being called back. The technician was exceptional. 5 stars to her.

I really liked the scheduling process and the check in staff was nice and assisted with the process. I went a little early than my scheduled appointment so had to wait in the dressing room for a while which was not great when you have back pain. But everything else went well and good. I would recommend this Centre to anyone for future imaging needs.

Went for X-rays and 3 MRIs. Everything went smoothly. Staff were very helpful and caring. The technicians were exceptional!

Normally, we have no issue with Diagnostic Imaging Center but my husband needed a MRI per our Neurologist and due to him having a pacemaker they still have not scheduled him. So a person that has a pacemaker who maybe having issues is SOL. This was supposed to be scheduled LAST week as an emergency MRI...

Love that I can schedule online. You are in and out in less than an hour and you know immediately if you are in the clear or not. No easier way to check the box on this very important annual screening.

I have been utilizing services of Diagnostic Imaging for years and LOVE the new facility. I get my annual mammogram without excessive wait times. From check-in to the actual screening to the short wait for my results. I will continue to visit DI in Overland Park, KS!

Great workers, very kind, just wish I got talked to more about what was going on with me rather than quietly to each other. They were obviously very good at their job and i felt comfortable being there, just one little thing that bothered me was i left more confused than when i showed up

I was there on April 29th for my procedures. From the lady at front desk to lady that does mammograms and till the end of my visit everyone was so comforting. Diagnostic Imaging was an excellent experience. The online registration was very easy and it was easy to use link to change appointment times. The Overland Park facility has its act together!

Everything has gone well each time except for one time when i was left waiting for about 45 and no one paid attention until i finally asked why i was waiting so long. I was quickly taken to testing area.A professional, clean atmosphere and the staff is kind and courteous once your name is submitted.

Very friendly group. They made me feel welcomed, gave step by step of what they were doing. What to expect. They were pretty quick to get the results back to my doctor. I didnt have much of a wait to get my procedure done. I was in and out within 45 minutes.

Went with wife for an ultrasound and tec was rude, made us feel as we couldnt ask any questions, and no bedside manners.

We got an appointment within minutes if walking down from a doctors office upstairs. Check in was fast and testing was also fast. I was pretty surprised and pleased! Staff was warm and welcoming

The staff and service were excellent. The online scheduling required me to choose one of two sites, both far from my home. I learned upon testing that the office between my home and work could have completed the scan. So, the take away is, call to verify the locations offered online are the only ones capable of performing the service you need prior to driving to a distant location.Again, service and staff excellent

Mobile mammography is quick and easy. I loved the convenience of not having to drive to the city for an appt. They came to my town. I was in and out in no time. My technician was extremely skilled and good at her job because it did not hurt one bit

Everything went fine took more than 45 minutes. I was there at 9:40 to 12:15. It took a lot of time for the visit.

The Overland Park facility is definitely my preferred imaging center! All of the staff are courteous, kind, and thoughtful. Ive never had a bad experience there and Ive had many from Xrays, bone density, ultrasounds, and mammograms. The staff truly care about their patients and it shows in everything they do!

Spacious. Ample parking space. Bright, modern, well-maintained and clean, brand-new looking interiors. Knowledgeable and courteous staff. Open on Saturdays.

Diagnostic imaging center has Excellent service. The staff treated me like a person and not like a number.

Had an MRI for my back at the OP office of Diagnostic Imaging. The scheduling was very easy (I did it over the phone) and got an appointment within 3 days.Checkin was done with my phone from parking lot then went in and completed paperwork. Had a seat and less than 10 mins later I was taken back for my MRI. The technician was super nice and explained everything very clearly so I knew exactly what was going to happen.Once my scan was done I changed back into my clothes, walked over and picked up my dvd of my MRI which was already available.The entire process took about an hour which was great. I definitely will be using Diagnostic Imaging going forward. Everyone was friendly and made the process so simple and quick. They did a great job!!

Excellente Service! Streamlined, effecient, good Covid19 practices and great customer service. The young man who checked me in was so friendly and courteous easing my mind admidst my nervousness of coming in during the Pandemic. The radiologist was excellent and kept me informed what to expect and addressed my questions with confidence. I felt more self-assured.

It was a very professional and well oiled machine, from beginning to end. The staff including the technologist was always on point and extremely friendly and pleasant to work with. I feel I have now found my Diagnostic Center for now on.

Had an appt. Scheduled for today at 845. When I got there they said I didnt have one. Below is a screenshot of the text message sent last Wednesday confirming my appt. Now I have to drive all the way back there tomorrow and now I cant trust that they wont do the same thing. This is unacceptable

Front desk check-in was quick and easy.I was not told to arrive early but I did arrived 6 minutes before my appt, and wasnt seen until 20 min after, and they were not too busy in my opinion. Not the worst wait but not the best either.Tech was very friendly and efficient. Xrays were quick and painless. Out in less than 5minFacility is clearly brand new, very nicely decorated. Plenty of seating.

I was shocked when I was offered a 7:30pm appointment and even more shocked when I found out that they’re open til 9! That’s nice for people who work so that they won’t have to take time off.The facility was spotless, so I felt safe being there. The people are really nice!

Excellent service. They take your temp at the door, require everyone to be in masks. and people social distanced in the waiting room. I waited less than 10 minutes. The ultrasound tech did a very thorough job. Everyone was super nice. The building itself is beautiful. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that they had my order, but I didn’t receive a call the first day. Mid into the second day, I called them to schedule. That was on a Thursday. I had to wait until the following Wednesday to get in, which made me need to reschedule my doctor’s appointment. However, I’m sure this is due to COVID-19, and needing to space the appointments out far enough.

I’ve been going to the Overland Park location for years and have always had a stellar experience! They are always on time, the center is very clean, the doctors are not only fast at writing their reports, but are willing to come out and talk to you if they are available. So why the two star review? Unfortunately four times since April 2020 during Covid I’ve had to use their services. During the first month after the lock down, they had a great system for Covid precautions. However in October 2020 I was in the building twice, once for a test and then to pick up my results there was no one taking temperatures when I entered the office, the check-in desk was very busy with little distance between patients but MOST CONCERNING was my experience picking up my medical records. It’s a very small enclosed hallway that leads to the medical records area. As I walked to the pickup window I noticed none of the employees had on masks (I don’t recall if there were three, four or five employees in one room). The lady who came to help me at the window, put on her mask once she got up from her desk and walked over to the window, but made it seem as if it was a burden to have to put it on. I contacted the practice manager, Cheryl and told her of my experience. She said she would talk to the ladies. The next day I returned to pick up more medical records and found the exact same scenario in the medical records office. NO MASKS, until a patient walks up to the window and then someone in medical records puts on their mask to greet you. Again, while I was in the building I asked to talk to Cheryl, the practice manager who I had spoken to the day prior about my observation & concern. She said I just spoke to the ladies earlier that day. What she didn’t tell me was whether she asked them to wear their masks at all times or just shared my concern. I also don’t recall her apologizing for the situation either. I will continue to use their services, but HOPE especially because they are a medical office, that masks become mandatory for all employees at all times unless they are sitting in a break room eating. Additionally they return to temperature checks right inside the front door and keep people away from the check-in area until it’s their turn. If this was my business and I had instigated the initial practices, but later found out they weren’t being followed I would be very upset!

I had an appointment and waited in my car for an hour. I called to see if they forgot me. They said— you have been waiting in your car all this time. If you what to keep your appointment come to the door now. No apologies or anything. I had checked in when I got to the parking lot an hour earlier and I mentioned that. Very unprofessional and rude. I wouldn’t be writing this if they would have just apologized. However, Cassidy helped me and she was great. Couldn’t have been nicer and very professional.

I’ve been going to Diagnostics for years. It’s always easy to make an appointment, people are helpful, kind and courteous. Once you’re there they tell you what to expect and it runs smoothly and quickly. They facility is always immaculate and afterwards your information always gets to the people you requested.Always a good experience.

I called about an invoice I shouldnt have received. I spoke to Dawn when I called the billing office. She checked for me and let me know I was correct and the invoice went out by mistake. She told me shed take care of it. I appreciate that.

Quick results to my Dr. Also.

This location is awesome. I had an accident at the end of 2019 and needed imaging. I had met my insurance deductible and only had 2 days left to get insurance to cover. This location got me in. Staff was so friendly. They were very efficient and made my MRI totally bearable. I LOVE all Diagnostic Imaging. Their billings are always correct, never any insurance issues and they do a great job. Well oiled machines. The only thing is that when they send the imaging over to your doctor, it is standard they send the written report and not the actual imaging unless the doctor initially requests both on your orders. I find this odd, but I was told it was standard. However, the Physicians have immediate access to the imaging through the Diagnostic Portal/Cloud and can also call over and get it quickly if be. LOVE these locations!! Thanks for getting me in with only a days notice to do so! They were even opened late. I was able to get a 7pm appt at the end of December. Fabulous! Thank you!

Great experience every time. Always on time with the friendliest staff. Avoid large bills from hospitals or outpatient clinics and have your imaging done here.

They staff was very courteous and professional. They all wore masks and provided sanitizer and masks for individuals that may need it upon their arrival. The waiting area was NOT packed and was wiped down while I was waiting for my appointment.

The online scheduling was simple to use. The staff in the waiting area is very friendly. Robin S., the mammo tech, explained each step wonderfully. She helped make my yearly-mammogram emotional stress, less stressful with her caring bed-side manner.

For a exam that can give unpleasant results, all went very well. Every part was superb

They were focused on detail making sure they were aware of my prior medical history so the MRI would not jeopardize my previous medical treatments. Madison was my tech and she did a great job of explaining to me the MRI process and helped me feel very comfortable while I was there. A great experience.
