I had smoked around half a pack a day for over 20 years, punctuated with chewing tobacco.I decided to take the leap to contact Carol for assistance in quitting both.She offers 2, two hour sessions where she teaches you how to manage your triggers using Emotional Freedom techniques.I was skeptical at first. After the first session, I gave up chewing entirely and haven’t looked back since. My smoking decreased from around 10 per day to around 2 per day after the first session.I experienced a couple cravings but they were incredibly manageable, due to the techniques Carol used.After the second session, I haven’t touched a cigarette in 6 weeks. I have a very stressful job, I’ve drank, fished and even flown on a flight without craving a cigarette at all.I cannot recommend Carol enough for someone who really wants to quit and not look back.

Working with Carol to end my cigarette addiction was a great experience. It went beyond quitting cigarettes permanently. We tackled some tough trauma and she taught me healing techniques that have helped me improve other aspects of my life. Forever grateful for her methods and genuine kindness.

I truly enjoyed my session with Carol, her technique is very effective, she was able to understand my needs without me really saying very much . When our session was over I felt completely relieved and like I was reset . This was my first experience with hypnotherapy and I hope to do it again .
