William Malcolm knarr is the worst landlord I have ever dealt with in my entire life. He does not fix anything at his properties. He is in court every Thursday because he likes to keep tenants deposits. If anything gets broken at his properties he wont fix it. He is the nastiest person I have ever dealt with. If I were you dont rent or buy from Mercantile properties.
