I was lucky enough to find Synergy Staffing after moving halfway across the country at an incredibly difficult time. The entire staff really went above and beyond to assist me.Upon meeting, Scott made sure to introduce me to the entire team, and to allow me the opportunity to share my experience and interests with each of them. In less than a week, I was contacted about potential opportunities. They made sure to really dig into the details with me to ensure that any leads were a good match, and they were spot on! Ive just been offered a permanent role with the company that I was temporarily placed with and couldn’t be happier.I also want to mention their front desk associate, Jessica, who was especially helpful and always friendly. She was very quick with outreach and response throughout my time working with them. I seriously can’t recommend this team highly enough.

This place is alright. They help you find open positions that suit your skill set. My interview consisted of 3 people that asked me the same questions. There was one gentleman who asked me if I remembered all of the jobs I applied/interviewed at so we don’t apply multiple times and I told him no I didn’t remember. He asked me what positions they were for and again, told him I don’t remember. You have to understand that when you’re unemployed, you’re applying to jobs left and right. You don’t keep track of all the jobs You apply to because half of them are spam or don’t call you back. It was his attitude that really pushed me off this place, like he thought I was lying or was trying to get me to remember out of the blue - which was not going to happen. They did follow up a few days later and had me apply to 2 more jobs through them, but I had better luck getting a job myself.

Within 3 days of uploading my resume to Synergy Staffing I had an interview at a business which has since offered me a permanent position. The whole experience with Synergy was top-notch, smooth, and professional. Synergy’s own staff were a pleasure to work with, and anytime I had a question or concern, I had answers within minutes of a call or email.I can’t recommend their services enough!

Dont count on them to help you locate employment. Applied over a dozen times, only got called back twice. They did a phone screen that lasted a whole 30 seconds. Never heard back from them.

Received a job offer to work IT for a Lawfirm in a week! Amazing work, very professional. Michael Feinburg was my recruiter and he continually kept tabs with the potential employers and myself. At no point in the process did I feel like I was in the dark. He completely changed my job hunting experience!!!!

So far, so good! Ive been trying to go through a career change and most agencies have called me in for an interview and I never heard back.Synergy worked with my schedule and got me in early. I filled out my application and waited for Scott. I met with him briefly, then he asked me to wait. I met with Lauren who had some ideas for me and was very pleasant. She walked me out and wished me a good day. The overall process took less than an hour.THEN she called me! It was the same day, and she already had something lined up. I appreciate Synergy Search Group and look forward to working with them again!

Everyone was very kind, but the entire thing was very misleading. I answered a craigslist ad for an administrative assistant for hire, in no place in the ad did they say this was for an employment agency, the only thing listed was the duties of the job. When I was called, the person on the phone in no way mentioned that it was an employment agency, and referred to the meeting as an interview. So I went there dressed & prepared with notes for an interview, not a meeting. I realized by the way one of the people I met with was speaking that this wasn’t an interview, & that it was an employment agency. A little frustrating to say the least.

I want to thank the folks at Synergy Staffing for being so nice to me. They gave me some great suggestions on my resume and offered some career advice. I found them very professional! I am looking forward to working with them on my job search.

Not impressed, interviews are mostly sitting alone, waiting on someone who seems too busy to be bothered. Radio in office has inappropriate material playing at an offensive decibel, office was barren as if it hasnt been leased but for a week. Was told I was meeting with 1 gentlemen, arrived and was told I would speak with a gal & did; then had to wait 30+ minutes for a fella to come in. He barely questioned me and then told me goodbye about 4 times prior to me leaving the room! They lost out on me, perhaps youll have a better go of it..

I am not impressed with this temp agency. There were problems with the treatment the temps were receiving by the employer. When Synergy was informed of this, they did absolutely nothing. They basically told me to deal with the mistreatment because I Only had a couple weeks left

The company does not tell you which company they are planning to submit you to which leaves no control as an applicant to search the company prior to being submitted and makes me question if they have open roles.
