They do not answer the phone nor return the phone calls at all you literally have to go all the way out there to speak with someone they are just not helpful if you’re depending on them to help you find work

I actually accepted a good job which I really enjoyed but after 1 week my mother passed away . Which was a sudden death because she was a healthy 73 yr old. I was fired from the job because I was off from work for 8 days. Which Aerotek only makes money if you are working

A very bad company and very bad unprofessional staff, bunch of liars that don’t care and provide the worst service ever, they are trained on being rude and not answering phone or email, garbage people.

They are insistent about wearing a mask and have clear markings for social distancing. Be aware that you must enter on the north side of the building and use the stairs. The elevator was not on, from what I could tell today. Be aware that they are only open for an hour at each 9 AM, 11 AM and 2 PM. I was able to get in and out pretty quickly and smoothly.

Isaiah Miller was horrible, rude, and tried to call me after our interaction to tell me how he didn’t like how I spoke to him. So unprofessional.

I was sent to Maximus in North KC through the professional services department, the managers and trainers werent good at all, some whom were placed by Aerotek. They just throw anyone and everyone into positions even if theyre not qualified its ridiculous. You call to get help and no one gets back to you at all. Theyre just trying to make some quick money it feels like to me and they dont really care about their people as they say they do. If youre going to use a staffing agency Aerotek should not be considered at all! I had a very bad experience and feel sorry for those who had to go through what I did. The quality of people they sent to that job were awful and disrespectful and not qualified. I felt like I was training managers and other employees...do not use!

Dont have a death in your family and expect to have a job through these people at all. My grandfather passed away last Wednesday and I reported this to my supervisor, as well as my point of contact (recruiter,) and the person they have onsite. Instead of receiving condolences from any of them I got a text explaining how calling in for the death of my grandfather didnt look good and then got a call to explain how Faurecia felt about it. I wouldnt recommend this agency to anyone unless you dont mind being treated any kind of way or like a statistic.

Aerotek is fine! People expect to be a fit for every job and then don’t actively look on their own because they want everything handed to them. You can’t Job abandon and have multiple bad finishes and expect to be placed some place else the following week or even month. People need to grow up and take accountability for their actions and how bad their resume is from previous opportunities.

This is probably the most professional employment group Ive ever come across. The process is quick and painless depending on whom your recruiter is and how consistent you are. Ive attempted to work for them in the past and it didnt go so well because the recruiter didnt keep in touch so I left it alone. This time around has been great. I was out of a job and desperately needed one. I filled out an application online and called the same day. Ever since, Asher Barker has been awesome. He stayed in touch throughout the whole process and was very helpful about placing me exactly where he knew I wanted. He didnt try to force me into a job that didnt fit the career path Ive chosen for myself. His communication and expertise overall is very professional and A-1. Being that I havent exactly started my job yet, I just wanted to review the company itself. I start my new job next week and I couldnt be more grateful for Asher and Aerotek!

Aerotek/Aston Carter was really great to work with – the recruiter studied my experience and skill-set and took the time to get to know me and understand the opportunities I was looking for. They quickly matched me with an position that could not have been a better fit. The interview process was quick and seamless – the recruiter provided me with all information I needed in an extremely timely manner and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend working with them for staffing/recruiting services.

I met with a guy named Chris who was supposed to be helping me find a job. He asked me to check in with him once a week. Every time I did this, he told me the same thing. There should be good news soon but we’re still waiting to hear back from some people. This went on for nearly two months.Eventually, I called the company requesting for someone else to help me find a job. Kyle is Chris’ manager and told me he would help me. Kyle was better and always contacted me. But he would go some weeks before I heard from him. I was upset and irritated at the fact it took them such a long time. There are people I know personally who have gotten jobs within a week through Aerotek. This is the reason I decided to go through them.They pick and choose to help who they want. After seeing other reviews, it makes sense why this happened. This seems to be an ongoing pattern and I don’t recommend anyone using this company. They are not hands on and will blow you off. By the time they find a job, you’ll have found a job on your own.

I have been receiving calls from a lady supposedly from Aerotek. Shes calling me from international phone numbers. Seems really sketchy especially since I cant get my local office to answer the phone.

I was emailed/texted/voice mailed by the Overland Park office as they saw my profile on LinkedIn. The person who contacted me wanted to discuss an opening that they had that fits my background. I emailed back agreeing to set up a phone conversation the next day. Unbeknownst to me, I had an unscheduled meeting and a customer stop in unexpectedly so I contacted the recruiter to reschedule our phone call later that day after 4 PM. She agreed and said she would call me shortly after 4 PM. By 4:20 PM, no call so I called her. Several rings before it went to voicemail. I left a message and continued to wait. At 4:50 PM, I called again. Once again, several rings and it went to voicemail. By 5 PM, I gave up for that day. The next morning, I emailed informing her her that I was still interested in talking. No response. The next day I emailed again. Once again, no response. Tomorrow will be one week with no response of any kind. Very poor first impression on her part. I am no longer interested in this or any position through Aerotek. A very unprofessional organization evidently.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING THROUGH AEROTEK. I had the WORST experience with the office in Overland Park. After one of their recruiters Austin reached out to me via email, I was told there was a position for me and I just needed to come in to sit down face to face with him before they sent me over to the company I would be working for. As soon as I check in at Aerotek for the interview, I was immediately pawned off to a lower level recruiter because the first person had now moved on. Even though we had been in communication for three days, including that morning.I sit down with new recruiter, he tells me Im definitely a fit for the position and I will be going in for a interview the next day. I asked him if this was a for sure deal, and he said yes. I told him I had another job offer, with a higher starting salary waiting for me to reply back to them, but I will take this if this is a for sure deal. Again He said yes. Later on that day he tells me, Im actually not scheduled for an interview but I will be soon. Fast forward two days without hearing anything, I reach out to ask about the interview. He finally answered the next day that the company looked in another direction.This whole experience was HORRIBLE, a WASTE OF TIME, and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would NOT recommend dealing with this company.

Aerotek has been great experience for me. My recruiter is Claire Zbierajewski and she had done excellent job helping me out throughout the process. She always answered the calls and was always available when i needed her. Overall, my experienced with Aerotek has been professional, helpful. My family is very grateful to everyone there. The whole staff is excellent.

Working with Amy Nelson at Aerotek has been a great experience. I must say I was apprehensive at the initial thought of taking a contract position, but she persisted in a way that was not pushy but was very informative to help me make the decision that was right for me. They did a wonderful job of negotiating the salary that I needed, and preparing me for my first days with the new company. There were many follow-up visits, and I truly get the sense that she/Aerotek takes a personal interest in your situation.

Cameron van Hoek, was extremely rude when I called asking for a position, said he will email me and never did, I spent about 15min on the phone with him and everything I said he had an excuse that he couldnt understand me.I worked with other in the past that were very nice.

Jason Smith is my recruiter and has done a great job keeping me informed throughout the job search and quickly responded to all my phone calls. Even after he found me a job he still keeps in touch and I would consider him a friend for life. If I am ever in a spot where I need to find a job again I would not give it a second thought. I would get in touch with Jason to help me in my search for a new job. He is a great guy and very professional.

Great place to work for once you start. I have worked for them for several assignments. I have had issues as well. I didnt get my earned vacation time, payroll issues, and its also taken 3 weeks + for my current assignments background check to be completed. Was supposed to start 3 weeks ago.

My recruiter Nicki Nance has been an angel sent from heaven. She has been showing concern for the rights and feelings of others. Shes a considerate person who looks out for other people. She seems like one who will often allow someone else to have the last piece of pie or hold the door open for another person with no hesitation. She has been such a blessing to me.

My agent was always available via phone or email, sent me a great prep email and called me before my actual interview to prep me and we did sort of a mock interview. I got the job at the first place they sent me to. I graduated from college a month ago and now have a full time job with amazing benefits, its pretty great.

A recruiter named Jacob contacted me about a job in Tampa FL for $18 an hour. He told me he needed an updated copy of my resume, and Id be contacted for a phone interview. I sent him my resume and never heard from him again. I tried reaching him via e-mail and phone for a week with no success. Worse experience Ive ever had with a temp agency. Recruiters are always extremely accessible as that is their job. Very unprofessional on his part. Its not surprising due to the number of negative reviews for this branch. Do not waste your time. It seems that is the goal for this location is to waste your time

This company is unprofessional to say the very least, they have ruined my holidays by not paying me on time they are lazy and only put in time cards when it suits them so that can leave early for the holidays not even considering the holidays of their employees they will be ruining by not paying them !! This company needs a better HR department as well as a better payroll department, it makes absolutely no sense to be constantly paid on Wednesday but when Christmas comes to not receive it a day early OR on my normal pay day it’s been pushed back to a completely different day!

Would give 0 stars if possible. They placed my niece with no professional experience in a high level role making $24 an hour, I am finishing my masters with nearly 10 years of professional, and management experience and they call me for a warehouse associate position. Thats completely in a different line of work. I was shocked/insulted and told that women dont even call me, you must not of even looked at my resume.

Melissa did a great job helping us. This was my second time working with/for Aerotek. Both times were smooth. This last time, Melissa helped us get moved across the USA and was super fast at responding to all our needs during our home buying (for job reference information, etc...). My Recruiter Andrea Marquez sent me an email saying I was to start a job Tuesday February 4th at 7 AM. I went to the job and they said I couldnt start because they dont have a badge for me yet. When I emailed Andrea about what was going on she lied to me and said I was supposed to start Wedesday the 5th. She told me I confirmed the email saying that even though thats not what the email said. She apologized and told me she would get me on the schedule for today Wednesday the 5th. I went in again this morning and was told no one was starting until next week. The Aerotek person at the location told me my recruiter should of informed me of that. I emailed Andrea again and this time she lied and said she never told me I would be put on the schedule today just that she would get back to me. I have emails saying otherwise though. This place is a joke. I really need work. Im screwed now because I trusted these people to keep their word. These recruiters are low lifes who will say anything to drag you along

I was laid off at my previous job and found myself being contacted by multiple job recruiting agencies. I was skeptical of them as I had never dealt with one before. My recruiter was Jason Smith and he was amazing. Of the 3 or 4 companies I dealt with Aerotek was by far the best. Jason had 3 companies fighting over me within 1 week. He really listened to what I wanted in a job and found a perfect fit for me. After my 6 month contract was up I was hired full time and I couldnt be happier. Jason still checks in on me from time to time to make sure everything is going smoothly. I highly recommend using these guys if you ever find yourself looking for work.

I have worked with Shelby, then I was transferred to Margaret once Shelby left. They have both called me several times and supposedly submitted me to several jobs. But, they both are horrible with not following up with me or staying in contact with me.I thought Margaret would be better but she is not, all she does is call me and get my hopes up about a job only to never follow up with me. I call and email once a week for an update with often no response for several days sometimes weeks.I also, know people that have gotten jobs with them. I think they screen who they want to help. I also think there maybe some discrimination going on with this company. Horrible dont waste your time!!!

From the very beginning, Cori and Aerotek were foundational in helping to get my career started in a field that I had no experience in. They have connections that run deep in with a variety of companies to help you with what is often the most difficult part of job searching - getting your foot in the door. Fast forward, I was offered a FTE position with my company. I am very thankful for the assistance and services they provided me, and I would recommend them to anyone!

I went to them in search of a job and got nothing. Was sent on 1 interview and was never given detailed feedback. Its 2 weeks since Ive heard a word from the recruiter I met with. If you have good qualifications I suggest you go to another agency who may actually care about finding you a job.

Aerotek is an awful company that simply skims off the top of what you make. I had the displeasure of working with Jake Plegge, a recruiter. Jake deceived me by saying a position was Completely Remote, it turns out this was absolutely not the case and they had me driving over an hour to my place of work. I would not recommend .

I was laid off from my job in early June. Due to family issues I had to put looking for a job on hold. Aerotek contacted me 2 weeks after my job loss. Within 1 1/2 weeks, they had an interview setup for me, and within 2 weeks a job! I love where I am now and am so grateful for my recruiter Lindsey! She is great, always willing to answer my questions, helpful, and professional. I hope I land this job permanently. If not I know Lindsey will have my back. I would recommend this business (and already have) to my friends that are qualified to do professional work.

I was lied to about position(s). No professionalism. Very little to no communication. They have an inability to admit wrong doing or making mistakes. They make excuses. They made ZERO attemptS to find other positions (which a plethora of listings are “available” everyday online.Garbage.

I believe that Aerotek is a wonderful recruiting company. I contacted Aerotek a year after applying for positions online myself and getting no offers. Once I contacted Aerotek, it was only a few weeks that I received an offer from a GREAT company. So, if youre in need of a job now, Aerotek is the place to get in contact with.

Great staff at the this location. I didnt believe I was ever going to get the job and they made it happen. I couldnt so much as get my foot in the door without Brad or Julia. The job took quite a while to obtain but it was well worth it in the end.

I would give them a 0 if I could.... this company is a joke. They send people to jobs sites for a few weeks if that, then let you go and act like they will get you another job but then when you try and get ahold of them they ignore you or lie and say they have jobs then go 3 days with out replying back just to say sorry they dont have any. Hey have played around with every paycheck I have got from then in the past year but losing it, never setting up direct deposit or they will tell you Friday is payday and you dont get your paycheck till Wednesday of the next week. They are very thorough in finding you a job. Communication was lacking in my first experience but was much better the next time around.

My experience was awful, they rushed me through the process to place me but instead of doing so in a normal way they forced me to start my first day halfway through the work week with very little information, including where to park. Start the job but within two weeks Ive been screamed at by multiple people in the department on a daily and cussed at. Apparently this is life and should be expected in the workplace, Ive never in my HR career seen that type of behavior in an HR staff. Basically the agency blames the company and the company blames the agency for what happened but its easier to cut someone out then to correct an issue in a company. Just to know Im not insane I started speaking to others in the industry and was told that I have literally had some of the worst experiences in my profession. I said my part, and really hope they never contact me again. Awful and rude with a twist of Im better than you. This organization is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum for me. You will be treated so much better going to a smaller and more focused group that actually care about you growing in your career.

The company was professional in the beginning and did find me a job pretty fast, but when i was told to take the day off from being sick and not getting anybody at the job sick i got fired the next day for missing too many days when it was only ONE!!! and the recruiter did not give me any explanation or respect for my situation, I have yet to get a call back or any responds on an email, this temp service caught me its better to go through a permanent position instead smh.

Very unprofessional,specified my availability for work. Was sent off on an interview for a job that did not have the hours I needed. Was assured multiple times that they had scheduling that I specified. Received a call stating they had the hours and ended up getting a call from a different recruiter that likes to call you after hours and not leave a messsge. Just to call the next day and not know who they are calling for. To some it up, I received another call from another recruit not comprehending the hours I need. Then his unprofessional self had the nerve to start talking about my resume being choppy. If you had listened to the other recruiter or anything I said you would know that I had a surgery and a baby during the time from you where trying to talk about. This company is not a good company in the Kansas City Area.

My experience with Aeroteks staff in Overland Park was great! They helped me land my first full time engineering position working with Ford. My recruiter, Mark Wasinger, was always available when I needed him, whether that was speaking with me on the phone after office hours or even helping me prep for an interview on a Sunday. They helped me get in front of a company that fit my interests and prepped me on how to make a good impression.

This place is a great place if you want to work and not get paid. My husband got offered a job and let go two weeks later with no explanation. He even got an email from the owner on how great he was doing and aerotec would not give him an explanation. So no big deal he found another job, now they won’t pay him for the last few days he worked because apparently there were no punches. When he has witnesses saying he punched in and everything and aerotec is screwing him out of his money and work. People in office are rude and don’t really care about their clients so they’ve lost my respect until they make things right. We’ve got bills to pay and we won’t know anything until next week

When I first started working under Aerotek I was really excited because my recruiter was super friendly and I got the job a week after interviewing. What made it really hard to for me to still respect this agency is the way they handled everything when it was all said & done. First of all, I get that the job of a recruiter is to build their reputation by keeping hirees at jobs as long as possible & have a high success rate. However, if the job you send a person out to is not honoring their side of a contract it seems like common sense to get things fixed. The clinic I worked for never gave me my full 40 hours the 3 months I was there. When I mentioned this to my recruiter she said thats because every place considered full time something different. Which lets face it, is bullshit. Everyone knows 40 is full-time. Period. After that things just went downhill. The place was extremely unorganized and when my boss there realized I wasnt comfortable in following their work ethic she proceeded to complain to my recruiter at Aerotek that I was coming in too late. Which Ill albeit I had come in a couple of times late, but when you and literally everyone else in our department do the same thing & spend most of your days on your phone, I find it pretty hypocritical that that is what you want to focus on. To not make this longer than it has to be, my boss fired me one day and I didnt even know until my recruiter called me to let me know that night. Because my boss didnt have the decency to tell me to my face. She also did it to another girl who had started with me, and Im pretty sure it was only because she didnt like her on a personal level. I tried to explain all of this to my recruiter when she called to tell me the news, but all she did was make excuses for them & figured it just wasnt a good fit. I never felt like she ever tried to see my point of view. I know I wasnt blameless, but at the same time if you send me somewhere to work there, the least you could do is make sure the place is a respectable enough establishment to trust to treat its employees right.Luckily I was able to find another job right after on my own, but I will say this: your recruiter will be happy with you & follow up just as long as youre making them look good. The second something goes wrong at your job, regardless of if it was not your fault, they will drop you & not look back.

They are a joke. Got let go for being to slow but I had my work done an hour ahead of time. Cause I got let go, Molly or Hollywood (whatever her name is) and Chase wont get me any other job. They play to much and dont care about anyone but themselves. Oh and to top it off. Got informed that they lie to you and lead you on. Like saying that got something but they never call you back or follow up with you when you call them or email them. POS of a company. Not waste your time or gas with them.

They call me said they might have some jobs for me, went in the next day just to go over my resume and said they were going to check my references. 3 weeks later nothing, I call them back to cancel my application. Very unprofessional staff, they dont even know what they are doing. The lady who help me doesnt know how to do her job. She prolly got hire on because she knew someone hire up in the company. She just seem uneducated..

I have been working with Aerotek (Overland Park, KS) staff since 2011, especially Jake Plegge. Mr. Plegge is a very personable person who goes the extra mile for his recruits. He personally introduces them to their prospective employers at the interviews. He takes them to lunch periodically to see how their doing. He remains in contact through phone and email and is always available for questions or any other concerns. He has found me three different professional contracts even in a tough economy, that have fit my skills and educational level and training. Mr. Plegge is always professional, courteous, and helpful. The whole staff in this division is excellent.

I was placed by AEROTEK in my current HR / Labor Relations assignment six years ago. Over the course of my prior career in HR I have dealt with a number of staffing companies and comparatively AEROTEK is the best (efficient) and most professional. With respect to first hand experience in my current assignment; my recruiter / support contact - Amy Nelson has been outstanding in all areas - excellent to work with. My Personal Assessment: Totally satisfied - Id rate AEROTEK (and Amy) a 10.

Waste of time. Do NOT fall for it. They waste your gas and time. Thats all they do.. they seldom help people. Even if you are very well qualified, they overlook you and have you come into their office to stare at their faces, fill out books of paperwork and never follow up with you. I am starting to think now they are scammers.

Aerotek is very frustrating. I have been working with them for 2 weeks now and still nothing. The one time you get to talk to someone they tell you about this specific job and you get your hopes up because its exactly what your looking for, then you meet them in person and all that goes out the window. They are not sure if they can even help you, so I kept trying and kept applying for different positions I would be suited for and still nothing. They are extremely hard to get a hold of, a lot of missed calls and unreturned voicemails. Dont waste your time with them!! One star is too high of a rating for them

Not very happy with this place. I had a friend of mine go to the office so he could possibly find a job. Well Carly had took him back and they chatted it up but when he came out he did not look happy and here is why.Well I guess they need to invest in either new walls or employees who dont talk to loud but hed heard everything that was said next door. Some man said they didnt want to send him because he didnt have enough work history. Which is bs because he clearly had the qualifications to do the job. He had explained his situation about why he had been out of work for so long and they did not take any of that into consideration, nor did they want to work with his school schedule.Carly then goes to say I hope he doesnt get mad so she send one of her other co workers in and tells him a bullshit lie about her being a new employee that was shadowing Carly for the day because they profiled him *as a black man* and thought he would flip tf out and act crazy. They say the specialize in long term assignments, yet they tried to give him a bogus part time job working only 4 hours a day when he obviously told her he NEEDED FULL TIME. All in all I will never refer anyone to this agency again. I felt terrible because I was the one that pushed him so hard to even go there because they send temps to my company all the time. Its sad that we didnt get the same experience and I personally felt like they didnt even try to help this young man out at all.P.S- Get new walls or or tell your employees to talk more quietly. Aerotek has helped me out tremendously! I graduated college in August of 2014 and was working at a job that I couldnt see myself at for the next couple of years. I then reached out to Aerotek and I am so glad I made that decision. My recruiter, Bryce Porter, worked so hard to get me interviews. Within a matter of 2 weeks I had 3 different interviews. I was amazed with how fast everything was moving lol. I mentioned to Bryce that I wanted to work for Black and Veatch and believe it or not he got me interview there. I didnt get the job after the first interview, but Bryce got me another interview for Black & Veatch within the Telecom department. The interview went great and I am still working here today. I have been promoted after a year and plan on having another promotion soon. I give all my thanks to Aerotek. They have a great team of recruiters with so many great connections. Omg its a lady there by the name of nicole but they call her nicki for short let me tell you she is the best person Ive have meet she takes time out and listen to me if i have any problems she finds ways to solve them or understands the stuff i go thru she is the best on the team she always make me happy when talking to her i just love her she never judges me she keeps me on the right track

Call you for interview if you miss that I interview they black ball you. Horrible company I cant stand temp agencies Id rather have permanent. Waist gas and time that dont pay bills.

An employment agency that actually helps you find a job. The key is to tell them you want some options by the end of the month and make it an urgency so you can get these interviews going and pick a job you want to work at.

Unprofessional to say the least. They make mistakes that you are later punished for.

Been contacted with 3 false job descriptions and been constantly lied to by someone named Alicia. She ghosted me for like 2 weeks and then tried to send me somewhere an hour from where I live. Won’t be dealing with he anymore.
