Recently I booked a Royal Caribbean cruise with the Operach Team. David was very responsive and answered all my questions within minutes any day of the week. My sisters and brothers-in-law take a group vacation every year together. This year we decided on Alaska as a cruise. We didnt know much about which cruise line or itinerary we wanted. Interestingly enough, in the course of talking about this, I got a mail ad from Dream Vacations about an informational meeting about Alaska vacations. I went to this meeting and heard from a representative from Celebrity Cruise line about their land tours that work with the sea cruises. The information helped us to figure out that there was a whole lot of Alaska that would be missed if you just went on a cruise.I havent used travel agencies very much, but I didnt feel comfortable making the arrangements for a cruise and land tour with open jaw airline flights and for our group of six flying in from different places. Dave Operach was so helpful and had been on these trips, so he had a good understanding of what we were looking for and helped book excursions for the trip as well. The trip was fantastic, and the arrangements were great. Dream Vacation helped my husband and I plan our 10 Year Anniversary Getaway. We had a great time. They booked us a Cruise with Carnival Cruise Line. We flew into Miami, Got on the cruise ship, we went to Nassau. They helped us book and excursion to see Nassau by land and sea and it was fabulous. Then we went to Half Moon Cay and it was beautiful. We went jet skiing here and we had a blast. My husband loved racing past me on the jet skis. Last destination was to The Grand Turks and the day and the beach was gorgeous. We went snorkeling and conch diving, and hung out with some sting rays. Thank you Dream Vacation for the time of our lives!!!

We have traveled several times through arrangements made by the Operachs team. At first, it was just the straight cruise bookings, then we began to add pre and post excursions, and air are and independent travel arrangements. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they are to work with - always responsive at any hour, helpful in making recommendations and steering us in the right direction, as they have come to know what we like, our budget, our style, etc.They get us better deals booking even items we found online, but asked them to include - like front row seats at a sold out concert in Vienna at the last minute! I dont know how they do it, but the perks the offer are so much more than when you book something yourself. I confess, I always used to think it was more expensive to book with a travel agent, but everything from airfares to hotel and extras are trustworthy and, sometimes, even, a better deal!
