They stay on top of tech trends so even if your computer is relatively new its worth having someone examine whats going on. Its also terrific to have lurking hardware and software problems taken care of and to gain peace of mind. Robert worked on a 17 laptop for me that I thought was beyond repair. The case and hinge had been damaged. He gave me a reasonable quote for the work to be performed and the parts required. Laptop was returned within three days to me. Robert was very responsive to questions and work performed solved the problem. I would definitely use this business again.

My sons Acer Predator laptop needed the keyboard replaced. I found MonkeyTech on Tumbtack. Robert responded quickly and got the process going. After he had given me a quote for the keyboard, I asked him to look at the fan that was also making some noise. Once he got the laptop, and looked at everything, he told me the issues and made sure that I was okay with ordering a new fan. He checked with me every step of the repair process, sent me pictures of his progress and he even sent me tracking information for the parts that he ordered. He is an incredibly nice man and he was a pleasure to work with. The communication process was top notch. I will absolutely be calling Robert at MonkeyTech if I ever have any computer needs in the future!

My computer was on MS7 and went down. My regular assistant for my computer was no longer available and I reached out to MonkeyTech from a referral. Great referral. They were able to come to my home and review the issues and offered to take the computer and install MS10 and a new solid state drive and have the system back and running the following day. One day later they called to see if everything was running correctly. I had one small issue and they came the next day and fixed. In Feb of 2018, I needed a professional to determine if my current PC was salvageable, or if I needed to upgrade. Robert was very responsive, professional and helpful. He was able to upgrade my existing PC at a much lower cost than it would have been to purchase a brand new machine. In addition, he was able to get some old programs to run on the updated machine that had previously stopped working.I have since used Roberts services several times, and have always felt he went above and beyond. Robert came to our home, diagnosed the problem with my computer, took it back to his shop for a last-ditch fix attempt, recovered my data when it became clear that the computer wasnt going to be usable anymore, and brought the computer back to me.
