I emailed ISGs tech support, which creates a ticket automatically. and within 30 minutes someone gave me a call. I couldnt answer, so they left a voicemail and before I realized what time it was, it was already after 5pm. The same person called me shortly after 8am the next day and within 15 minutes we got all our network printer issues resolved. Awesome help as always!

We use ISG for a service. Recently I needed information related to the service they provide in short order. Even though I had to go through their ticketing system as they are a vendor, they were able to provide the technical data in under 24 hours. My urgent need for this information wasnt in the scope of ISGs urgency, but they responded as if it were. I was able to provide the data for a high level meeting I had the next day.

If you are a small business looking for a partner in IT to help manage your network, this is NOT the place for you no matter what they tell you. You will be ignored. They are not proactive about anything and if something breaks or your network goes down they blame you. They say if you had this plan or that maintenance agreement it would have never happened. When you say fine, give me a proposal for this maintenance agreement theyll blow you off for months. In our situation, it was May when I asked for it and I still didnt have it in December when we fired them and went with a true IT support company for managed services. In the process of finding our new provider, all FIVE companies we interviewed said ISG way oversold us on equipment for our small firm. They were stunned. One company said they sold us (and charged us a premium for) a corvette when all we needed was a Honda. Then they tried telling us it was time to replace it all after a few years, at our expense of course. None of the 5 companies we interviewed agreed with them. Now we use The Purple Guys where you can log support calls over the phone, through email or with their widget and they actually respond!! And quickly!! No more waiting 2 or 4 or 8 hours when our network is down because were looking for available resources which was always the excuse with ISG. The second runner up in our search was Complete Technology. Meet with these companies first and get a glimpse of what true managed services means.

Our business system has a bad habit of not being available when we start in the morning. Recently it happened again and nothing works. We cant create work orders, techs cant clock on jobs, etc. I emailed the HelpDesk and within 5 minutes was contacted by the ISG rep who found the issue and fixed it. Quick response that minimized our downtime and got us back to work. Well done and thank you!
