He listed our home and the next day already had 6 showings and one offer. Everything was quick, but extremely easy! Everything went smoothly and we will definitely be using him again. Phil sold us our first home 3 years ago. We were in a time crunch with a tight budget and he found us a home quickly in our price range, making sure that there were no problems and everything was done correctly.Since he was so amazing we had him sell our current home. He helped us get everything done so it would sell with no problems, and we would get what we were hoping, and again he succeeded. Had Phil as a realtor. actually switched from someone else. we stopped looking for a home for a few months after having an unfortunate event happen. we have messaged him a few times about looking at homes, etc. we dont have a huge budget and were looking for something that is a good price. Turns out he doesnt have the decency to respond. He has just ignored us ever since. There was a bunch of drama with him and my lender getting into an actual arguement. I was pregnant and stressed already while looking for a home and being told I was going to lose the baby. Then the two men are fighting over having miscommunicated with each other. maybe he dropped me because of my lender. Who knows, I never even got a response or explanation. pretty upset. so, Im looking. not from remax though

I spoke with Phil regarding some appraisal research I was performing in his area. He was knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to.

We went through two other realtors in two years with our old house before we relisted through Phil. After he listed our house we had more showings in the three months it was listed than we had in the two years combined. He takes great pictures and is easy to get in contact with no matter what time of the day it is.
