Let me start by saying, if I had another option, Id use it. Where I live this is the only service available. You can almost NEVER get anyone on the phone, the location to pay is rarely open and I have NEVER received a statement or actually bill from them despite asking for one.

Wouldnt pick up our trash for weeks bc its too muddy it rained days ago and isnt even muddy. Then no callback from the driver multiple times. Just cancelled their service.

I kept with them for over a year, but got tired of them coming before 6am. I should be able to have it to the curb by 6am and get picked up. Left a message to cancel service, started with a different company that same day - never heard from them. Fast forward over 3 months - letter from debt collector saying deliquent since a month prior to the next quarter (they bill 3 months at a time), and I hadnt paid since October. Which is true, Oct 10th-Jan 10th - 3 months. Tried calling them and no surprise, no answer. You pay for service ahead of time, and they havent stopped here in months, so why a debt collector when I never revived a letter, phone call, or any type of late payment notice? Talk about shady business and giving customers that change service the shaft.

We have been with them for a few months I never get a bill, but dont try to call they wont answer. I have left numerous voicemail messages for a week and a half now. Taking my business elsewhere.Took my business elsewhere! We got a delinquent letter notice yet never got a bill or anything about it. Left multiple phone calls and messages and never got a call back.What a shady business
