Worked for them one time they told me I’d be driving a epj working 5 am to 3 pm Monday threw Thursday picked this schedule because it would work best with my life cool when I get to the job no epj they wanted me to clean the warehouse figured it was my first day they just wanted me to do it that day 3 comes around I’m told I have to work till 430 then they said my day offs would not be the same when I called them told them I wanted a different job that they lied to me just to get me to take the job they got mad that I said they lied I wish I could give this company 0 stars

Was very displeased. I made it clear I wanted a warehouse position to do warehouse things. Was told there was an opening in Petsmart DC but was never told the role. Once I got there.. Surprise you have a sanitation position. Very aggravating and disappointed. My fault too because I thought that I had made that clear but I guess not. Will never go through agency again. I learned my lesson. And yes I resigned on the first day because of how bad my experience was and that is not something I have ever done with a job.

I cant speak for other branches, but the Ottawa office must be avoided. They are liars and they are very disorganized. They found a janitorial job for me, they said it was only a 30 minute commute from where I lived, turns out it was almost an hour. I was promised that it was full time turns out it was only part time, working 2, maximum 3 days a week I was also promised that it was on 2nd shift which was what I was looking for and when I talked to the supervisor they tell me its 1st shift. Through the temp agency I was going to be paid $11 an hour but the supervisor told me once I got hired on to the actual company I would only be making $9 an hour. This place is not here to help you there just out to help themselves.If you MUST work through this agency, get a lawyer first.

They were slow with following up with you. Plus they did NOT tell you you have yo work 720 hours before the company will make an offer. Nor do you sign paperwork outline the fine detail. Be very careful ask alot of questions!

0 stars!!! Don’t waste your time!! I had an appointment at 11 am today. I was informed to bring two forms of id, upon arrival I was asked for identification at which time I realized I forgot my ssc at home. When I told the front desk this and that I only live a couple of minutes away, can I bring it back once the interview was done. She told me no. So I drove back home to get my ssc. When I went back in the building the front desk (same girl that made me leave) said it wasn’t needed until after the interview process. Furthermore, I filled out an online application last night to be somewhat prepared. I was asked to fill out a paper application when I was in the office. Clearly upset by the companies back tracking the front desk girl responds by saying “sorry your so unhappy”. For a company to have the name professional in the title and to walk in the door of one of these facilities and see the exact opposite is extremely puzzling. When an application is to be preformed online it’s sole purpose is to be a “time saver”. Then to be asked to hand write on paper the exact same thing that took an hour to fill out once already when a computer has this fabulous function called print. It’s just asinine. Needless to say I will not be conducting business with this company nor will I be referring anyone. I also will be informing the public of the down right unprofessional traits of the staff in the Ottawa Illinois location.Sent from my iPhone

I didnt even work here my boyfriend did, but if you guys dont stop calling me I swear Im gonna go crazy. I slacked and ignored my voicemail for 3 weeks and had 40 VOICEMAILS from just you guys. My boyfriend called and tried to get taken off the call list and obviously it didnt work. Please stop, he worked there a year ago.
