This company is only getting one star from me if I could do zero I would. Today is 8/22/2017 and our basement flooded as Im sure plenty others did as well with all the rain we got. I called this company to see about getting some large dehumidifiers for our basement. I told Mike that my husband would be pulling the carpet and hauling it off. Mike told me that if he couldnt do all the work that we werent going to use the dehumidifiers. I said to Mike that he would get paid from the insurance company for the use of them. Then he told me they were all in use which I do understand that but you could tell that he was not going to let us use them after they werent in use anymore. I told him I had received his flyer in the mail and was going to have them over to see about power washing our house but after the way I was treated I was having second thoughts. Then he started to back pedal pretty quick. You should be careful how you treat people they could be customers for the other services you offer. For us we would have to think long and hard before we hired this company to do any work for us. I was told by others after speaking to them to be very careful of this company.

We had a bit of a crazy get together at my house recently and it left my poor carpet looking horrible. Hired these guys because I’ve heard good things from co-workers. They did a great job! My carpet is looking brand new, you can’t even tell that a variety of drinks were spilled on it!
