I couldnt have picked a better shop. I took my car in to get all of my brakes done and an oil change. They were super friendly, very reasonable and the work completed was amazing. While my car was in the shop, my front axle broke (luckily I wasnt driving when this happened) and they were quick to get it repaired before I was due to pick my car up. They even saved the broken axle to show me the damage. I cant say enough good things about everyone from Polly in the office to the guys in the shop. I highly recommend JRs and look forward to working with them for all of my future car needs. Thank you!

Unfortunately my car broke down on the way to court too bad the police werent as nice as these people. If you ever need to have your vehicle towed in the LaSalle area definitely call these people their prices are reasonable theyre super nice and they will work with you I wish I would have known about this company before I did my last tow. DONT waste your time or money calling anybody else because this company is definitely the company to use theyre over $100 cheaper than another company in the area that begins with S and ends in dance.....

If I could give no stars I would. The guy picks up a call from AAA. Says hell come out and on his way and never does. With it splintering cold out here, I had to freeze in my truck for literal hours because the guy decided he didnt want to take the call anymore, when he was just out to get me a jump and that failed, I tried to wave him down he looked at me and didnt come back. If you could I would try getting towed and serviced elsewhere.

Honest mechanic is priceless. As long as I live in ottawa these people will be Jeep go to’s.
