Excellent service and fast response time! I Called Conroys towing around 9pm after an unsafe driver put me in the ditch after work on a country road in Marseilles. Despite the time of night and the fact it was below zero outside, Conroys answered quickly and dispatched a truck immediately. The Conroys tow truck driver was polite, professional and pulled my car out of the ditch quickly and safely and sent me on my way. The price was very affordable and the quality of service and response time was excellent! Highly recommend Conroys!

Prices were inconsistent and given for unnecessary costs. Would not recommend this place. They do not have patience when it comes to their work. Charged a fee for a second tow when they chose to wait and take it to their shop. I asked them to bring it to my house but they insisted on waiting for the next day. I was given word that they would bring it first thing in the morning and it took them all day. $500 down the drain for minimal work.

Ive used Conroys Towing on multiple occasions. Todd and his team have towed my vehicles when I blew brake lines and provided timely, affordable and quality services. Ive also had tire repair, diagnostics and alternator replacement in the past. Every time I have towing or auto repair by Conroys, I know I can trust they will take care of my car, SUV or truck by using quality parts and standing behind their work. Wouldnt drive all the way to Seneca. 20 miles from there location to tow a broke down vehicle. Must be too early in the morning for car accidents. Well my money to be spent elsewhere.

First class emergency crew ! rode back 45min to my shop in their brand new heavy duty freightliner. Hope not to need them again but they will be my go to when on rt 80 in lasalle County!

Great service!Conroys has been servicing our vehicles for years. They always do a great job! Took my car to have new tires put on, and they told me it didnt need to be done right then (but to have it done before winter). Most places would have taken my money right then. Their prices are reasonable, too!

I locked my keys in my trunk and had to call Conroys to come and get them out for me. The guy arrived quick (within 5 min) and was able to get the keys out without any problems or damage. I had to file a claim to my insurance company because at the time of the incident I wasnt aware that I had towing insurance. I needed an invoice from Conroys proving that I paid for the service. I spoke with a younger lady on the phone who acted like I was an inconvenience. I asked if she could email me the invoice, she said she could. I let her know that I needed it asap, she said she did not know when it would be emailed. I asked if it would be done by tomorrow, she said I doubt it. I am not sure why sending a simple email would be so hard to send out considering she had the invoice already pulled up in front of her. So I called back a few minutes later and a man answered (very pleasant), he said that he would gladly email me the invoice, but also hung up the phone on me and I was unsure if it was going to be done today or tomorrow. When I got the invoice emailed to me, it was barely legible and my address was incorrect. Conroys definitely did a good job with the on site service, but I was not very happy w the service I received over the phone pertaining to the paperwork.

Very helpful towing service. He came out to assist my car stuck in the snow at 3am after AAA said they couldnt help. Highly recommended.

The tow truck driver went above and beyond what was expected and it was a holiday weekend too. Even had my car warmed up and ready to go for me! I wasnt the one who called for the tow and still got great service!

Awesome company. Friendly driver, new, clean equipment, professional service. Hit a raccoon which disabled my car in sheridan. They came within 45 minutes, late at night when all my insurance company providers refused. Had my car up and moving in minutes. Had no problem towing me almost 70 miles back to the city. Will definitely use them again if ever in a bind

A plague on the community. Conroys tow trucks run stop signs at full speed. A matter of time before one of their drivers kills another motorist or pedestrian.

I would give them no stars if I could. My car was contracted to them after an accident. I get it back and was lied to about what they did. Brand new radiator and they put engine oil in it. I called to try to give them the chance to make it right and they lied. Thats okay, I have a lot of proof. Dont ever take your car here if you value it.
