I dont know the girls name, but she was working print center and she was fantastic and I really appreciate her help! I have had previous visits here that were absolutely terrible and seemed noone knew what they were doing. She knew what she was doing and got me exactly what I needed(unlike my last experience) whatever youre currently paying her isnt enough.

The new manager, Alan, is a piece of work. Extremely rude to all customers and a horrible boss. I used to live office max, until they changed management. Considered working for them again until I met him. I wouldnt recommend anyone working here, or even buying here, especially because I know the ins and outs of working there. No person should not only be treated rudely but have a hand put in there face to keep me from talking.

I spent a good hour and a half trying out EVERY office chair at the Oswego location on 2/2/21. My chair at home has a serious vendetta against me and is determined to murder my back and legs whilst also crushing my soul. A nice gentleman checked in with me from time to time but was not pushy or intrusive. I narrowed my options to 4 chairs at varying price points. Deciding to sleep on it, I ended up ordering the Devara SitTrue by Serta at officedepot online for local pickup, paying $15 for assembly. Let the experts do that! My chair was ready in an hour for pick up. It is assembled perfectly, the chair is spotless and amazingly comfortable. THIS IS WHY WE NEED STOREFRONTS! You cannot go by reviews posted on the big A for something you are going to sit in for 8+ hours/day. Gotta go try the merchandise in person. I got my chair on sale and assembled for less than on A. I am very happy with the Oswego location and their excellent service.

I was honestly never impressed with this place. Getting help, finding stuff was like pulling teeth. Then i went to use the printing service. OMG. Perla, I hope I got her name right was awesome. From running a sample, to helping with style, professional and experienced and kind. This woman...young girl is awesome. Impressive. Thanks. Great hire.

The young lady at the printing and mailing services was very rude and unprofessional. I walked in line and she said, Hi, what do you need? in a rude attitude and would give off a bad vibe when giving an answer. She also gave the impression that I couldnt afford a printing job and said things like its not affordable and too expensive when it only costed $50.

Their fedex system was down on the day I decided to ship something!!! What a coincidence!!!! Never coming back to this location ever again!!!!!!!

Pretty awful customer service. I needed programs printed for a memorial. The first person to help me (perla) was nice. I came into the store after email correspondence to view a sample of my item and make sure we were on the same page. When I came to pick up the programs they were cut in half. So I wouldve had to hand out multiple pages instead of the pamphlet I ordered. I didnt have time to have the issue fixed (nor did anyone offer) and I left with a product that wasnt correct. When I called back they said their folding machine wasnt working. This would have been nice to know so that I couldve used another location instead. I wish theyd have been honest with me instead of trying to give me a product that wasnt what I paid for on a day that was already very tough. I asked if I could come in for a refund and they agreed. However, when I came in and the employee (Alex) asked what I needed, as I began to tell her the situation she cut me off and said refund? Thats all you had to say! I was shocked by her rudeness. Then she tried to give me store credit instead of my money back. I couldnt believe the lack of customer service present in this store. They made a tough day for my family even tougher. I would never use this location for printing services ever again.

Love the new upgraded self service copiers. They take a credit/debit card, and even let you enter a coupon. Its more convenient than going up to the register and waiting in line. Oddly enough, the cashiers always seemed to have a hard time figuring out how to enter the coupons.

As much as I come here to buy office supplies for my business, I asked to laminate something for my daughter and she tells me she can not make a cut bc she would have to charge me for it. Amazon it is for office supplies, at least my self serve at home cuts straight. Ridiculous.

Great help given and all my questions answered when purchasing a media stick for my phone for the first time. Wonderful staff!

Cant believe they wont assemble any of their items on site....customer satisfaction is clearly a thing of the past. Wish I had a Staples closer....would have at least compared their customer service skills.
