I’m thankful for my home. I really am. However, I would like to pay for what I signed up for. I’ve lived here since January 2020. Out of the 20+ months that I’ve lived here, the gate at the front has only worked approximately 4 months collectively. The gates around the complex that lead to the walkway were recently “fixed” this spring. But they did not replace the code lock which allows anyone to get in. The gates are also hard to shut. Also, if your flowerbeds don’t face the main road, they are very neglected. My apartment faces the back and the flowers have never been kept up nor has grass been replanted in the bald areas. It’s also frustrating that the AC and heat don’t work that well. In the summer, the rooms furthest from the unit stay hot with no circulation. We were told by management that this is due to the distance of the rooms to the unit and that the “builders didn’t install strong enough units to push air to those rooms”. They even measured the amount of air that comes out of those vents, and it’s only around 30%. They suggested closing vents in the living room (which of course just causes another problem) or installing heavy curtains. Same goes for the heat. Thankfully the floor heaters I purchased help in the winter. Our community recently had a change in management, and I hope they address these issues. I will not be renewing my lease. For anyone looking to move in, keep these things in mind.

The move in process was simple and Lauren did a great job explaining everything and making sure I was all set for move in. Nice area/apartment and I’m looking forward to my stay here.

Springs of Oswego is an Awesome place to call home. The management staff and maintenance crew are top notch. The amenities are second to none. Will, Jon, and Lauren are Rock Stars! The maintenance crew is amazing. Dan, Victor and Calvin are an All Star crew that are so responsive, professional and talented. If you are looking for a wonderful community to reside in then Springs of Oswego is the place you want to be.

I love the Springs. Jon hooked me up with this place and loved living here ever since. Even though I think it is a little over priced, I do enjoy the complimentary car wash. I think the maintenance crew do a very good job for the Springs as well. I would say this is the best place to live if you want to rent with pets.

I am a new resident to Springs at Oswego, and I have nothing but good things to say about this community!Lauren and Jon in the office are wonderful, and extremely patient and personable!!Victor, Calvin, and Dan are phenomenal in maintenance requests, and they are so prompt!!!The grounds are super clean, so very pet friendly, and wonderful!I may never leave!!!♥️

My experience at Springs has been wonderful! The office staff; Will, Jon and Lauren are very friendly, professional and always greet residents with a smile! The maintainence staff; Victor, Dan and Calvin work very hard to keep the property clean and beautiful. Shout out to all of the staff! I feel safe here which is so important when choosing somewhere to live! I highly recommend Springs to anyone looking for a safe, clean and friendly place to live!

This place is by far the best place I’ve lived. Between the location near all the southern suburbs, excellent and property and maintenance staff and the apartment itself, it’s been a great experience living here. The apartments are modern, open concept with a lot of space. Maintenance is very quick at fixing any issues and the property office staff are always very nice and helpful. A big plus is the pool and workout center as well.

This place is wonderful! Lovely people, responsive and friendly management - one of the best managed places Ive seen! Landscaping is beautiful and enjoyed throughout the seasons. Great for pets too with several dog runs and walking paths that are well maintained even in winter. Pet dna program ensures pet waste is picked up keeping environment nice. Kind of a rural feel to it but close to all amenities. The apartments are new and quite spacious. Optional garages are enclosed so nice if you need extra space for storage. Overall a wonderful place - it is a bit pricey but I guess you get what you pay for!

Super nice apartment design with awesome staff on complex! This is not just an apartment complex, this is a very tight knit community. The entire management staff and maintenance crew is very quick to respond. Is the first apartment I have lived in in 25 years so I was a bit nervous coming from my home to apartment. This is been outstanding experience And I will miss this place when I move out! Jon, Lauren and Will Have been amazing

Move in process was smooth and they are clear and upfront about everything. You cant find this kind of community, helpful staff and amenities all together for such a reasonable rent anywhere else. So far I love living here!

My family and I are enjoying our time here as we prepare to move out of state. Everyone is very friendly, the community is quiet and clean, and our dog LOVES the dog parks. The apartment is modern, clean, and cozy. Im glad we decided to rent here!

Beware ! My experience here started off with being shown a specific apt. To rent, I was given a different one on the day of my move in. Jon, the one I spoke with had many excuses as to why I was not given the original apartment I was shown, none of which were true! The apartment manager Wil didnt even try to talk to me about this issue, because he is socially Inept & awkward.To boot, Continental property management company will send you surveys to fill out, but never respond to any of your concerns. This didnt surprise me as having dealt with those folks in that office already! It must be the Continental management training, because they dont return phone calls either.The maintenance crew was awesome!!Property is okay but over priced!!Dont be enticed by there free month of rent. Keep looking!!Things they do not tell you is on top of the 25$ valet garbage you will also be paying about an extra 20$ bucks a month for garbage & other hidden charges they dont tell you about.

Love the cozy warm feeling in our apartment, the pool is beautiful and our pup loves the 2 different doggy parks. Made some great friends. And love that it is a gated community. Only wish they did deals on rent during the pandemic or like on birthdays or major holidays. Especially being someone who is having serious major medical issues requiring surgery. Other than that love it here. And Jon is super friendly.

I just moved in to the complex earlier this month and everything went without a hitch! Lauren V did a wonderful job setting up all the paperwork and making sure all went well. I can definitely recommend the Springs

I love this community because as I was driving out from my home. I saw Two women carting a bed mattress to the dumpster a maintenance guy named Calvin Medlin stopped And insisted to take it in his truck. This community has been very kind to me since the day I stepped through the front doors. They really never stop doing their best work, shout out to the springs at Oswego family!

Couldn’t be happier, clean facilities, great management and great maintenance staff.Good parking, pool, workout room and free car wash on property. I live on first floor and never hear noise from above or beside me.

Love both the staff and maintenance guys. Always welcoming when i pass them by working or a simply let me go to the clubhouse and get a cola with my granola

Great place to live. The staff and maintenance crew are very helpful and friendly. There are a variety of community events held at the Clubhouse, and the neighbors are friendly. It is a pretty quite community, as well.

We have been here a year now and could not be happier!! These luxury apartments are beautiful, and stand true to the luxurious living! If your looking for a community to call your family, you have come to the right place! The staff is always happy to help with anything you may need, and get things done in a timely manner. All the amenities are awesome but the pool by far is my favorite! I’ve made many friends here, and I’m so happy to call the springs my home! Cheers to another year(we just signed our new lease). Living at the Springs at Oswego has been very nice. The apartment is small yet very cozy. The large balcony truly makes it. Lots of windows and wonderful amenities. Management and maintenance have always been very responsive and nice to deal with.

Living in this community is truly a blessing. I moved in a little over 3 months ago and have nothing but great things to say. Such a friendly and diverse community. The staff here is exceptional - super friendly, helpful, and they truly work to build community and make this a place people are proud to call home. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and the grounds and community areas are all kept clean and well maintained. My dog loves it here too - she’s made plenty of human friends on walks here and loves playing with her dog friends in the dog parks. The location is great too- everything that you could possibly need is within 2 miles, tons of stores and restaurants around! Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work, Springs Oswego!

I seldom write reviews, but I have had such a good experience here, I thought it was about time to give Springs at Oswego 5 stars!! I have lived here for 5 months now and I am very happy that I choose this place as my new home. The entire process from application to moving in is streamlined and automated, with the office folks available to help when I needed it. My place looks out onto the wetlands and I have been so fortunate to hear all the wildlife and even see deer now and then. As far as maintenance, anytime I have asked them to come by to check something or replace a bulb, they are here promptly and always ask if there is anything else that needs checking. The community also has an email site where you can send an email to management, send service requests, join an interest group or pay your rent. The site is updated daily by management and they keep you well informed. Jon B. in the office has gone above and beyond for me and I am really grateful to him!! The entire area is kept very clean. The pool is really nice (in the summer of course) and there is a really comfortable lounge area next to the pool area. There are also two dog parks and a dog wash and a car wash! The community is gated which adds an additional level of safety. If you are in this area, you will see how close all the shopping is as well. I would definitely recommend this community.

Springs is the best!! The staff in the office are the best, and the maintenance crew is on top of everything! All the green spaces are well kept, and the picnic/grilling areas are great. Can’t go wrong by choosing Springs at Oswego!!

We love living at the Springs.Let’s just start by saying the the staff is amazing. From our first experience with Huntley showing us the apartment, to move in, to maintenance questions, everyone has been right there to make this transition as easy as could be.You never see staff without getting a friendly smile and a wave.The apartment itself is also great. We downsized from a four bedroom house and we were worried about how we would fit. Let’s just say that the apartment is thoughtfully designed and has been an easier change than we could have anticipated.The complex is secure and we feel safe here. In addition to that, the location is superb. Everything from restaurants to groceries are just minutes away. The workout facilities are clean and organized, there is a place to wash your car (which includes a vacuum) and if you have fur babies they are welcome. There are two dog parks as well. There is a great walking/jogging path and a park backs up to the complex too. You can even walk to dinner or to several close stores if you don’t want to drive the car. Most suburban apartments aren’t very walkable, but The Springs are.We plan on staying here for years. We love it that much.

Every staff member at the Springs has been super friendly and accommodating. The maintenance staff, particularly Dan & Victor have been great! They come so quickly and are alway extremely pleasant to deal with.

Many things could be better (like no discount on rent during the pandemic while no amenities were able to be used) but overall well probably renew the lease.

I love everything about this place but hands down I really love the handyman service they have on site. They are very professional and courteous. Once they start a job, they finish it.

My boyfriend and I have lived in these apartments for almost a month now. We have nothing but positive things to say! The staff is responsive, friendly, and courteous. They have accommodated all of our needs and even installed wine glass racks for us free of charge. Highly recommend!

Just renewed our lease for another year at Springs of Oswego. Great staff and community havent met anyone that isnt a great person here likely because they are all dog owners and you cant go wrong with dog owner . Cant wait for the pool open.

I moved in September 2019 and its been nothing but peace. Great at communicating and are open to any questions!!! This is my first time living in an apartment and ive a lot of horror stories when it come to apartment complexes but Springs Of Oswego have been nothing but family and amazing!!!!! Well recommended just take a tour at least. Thats all it took for me.

My family and I have currently been at the Springs Apartments for a little over 3 months now! The leasing process went smoothly while we were selling our home and transitioning to our move here. We chose Springs because the complex, pool and fitness facility are new and kept clean! The granite countertops, design and layout topped our list! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Earlier we were having issues with the noise from the garage door below us opening and waking us; however, they resolved the issue with 2 new openers! We couldn’t be happier!

Living here as been great. Wonderful club house with friendly staff always willing to help.
