To be clear, my tax representative who helped me file my return was extremely helpful. I’m writing a review with the customer service representative( I believe her name is Rachel) that took my call on 03/25/2021. I called about a tax question.before I can completely relay my question, i got rudely interrupted by her deep “Sigh”!! I asked if she heard my question, she replied “This is the 3rd call I had today asking the same question”!!! I understand the stressful situations they must receive on a daily basis due to the Pandemic, but it’s not an excuse to show a customer your displeasure when all they intended to do was to get a comprehensive view of what’s going on with their tax status.

Really decent worker who filed with me. Very considerate and knew what he was doing . Was painless and simple. Made a same day appointment, accommodated my ability to come in early at a few hours notice, and there was no wait when i arrived.

Great customer service. Was able to get my extension over the phone an helped me with all my questions.

Called to ask for help, as they answer the phone they ask how can I help you so as I am explaining what I need help with she says rudely Im actually with a client right now can I call you back why have me sit there and explain alllll of that for her to not care and say can I call you back. She shouldve put me on hold to begin with. Ill contact the chico one for now on.

The service was great and fast! I hope they keep offering the new way they do taxes. My life is really busy and being able to file over the phone and accepting online is way more convenient for my busy schedule!

I brought in all of my paperwork and was told that someone will call me within 48-72 hours. I end up calling them about two weeks later to finally get my taxes done. No explanation, No sorry for not calling back, No nothing.

Last two years hadnt been real great with Barbara. Would like a second look on my taxes this year and a new tax professional next year.

If I could do no stars I would. Fees are outrageous, they charge for not just filing but additional fees for EIC and everything else. Go anywhere but here. My tax professional couldnt even type he hunted and pecked the whole time .
