So friendly, professional and thorough! Also, super understanding about my love for all animals and how distressing it can be to trap rats. They did a thorough exclusion of our home and were here at least twice a week for 60 days checking traps and doing all the hard and uncomfortable work in a compassionate and caring manner. We are rat free and feel confident those critters will stay outside where they belong. Thank you Gecko! Highly recommend!!

I have zero regrets choosing Geko. Roger came out and was extremely polite, respectful of my home, on time and listened to my concerns. He also educated me about what was going on in my home and why we couldnt seem to get rid of our ants. We got the interior and exterior of our home sprayed and have yet to see a single ant since! The tech cane out and covered the whole house and answered my questions. We had some wasps come make a home and they have now been vacated. Bi monthly service is not bad price. Looks like I will be pest free.

Roger was friendly and professional with his work. Hes done an outstanding job in exterminating several wasps nest and sprayed indoors and outdoors to keep the insects away. 10/10 would recommend .

We just had to move into a place quick because of the fire and unfortunately the house had some unexpected guests 😭. My family called this company to come out and they sent out a wonderful worker named Tim who was kind and knowledgeable about his job. We also love that the products that they use are safe around our pets cause we have three big dogs! Perfect customer service 👍 if you need pest control would 11/10 recommend.

Great company and great service. Quick to respond and just all around nice people. We had quite a few wasps making nests in our back yard. Rich came out and took care of it and even came back again the next day when one had popped back up. Signed up for monthly service and so far Im very happy.

Great company and great service. Theyve serviced our home for a few years now and weve been extremely happy. Today we had a sudden swarm of bees in our building in town (Steve-Os Auto) so we called Gecko. Rich came out in record time and took care of it. Rich is running a top of the line business!!! I called on Monday, they fit me in the very next day. I was having a flea issue and only wanted a one time treatment to save. I am on a fixed income and watch my pennies carefully. Richard came out treated the backyard and front for fleas. He even treated my eves for free because he saw a few spiders. Great service, I will be using them again in the future.

Gecko Pest Control is awesome. I had a big pest problem in my kitchen here in Orville. My wife made an appointment and they came to treat. First treatment took care of most of them but there was a few stragglers. Even though it was after 30 days they still offered to treat for free. Great customer service, effective treatments, call Gecko if you have a bug problem.

We have been using Gecko Pest Control for about 6 months now, and we have seen a drastic change in the amount of bugs and mice in and around our house. These guys were lifesavers. I called when I found some mice in my bathroom. Rich showed up within one hour and did a full inspection. He found a couple places they were coming in the house an blocked it off. The next day mice were trapped and no more signs of them. I liked him so much we signed up for regular service.
