Love this park so nice and quiet, love to visit here.

My father lived there and life is a living hell for the tenants, the manager is verbally abusive threatening and intimadating. Corporate office seems to approve of these methods. Its not a nice place

Manager is rude, treats tenants like they are her children tells them (you don’t like it move) this is a 55+ park how can you tell people that and many of the tenants were not 55 and up 🙁,there is also drug use and sales on the property,went to visit a friend and saw it my self out his window,was thinking of buying here with what the web sight says but to see it myself no went to Sacramento to buy thumbs down on this park

My mother loves it here. They make a big effort to keep unwanted trouble makers out and the residents safe

There is a lady and a man that live there who I have known for a spell they are camp fire survivers

Nice people and even though its in the middle of town it sets back enough to be quiet and cozy.

Just visited a friend. Older place, resident manager was nice. Mobile that I visited was adequate. Quiet neighborhood. Front entrance is clean, lawn mowed.

I have lived here for one year and four months. I found out after my first 72 hours here that there is a serious drug problem and its related activity: all night buying/selling, thefts of all sorts: bicycles, tools, auto and home break-ins, auto vandalism & sabotage, plant poisonings, Peeping-Toms, and confrontations with street people etc. Management has cameras all over and though they admit they know exactly what is going on refuse to use their information to help end many of problems. The management is mostly concerned to keeping residents inactive and unseen; beware if you complain. Theres a revenge type atmosphere, that people have complained about, aimed to keeping the status quo: fear. The use of facilities is discouraged by management to keep everything pristine. I wish I had known about the fear, intimidation, and lack of respect for Seniors that pervades the park. I wanted to sue the Realtor who sold me my home for all its attending misery but alas I was stuck. The manager was so disrespectful and threatening I had to secure a Restraining Order for peace of mind, my car, my home and my possessions. I lost hundreds when my car was broken into and vandalized. Being considerate to management leads to being taken advantage of. Its a no win situation here. I plan to move and lose thousands in my investment.

Friendly, helpful manager. Pool is clean. Well kept park for an older park. A little high month rents. Easy access to freeway.

We have been here about 16 months..best park in the area...management keeps the homeless out and takes care of our concerns in a timely manner..a very friendly staff.No interference from drug activity if there is any.No problem with illegal activities that i have seen or heard of.Mostly seniors living on their retirement, friendly but not intrusive.All in all a safe and wonderful place to live.

My brother and his wife are moving in today. We have met nothing but nice people.. nice park

Quite peaceful crimefree rebekah is the only managment Ive seen as she is on gaurd stopping all those addicts that try to come in the park she stops them and questions them If they look like a tweaker or homeless she run out and stop you as you enter the park that is what makes this place enjoyable to live at only noise you hear at times is stray cats coming from motel behind place that are meowing because there starving Im not sure who the team is running the park with manager but i do think the managment deserves a raise she respect everyone privacy she will let you know about your guest and if your guest DISRESPECT her then of course you will hear something back. THIS IS THE MOST QUIET AND CRIME FREE PLACE IVE EVER BEEN AT IN OROVILLE IVE BEEN HERE ALL MY LIFE .IM NOT A SENIOR I HELP SENIOR HERE I ONLY WISH I COULD HAVE MY OWN PLACE HERE TO HELP MAINTAIN A PEACEFUL STRESSFREE NO CRIME PARK THEY EVEN HAVE FREE FOOD GIVEAWAY FOR PEOPLE IN THE PARK THE OWNER GOES OUT AND SPENDS HIS MONEY TO BUY ITEMS SOMEONE IN THE PARK MIGHT NEED THAT MAY NOT BE ABLE TO GET TO STORE ON THERE OWN. IM IMPRESSED WITH THIS MOBILE HOME PARK ITS FOR SENIOR NOT KIDS BUT GRANKIDS CAN VISIT THERE GRANDPARENTS ANYTIME THERE A POOL AND GAMEROOM IN THE FRONT BY THE OFFICE .AND IM SURE THE MANAGMENT CAN LOAN THEM GAMES IF GRANDKIDS ARE OVER TO VISIT .THEm. five star rating

I have lived here 2 years, and everything that the person known as sjsuralph has said in his review, is totally untrue he was unhappy because management and every women who lives in the park refused his unwanted advances. . Mangament responds to every concern in a timely manner, and is always polite and helpful.
