Excellent laundromat! Staff friendly, and the place was very neat and clean.

My overall experience was good I do think there is room for improvement. I do recommend this laundry Mat if you need to do your laundry.The laundry attendants so far that I have had interaction with have had good customer service experience an been polite an respectful.The inside has been clean an kept as well the outside grounds for the most part have as well been clean an presentable.

None of the machines work properly an when you try to talk to any of the staff including the owner all you get is yelled at an belittled as if it’s your fault the machines aren’t working properly.This place NEEDS to be SHUT DOWN!!! I should of read reviews before coming here to do my laundry. This place is not only run down with minimal washers and dryers that work but on the weekends the attendant does not carry change on her and the change machine is broke. The lady that works there has no clue as to what she is saying. Will tell you one thing and say what I meant was... STAY AWAY dont waste your time.

Has more washer and dryers than the other laundry place. Very dirty but does provide a restroom. Owners are very very rude. I just mind my own business and try and get in and out as fast as possible.

Its ok but we are PAYING FOR THE NEW WASHERS AND DRYERS $$$$$$$ Big time. So go else were.

3 star on national scale. 5 stars for Oroville. Definitely best facility in town. Staff really helpful.They do wash & fold also I am told. Wish I had known that this morning - I would have dropped off.

Worst laundry Mat in all of oroville, the owners a straight up loon-a-tic. Also all the workers are very rude, an unprofessional. Tons of broken machines and guess what they don’t care if the machine stole ur money it’s ur fault for coming to B&S coin laundry.Also the really short, fat, bald old guy tried to fight me for asking him a question seems like he’s really strung out, I should have read all the other reviews before using B&S coin laundry do your self a favor and NEVER GO HERE! The most worst place ever and the most rude owners of any business ever. As soon as the washer was full of water an my comforter was completely soaked they shut off the washer causing me to lose all my money I put in and then blaming me for it. Then they start yelling at me an my daughter threatening to have us “arrested for being stupid”.i dont know what drugs they are on but they are definitely on something. They need to be shut down. Now when I gotta go to do my wash I go to fluff an fold. On Myers St they are Soo very nice and helpful an respectful there

If it wasnt for Heather (and the other staff, too) being so friendly and helpful, I wouldnt be able to give 5 stars. Ive been to this laundromat 3 times and the last two times, there were only 2 quad loaders avail and two double loaders..the rest were literally out of order. But its a mellow place to chill..a lot of seating..change machine is always pumpin! The staff work hard and remain friendly. My only suggestions are please put hand soap in the bathroom (and thank yiu for having a bathroom) and maybe bigger, clearer, lower signs about how little laundry soap is needed in the big washers or they will overflow. Maybe some tunes??

Most washers r broken and a few only works. This place so trashy and dirty. Doesnt even look like a laundromat. The person working there is rude and not rarely inside to help. The dam machine for change doesnt even work or plugged in. Everything inside is dirty, seem it hasnt been cleaned n a long time. I cant believe this place is still in business..

Its decent, has a bathroom and attendant... Many machines are out of order and they require a libility card to have your ESA. They refuse the right to service and have strick rules for doing business there. Last load goes in at 9pm

Water on the floor every where. Told the attendant. Told her someone might slip. She said what ever. Im trying. Been here now almost an hour. No one has come out to clean up or even put cautions signs up. I was to be a regular customer. I will not be back. Then heard the manager blamed customer because she washed 3 pair of jeans in a large washer.

Hot dirty and hafe are more of the dryer didnt work cost to much a dollar and a hafe more here Ill go to chico before I ever go here again

If I could offer a negative star rating, I would give this place the worst available rating. The guy that services and or owns this place was confrontational when I asked him a question but couldnt hear and understand what he was saying. I think he also has that short mans complex syndrome.

Just a heads up, DONT GO TO THIS LAUNDRY MAT. The individuals working here are awful, and the establishment isnt well kept or organized whatsoever. I think I can tell that the general consensus on this laundry mat is the woman working here, Lori, is incredibly hostile and unstable in her own working environment. Just yesterday night my family was victim to this same mistreatment. This was after my mom was loudly shutting the washer, unaware of Lori. The yelling, the threatening, and the almost shocking misuse of her own authoritative position to push around customers and treat them however she wants to ensued and it ruined our night. Lori had just before disrespecting my family, disrespected another Hispanic family when they spoke Spanish to her. She had told them to speak English like a normal person in a very derogatory manner. Theres a same price, much friendly, and much nicer laundry amt just on the corner of the cash advanced building across the street from Chase bank.

Attendants are great. Pool table for .50c in the back. Fairly clean.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The attendant is rude and her attitude is over board. She literally walk away from me while I was trying to tell her that the washer did not drain my clothes properly. Her suggestion was that I over load the washer. As if; all the other washer that I was using have been load with the same amount of clothes and have drain my clothes like any washer would except that one washer! My clothes was complete soak with water and she just walk away from the issuse. Half the dryer/washer was out of service.

Small but great washers and dryers

Absolute worst. Owners are insanely unprofessional. I walked into my clothes being taken out of the washers and placed outside soaking wet. The refused to give me my money back!

CONTACT CODE INFORCMENT! Out of all laundry mat ive been at. This is by far the WORST!!! The so called people who exist here run a turn key operation will steal your money. The woman there has a mouth, not even her husband wants to deal with her You will not get what you paid for. All the washers leak rivers so theres none going in the washing machine. Over half the machines are out of order, and the macines that are not marked out of order half dont work.

Upon removing my down comforter from the dryer, I noticed it was splotchy yellow when it should have been white! I took it to a large table and asked the girl working there if she knew what could have happened! I also pulled out one of the 3 dryer sheets I had put in with it and it was brown! She thought I had put it in one of their dryers that gets really hot, but I didn’t! I put it in one against the long wall! At this time, the owner comes out and started telling me that he is not responsible, that even if it caught fire, he wouldn’t be responsible. He stood there and accused me of ripping off the tag ( which I had never before noticed a tag) and told me it was against the law to remove a tag!!!!! WHAT in the world????? I have never EVER had anyone talk to me like he did and when I said, I was never coming back, he said GOOD! I believe he’s a mental case and I cannot believe anyone would talk to their customs like he did me! First of all too, there are more broken machines than working ones in there and 2 of the washing machines I used had puddles of water coming from them! It is the filthiest, nastiest place I’ve seen and the only reason I stopped there was because the other one near by didn’t have large machines. I would have gladly settled for, I’m sorry, but I had a man stand there and say it was my fault, and accuse me of not drying itright!!!!! Terrible, terrible, terrible place to do your laundry and a terrible terrible owner!

This place is the worst, they steal your money only two dryers out of the whole place work, i spent $20 to dry clothes and still had to bring them home wet and the people they have working there dont do a damn thing to help when i told him I had soent $2 to dry one load and they are still wet the dryer was blowing out cold air, he just looked at me and said yep it sure is and walked off what the hell kinda of service is that about? Never will i step foot in that place again i can buy a house and my own washer and dryer the money it cost to do laundry there!

Like to have an onsite person and she is really nice. But a lot of washers and dryers were broken or out of order so lots of people had to wait.

Ive been coming here almost 4 years, but never again. The bosss son was having a fit because the washers were leaking and tried to blame it on me. He said youre not married are you?. I said yes and then he said I couldnt be so I showed him my ring finger. He then said I overloaded the washer and thats why it leaked, but just that one, not all the others that leaked. He then literally called me stupid, uneducated, and told me that he recorded me and put me on YouTube. If the brats there save yourself the stress and go somewhere else.

My husband went in to do laundry. The washer wasnt working right, so he told the employee about it. She blamed him and told my husband it was the operator. Then proceeded to kick him out with wet clothes. Is this how you treat paying customers, or is it the drugs talking?

This place is horrible! The staff are very rude and threatening. It’s dirty, and many of the machines are out of order. The drainage system gets backed up. Today it flooded and I was unable to finish my load. Instead of refunding me, I was blamed and told, “I don’t know how to measure soap.” Many other customers have commented about the drain backing up and about the rude and threatening behavior of management. The manager said he knows me and that I am a tax preparer; he made a vague but direct threat towards me.
