Its a great store with polite friendly staff, but it says online that its open til 6:30 and when you drive over there it says closed at 5:00 on the door. Thats inconvenient.

UPS Oroville California they are the most informative UPS store that Ive dealt with there is a lady that works there her name is Carmen and she is a lifesaver she saved my butt when it came to getting my package that I needed pretty quickly and she was able to make it happen for me so thank you to all you people who work at UPS and UPS Orville you guys are amazing best customer service ever with a smile on their face

I think this is my favorite store of all time. The owner and her employees are sweet and professional and they remember you. There is so much media through this store and it is handled with fast professional hands. They will ask me if I want a receipt for QR returns and I always say no. Never have lost anything. Great store to bad I cant give a 10 star rating,

Went in qt 8:30 cause Google says they open at 8. Went by and they were closed. Went to look for the hours on both doors and no hours were posted.

This was the worst experience ever! We waited a long time. Lots of folks in a small space. We were ignored. No direct line. Just a cluster of people. Some not wearing any masks to protect from coved 19.After we finally got waited on she grabbed my papers. Since I am visually impaired I have big font letter and pages are longer than 8 by 12, standard length. I was feeling desperate to get an appeal sent thru in a timely manner so didn’t have much options in Oroville. She told me a dollar for each page since it was long she would have to use copier first to copy before faxing to agency. She overcharged because I only had 28 copies. She then proceeded to fax them getting them stuck and complaining pulling them out of fax and saying this mess is such a nightmare! If that wasn’t abusive enough then she ignored us and drop it to wait on other customers! When I tried to get her to finish us up so we could go she rudely said, It was 28 pages mame! The agency that finally got it said only odd numbers of the 28 pages were sent. She cheated me and my daughter since it was for Special Needs advocacy. My advocate said, Never go there again. No worries. I never will or recommend ups a Oroville. It was the worst experience I ever had from a proprietor.I just hope no one else suffers at the mercy of these two exploiters.

I rented a box on 6/5/20 and still no mail, why because the employee gave me the incorrect address!!! There should be an E after Oro Dam Blvd and the zip code is incorrect as well....And I still have no keys!! This is so wrong all the way around!! The employee said that with that incorrect zip code we still should get the mail here...WOW! Twilight ZONE!!! I hope I get my mail, I hope I get keys today???

We rent a UPS mailbox and ship UPS weekly. So we are normally very happy with UPS. But this location has the WORST customer service!!! We have discussed the poor service with other customers when we have left the building and we find it is the consensus that the people who work there are the RUDEST most UNPROFESSIONAL people. No-one smiles. They are incredibly grumpy and it is a common occurrence. Everyone has bad days. But we have had a horrible experience at this location at least a dozen times. We dont experience this kind of poor behavior at any other location and we visit several UPS stores, as we travel often. Just this one! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

Though the sign on the door stated masks were mandatory (COVID-19 State mandate), only one employee of three wore a mask, and several customers did not. I could not email my shipping label to them as there is no wifi in the store. They offered no suggestions. I called a UPS store in Chico. Masks are mandatory and they will accept my email with the shipping label. The store in Oroville is just about money, not customer service. Go somewhere where the store cares about the customer, not only money.

I paid 5 dollars extra for a signature when package reached its destination, so it would not be left on porch and to avoid theft ! well it got there on time but the driver left it there anyway and signed for it himself ! And, its just that simple to figure it out because my nephew was not home and did not sign anything. He found it on his porch when he got home that day and, the driver only signed half of my nephews last name !! and just printed, not sign in cursive ! so, there you have it ! Super friendly service- the package I needed to overnight did not fit into a regular express box so Carmen made one up for me. She also gave me a few options for delivery and prices to go with it- Plus I saved 5% with my AAA membership card for a discount! Thank you Carmen! You were awesome.

Rude. Only been 3 times and each time Emp was Rude. I hate going to this place. I am going to call or report them to the Corp Office. Meat Puppets.Ill be glad when they are replace with a Touch screen. Wont be long I hope.

Theres a lot of things I love about the UPS Store. They are so conveniently located here on Oroville Dam Boulevard, not only do they have a shipping service but they also have services for photocopying and work on the computer. They have been very helpful to me every time Ive gone in there love the staff here

Terrible service. Basically don’t ever package your own boxes because they won’t give you your protection money if something breaks. Lost $600 worth of stuff because they were too rough with it and now won’t give me my money because I packaged it.

I had bought the shipping label on line and just went in to drop off the package. The service was quick and friendly. They scanned my tag, gave me a receipt and I was on my way in a just a couple of minutes.

Lady who does the notary is sooo rude! I made an appt for 10:30am the day before. Came in and was told to get in line. Explained I had an appt and was RUDELY told they dont do appointments. I said well it shouldnt be on your site then. This lady really put her phone to the side and said ITS NOT. Really because I can show you and have email alerts and a screenshot! Hahah ppl amaze me. Wish I could upload the sc to this review and hope she sees this and checks her own website!!

Horrible!! First they said that the address didn’t exist and post office didn’t recognize it. I had just shipped to that address thru the post office earlier that week..then they charged me $19.00 for the slowest option for a padded mailer then when it arrived at the address I received a call that it was busted and broken how do you bust plastic with cardboard and in a padded mailer did you jump on it?!? I will never suggest ups her to anyone. Use the post office.
