Rude. I needed some work done with a deed. A title company would be the ones to do the job. Company didnt want to listen and hung up the phone. i have friends in the realtor business and was informed this is the way to go about it. i called another title company by the name Mid Valley & Escrow and with in 2 minutes they was looking into my matter and took my name and number.
