DO NOT TRUST YOUR BELONGINGS AT THIS PLACE!!!!! Whatever you do, do not store your belongings here! My unit was robbed and the individuals who robbed it had over three days access to this facility with no one on-site. None of the cameras work even though they are up making you believe there is security. The gate code access is generic and given to everybody. I first began renting at Garden Drive mini storage in Oroville back in July 2020 and moved out in October 2020 when I received a phone call from a gentleman claiming to be the manager of this facility. When I first moved in in July I attempted to go to the office two weeks in a row each day driving into the storage unit to unload items and nobody was around. Their goal is entrapment! Their goal is to get you to get your stuff into the storage unit and then take your money with no supervision!! It is not safe here!! BEWARE!!  Below are the pictures of my unit after it was burglarized.

Management is always very professional and helpful . I feel like my belongings are very secure and watched well .

We rented a storage unit on Garden Dr. When we went back to the unit a few weeks later are locks had been cut off, and our unit was empty. When we asked to see the video We were told it hasten worked in a while. Whoever ripped us off wasnt worried about the cameras and used a car and knew the gate code ( inside job ). stay away

Gated entry, good prices, and great people who want to help you. I got locked inside the gate once after hrs and in one call I was able to get out. But I dont recommend doing it.

Great customer service! The guy that runs the storage is very friendly. I would recommend this storage place to others. A+++++++ in my book. Once again I had to get another storage for my elderly mother and went there to rent another storage unit and was very very pleased with the customer service I received. The man that was working was so helpful and so pleasant. Another visit at garden ave storage with A++++++++++ rating from me. If the news I heard is right and the man that is there is leaving then Im sad. Cuz a good hard working man is hard to come by. He will be surely missed

The guy there is always on it and so very helpful always working so hard to meet your needs...

Their system had a glitch and they rented out my already rented storage. The gentleman there was more than helpful in making up for it with another unit the same size. He even threw in a set of locks and helped me unload my truck great service thank you.

Dropped off a Uhaul trailer here back in November and the manager was very helpful!

Have used this business many times for storage and truck rentals. Manager is exceptionally helpful, lives on site and stays on top of security.

New Owner brings HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I just had to Call U-Hual to complain!!!!! I just need this time for 1 hour, so I thought I didnt need insurance. He gave us a HUGE attitude and started telling me all the fees I will be liable to if ANY scratch or damage is on it. I still decline and his face started turning RED and have a very mad attitude. URGH, Just HORRIBLE Customer Service. VERY RUDE with an attitude at the begining that tells you as the customer; Go away, just drop your money already because I am so lazy to serve you I used to rent U-hual here all the time for my business.IF THERE IS, THEN A BIG FAT RED NEGATIVE -F FOR THEM!!!!!Ill never return here ANYMORE!!!! EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
