Good people, friendly, helpful, remembered me from almost 2 years ago when I was having difficulty with 4 other insurance companies even getting a quote after weeks of requesting them. Karolyis State Farm Office did it in 3 days. Today we were laughing and sharing stories... isnt a requirement for an insurance company, but I like dealing with any company where comradery among the staff is evident... they like what they are doing. I trust that.

Ive been with this particular State Farm office since 1995, and it has without a doubt, the most courteous, respectful & helpful office staff in all my years of dealing with personal business. Ive always had prompt, information about policy changes or advice in making wise adjustments to our policy by agent Bruce Karolyi in a genuine, factual manner.Recently Ive relocated and nearly every call involved a recorder with an algorithm of selections along with hold times for upwards of 5 minutes, (sometimes up to 45) accompanied by the discordant hold music while youre waiting. In comparison, dealing with Bruce Karolyis office staff has been an absolute dream come true. I shall miss, MISS the rare personal touch of getting immediate needs met by talking to an actual person.

I have been a customer of State Farm for 42 years and have had great coverage.. December 2, 2012 we experienced damage to our roof due to high winds. I called our agent Bruce Karolyi and filed a claim. I also called a local roofer to make temporary repairs. Mr. Karolyi inspected the damage that morning and called another roofer to make the repairs. The local roofer never showed up, however, Mr. Karolyis roofer made the temporary repairs that afternoon before the next storm that evening. January 1, 2013 State Farms appraiser inspected the damage, submitted a report and we received a check by February 1, 2013 to pay for the replacement of the roof.
