She was always incredibly responsive to communications, she did a great job of educating me on the process and what to expect, she helped me navigate timeliness issues with the lender I chose (I should have deferred to her advice there too!) and she presented creative strategies to get an offer accepted in a sellers market.In fact, the home I purchased never officially went on the market because Ashley helped me get a private showing before the sellers listed. I’m confident I ended up spending less on the home I purchased than I would’ve if my house was subject to a bidding war. I probably wouldn’t be in this house today if it wasn’t for Ashley’s efforts and outside-the-box thinking.Ashely was never pushy. She didn’t show me properties outside my price range or made me feel like her agenda, priorities or higher spending clients came first. I very rarely take the time to review a service whether good or bad, but I would work with Ashley again without hesitation and would recommend her fully for her professionalism and the ease of working with her. My current home is the 4th I’ve purchased but the first I’ve bought long distance which has its unique challenges. I’ve worked with a decent number of buyers and sellers agents at this point. Being a first time home buyer was both exciting and stressful. Ashley was the perfect match to us and our home buying adventure. We went into the process not knowing what to expect, or how to begin. We had a sit down with Ashley, at a comfortable location, where she explained the process and gave us a binder of very useful info about the entire buying process. When we were ready, she made sure we got into different properties that fit our wants/needs, as well as some that weren’t quite there with what we asked for, but had potential. Knowing we had to move quickly because the sellers market was so strong, she made herself available any day of the week and at times that fit our schedule. Once we found our home, we had our offer paperwork in only a couple hours, ready to sign and send. She gave us weekly updates, sometimes more if needed. Anytime we had a question about our process or the property, she was very quick to answer, usually within an hour or two. Closing day finally came and there was not one issue with any documents that had come from Ashley, only a few extra financial documents on the loan side. Overall, she helped make it as easy as possible for us. There were a couple of hiccups with the seller, but those were quickly taken care of on Ashley’s end and remedied in our favor. Would highly recommend Ashley as your agent, she took care of us, and we will definitely use her again in the future if needed. Thank you Ashley.

Ashley was amazing, as a first time home buyer she was extremely helpful! She was available day and night to help with any questions I had and made me feel at ease during the whole process. She would show me listings that were not posted yet on zillow to give me a little heads up on the competition.
